Giving a bad review because I'm not even sure if a trip to the shop would be beneficial. The website just says, "part of the in cycle network." I'm not even totally sure what that is, but I can't even check to see what brands they sell. Everything on their website tries to get me to call or chat, like they're trying to connect me with a sales rep for a pitch.Why can't I just see the bikes for sale??!

Best bike shop I've been to and I've been to many! Sales people are very friendly. Mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and fair. They carry high quality brands and I've always been treated fairly. Purchased 4 bikes from Keswick so far and many, many more repairs and upgrades. Excellent local bike shop.

I placed an order for a specialized Jett 24 this morning and it was ready for pickup the same day. I received an email within an hour or two after placing the order to let me know the progress off my order. Went and picked it up after work. What a beautiful bike. My daughter loves it. She loves everything about it from how it rides, to the color, and especially the weight. It’s light. Before she could ride it my dog phatchoy has to inspect the bike first as seen in the pictures. He approved. What a great place to get bikes and accessories. Great selection and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thanks to Keswick cycle Glenside.

After a less-than-stellar experience in your University City location, the Glenside team really blew me away. My sales associate (Sammy) was able to work through my riding patterns to determine the best choices available to me for my budget. He was also able to answer all of my questions from the mundane to the technical so that I was confident in my choice. After my test ride, he allowed me to put a refundable deposit on the bike so that I could go home and do some additional research before final purchase. The purchase itself was probably the part that impressed me the most. After pointing out a price discrepancy (the tag said $1700 while the system said $1850), he got the ok from management to honor the price. As someone who worked in sales previously, I was genuinely impressed. That is a tough position to be put in (I’ve been there myself), and given the strong demand for product over the past year this wasn’t something that needed to be done. However, that you were willing to do so (instead of simply saying “that’s the price”) shows a real care for the customer. While I was planning on just buying a bike, now I will look to you first when I need any accessories. This is how you turn a one-off into repeat business. My friends all recommended your store, and now I understand why. Thank you, and I look forward to coming back again.

Purchased a bike for about $600, and I regret it. I had asked for a bike that I'd mainly use on the road with a bit of off-road riding like nature trails. They recommended a bike with what seemed like pretty good tires to handle it, but the bike does not have any suspension or shock absorption. Every tiny bump and rock can be felt while riding it. Riding over a bump on a slightly uneven sidewalk feels like the tires are going to pop. The brakes squeak. The chain switches gears when backpedaling. After 30 days, I took it in for their free tune-up. I called a week in advance to schedule it, but they said they can take it as a walk-in and no scheduling is needed. The day I was going to take it there, I called ahead (thankfully), and they said I'd need to make an appointment for the next day because they're understaffed. The tune-up did not fix any of the aforementioned issues. They get 2 stars from me only because the sales staff and cashiers are very friendly. The mechanics in the back aren't so friendly and gave me the impression I was inconveniencing them. I don't recommend buying a bike here, and I don't recommend getting your bike fixed here.

We had a great experience shopping for a hybrid bike at Keswick cycle. Our son is just starting to get into triathlon racing, so we wanted a bike versatile enough for some road racing and also just riding around the neighborhood and trails with his family and friends. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory. They were able to answer our questions and provide pros and cons on the options we were considering. Once we made our decision they adjusted the bike for our son to make sure that everything was in riding shape, helped us pick out a bike rack, lock, and then showed us how to install the rack and how to get the bike on and off safely and securely. We drove off with a super, new bike, easy to install bike rack, and a happy tween. Awesome experience!

drove an extra half hour to get here and was blown away by the service.had an issue with a very tiny component on my bike (a bolt) and they helped me pick the right thing and install it…all while telling me friendly stories of local races / events I might be interested in.these guys love their bikes and love their customers.highly recommended.

Keswick cycle in Glenside were very helpful. I ordered a bicycle that was hard to find in my area and only their store had it. I was called and notified that the bike was ready and assembled. I drove all the way from northern New Jersey to come to this location and the pickup was easy and fast. The workers were all great. They came out and constantly made sure the people in lines were being helped. My salesman was very helpful in answering any questions that I had. I would def recommend that you buy your bicycle here from these good people.

Had my son’s bike serviced here, the back wheel was replaced for about $60 and it cost less than to replace the bike. Dropped it off at the beginning of the week, they said it would be done probably by Friday and it was done on Friday. Great service, nice staff.

This used to be my favorite local bike shop. Although Specialized now owns them, they still do have a good variety of inventory.However, I have found over the years, even before Specialized bought them, that the service department is lacking. I was never really confident in what I was being told. On several occasions, I took my bike somewhere else for a second opinion and felt Keswick was really just upselling me. My most recent interaction was that an adjustment was performed for free, and I would bring the bike in for a major overhaul in the winter. Well after this "free" adjustment my bike was still unridable. Once again, I took it somewhere else for a quick and prompt adjustment that was free, but also done right so I could actually ride!

This place used to be fabulous and accommodating and loyal to their long time customers. Flat tire on a ride? Roll it on over they'll fix it same day. Need some advice on a repair? They got you. NOT ANYMORE. Since they came under new management, it has been downhill since. Rude, combative employees. Unwilling to provide advice, service, assistance etc. Been going there for years? Doesn't matter. No other form of transportation? Sucks for you they. Have a question about a repair or item? Too bad. Unfortunate that they are the only bike shop in the area. Be prepared for long wait times and rude staff when you go. Bring back the old managers/supervisors!

The level of incompetence was astounding. We purchased a simple bike for my wife to ride with our kids during the summer. That bike was out of stock - no big deal, should be in by Wednesday. We call Wednesday and still nothing. 2 weeks later, after about 2 hours of back and fourth we finally find out there is no bike available for us at any of their locations!We agreed to a refund since the bike was paid for in full, but based on the feckless service thus far, we don't expect this to be a smooth process.

My son is big for a 6-year-old and does not yet know how to ride a bike. They were able to fit him with a 20-inch bike and custom-order training wheels for him as well. The staff is very knowledgeable, accommodating, and courteous. I highly recommend Keswick Cycle for all of your bicycle needs.

Was given a promised date for my bike to be ready. They didn’t complete it. I called them that day and the next day, they didn’t return my voicemails. I showed up in person. They told me it could be an additional two weeks, but they wouldn’t give any date. Ridiculous disrespect for my time and laughable customer service. I’d go literally anywhere else

I had the greatest experience at Keswick Cycles in Glenside today, 11/26/21. Kudos to Owen for the wonderful assistance. He was very quick and efficient in assisting me from the time I entered the store at 5:30pm. He even stayed after closing hours to make sure I was satisfied and safe. He thoroughly explained all details and gave manuals for both of my kids bikes. My car is older and it took a lot of effort, patience and maneuvering to add the bike rack. Owen was diligent on one of the coldest nights to not only put it together but gave amazing and clear instructions and suggestions. I feel very secure that I am able to attach and detach the bikes and bike rack from my car. I have never owned a bike rack by the way. Again super thanks to Owen and the staff at Keswick Cycles that makes this place one of a kind. Customer service is exceptional and product and store looks well organized. Keep up the great work and looking forward to returning for my husband and I bikes. May God Bless you and your families.

I was just at the Keswick Glenside location last weekend and they were incredible. Top notch customer service, professional, and positive attitudes all around. I went to have my road cleats fitted by Steve and he not only took his time with assessing my fit, but made sure I was comfortable at every point in the process and looked at every part of my body geometry on the bike.Brad was also great help with my visit at the shop. I needed to buy a new road helmet and he walked me through every price tier, features of several helmets, and made me feel confident with the choice I made.All in all everyone at the shop is fantastic. I drove up from Philly and it was well worth the trip. Definitely recommend!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and have always looked out for my best interest both in safety and saving money where I can.
