I took my dog to Groomingdales and they were so understanding of his specific needs. They had him in and out in no time and gave me honest advice on how I could better care for his coat. I'm very grateful for the extra time they took to make sure me and my pup felt safe and comfortable. Usually my dog is an anxious mess at the groomers, but when I arrived to pick him up he was calm cool collected and wagging his tail. I can't recommend them enough!!!

My doggy daisy was treated like a princess there. They got me in quickly and she was done just as I asked. Im very, very happy and will be scheduling her next appt there when she's ready. Thanks groomingdales for making a sometimes trying experience wonderful:)♡

Our labradoodle went in looking shaggy and came out looking like a star. Easy drop off. Friendly warm environment. A little pricier than I expected, but a perfect example of “ you get what you pay for”. This is definitely my go to groomer.

I love this groomers. You can text for an appointment and they can get you in quickly. My dogs always look great when I pick them up. Their drop off time is between 8 and 9am which is very convenient for working people. BUT the thing I love the most is that my dogs are excited to get dropped off here and are happy when I pick them up. At other groomers, one of my dogs would be so stressed out that he would shake and hide for an hour after we brought him home. They really like it at Groomingdales which makes me so happy.

Very disappointed. I almost fell over when they charged me $79 to groom my collie and $53 for my Sheltie who didn't even get bathed, only brushed out. My former groomers at PetSmart charged $65 for my collie and $35 for the sheltie with a bath. I feel baited because I inquired about the charges when I made my appointment. I was told my Sheltie would be $35 or less and then the bill was $53. I spoke to the owner and she said, "oh, he had a lot of under coat and if we would have bathed him it would have been easier." Are you serious? She then said she couldn't reduce the price at all. I will NEVER return here.
