Why can’t the pharmacy answer the phone. Very frustrating! Not the first time they tried to refill a prescription that I do not need. I stopped by to tell them I would let them know when I was running low! Then I get a message that they are going to refill it! I take 1/2 a pill a day! My supply is 110 days but they will only let me extend it until May 27. I guess I will let it sit on their shelf and not bother to pick it up. I’ll fight with them later. Amen!

I'm not real happy dealing with the pharmacy but unfortunately i have to There constantly trying to refill prescriptions that I have plenty of but have a hard time filling ones im out of. I never write reviews but after years of the same issue I figured it is time to vent. Today when I picked up my prescription amongst other products she asked if I needed a bag for my assorted products so she gave me the bag to reach over to bag my own product. Really is that how there taught they weren't busy.Merry Christmas

I'm calling my insurance to see if I can use any other pharmacy. I've been out of my meds for weeks. I've been hung up on, lied to (I'm doing it they'll be ready tomorrow three times now.) I have cancer and I'm withdrawing from all the meds they won't fill and the girl who answers the phone is rude as hell. She can't even tell which scripts I'm actively taking, and correcting me on pronunciation. I just want my freaking meds. Why is this so hard?

This is for the drive through PCR test. I haven’t done one before ever and yes I watched the video they sent me beforehand. However the woman at the window was barking orders at me like I was the most clueless person on earth. Then when it made me clearly nervous she sighs loudly and then repeats herself twice. I managed an “ok sorry” before doing the test and putting the bag in the slot.I get that people do hundreds of tests here and she’s annoyed but girl calm down and treat people with kindness.There was no reason to act annoyed and make huffing noises when I was getting the confirmation # from my phone! (The iPhone made me do face recognition to access it and that 5 seconds was too long apparently) 😂🤣 for real. I felt like an idiot!

My family recently switched to CVS for insurance reasons. This was very upsetting because we were with our other pharmacy for years.While it hasn’t been a perfect transition, I can’t say enough good things about the pharmacists and employees and how helpful and pleasant they have been.Please keep up the great customer service-it is very much appreciated!!

Specifically dealing with the pharmacy ONLY. I dropped off my prescription on Saturday afternoon. And when I came today (Monday!), it was still just sitting by the register. Unfilled. I opted to sit and wait for my 3 scripts just to find out they didn't even have one of them in stock. Was asked to retun later that day, which I did just to find out they couldn't fill it because my insurance approval didn't go through. Now I understand that wasn't their fault, but nobody called me. No apology from the employee. Nothing. I even told her this is why I dropped off the script on Saturday and nobody even started it until today. Still nothing. Terrible service. Not to mention the gentleman working the counter was loudly complaining about his job.

If you need a Covid-19 test do not come to this CVS. They state that you will receive your results in 24 to 48 hours and it’s been almost 72 hours and I still have not received my test results. This is unacceptable and individuals need these tests for many reasons. I had to cancel my visit to go see my mother because I had no test results. Took the test Tuesday morning and it’s Thursday night and I still do not have any test results. This is the only cvs that has done this. I was told that this CVS holds up test results and I didn’t believe them. Advice from the person who learned the hard way, do not come to this CVS on jenkingtown road to get a Covid test if you need it for travel, work, or to visit a loved one in a nursing home because you will be out of luck.

I'd rate them a 0.0 based on my last experience. I was happy to see they had balloons as we had forgotten to get some for our 5 year's old's birthday party. The cashier nicely blew up a few for me. THEN the manager came out and said we can't sell balloons AND TOOK THEM BACK. I rationally pleaded with the manager to figure out some way to make the nonsensical concern work, however the manager was obstinate and refused to consider any logical, reasonable alternative. I left without the balloons and had to spend another hour driving around until I found a place - ultimately got to my son's party 20 minutes late.

Do not go to CVS for Covid testing their turnaround time is absurd. I have gotten test results from other Covid tests in 24 hours we are now over 48 hours waiting for CVS and no end in sight. There are plenty of reliable and faster places you can go do not get tested at CVS

Went there is a rx for my daughter. It was called in...drove up...told to wait 15-20mins...waited in parking lot...drove back up and then told that they were too backed up to fill it. I wish they would have told me this at first - wasted time, late night after a long day at work, kid missing bedtime at home for the meds. It was literally just a bottle. Went to a better CVS, they refreshed their screen to pull it up - got the bottle off the shelf and put it in a bag for me to take - not hard.

Just had the BEST experience with Brian in the pharmacy. He is unbelievably friendly, informative, professional, etc. Everyone that works in a CVS pharmacy should take notes from him! Brian is by far the best employee of CVS pharmacy that I have ever had the pleasure of encountering.

Called to check if they had percoset for a prescription for my mother after her surgery. The pharmacist was not only the epitome of rude, she refused to even tell me if it was in stock. Wouldn't go here if it was the last pharmacy on earth.

The pharmacy is incapable of informing a caller if a medication is in stock or out of stock, because of their store "policy". This is all in the name of "safety", but doesn't actually impact anyone's safety in or out of the store.So, if you want to find out whether they carry the medication you need so you don't have to drive there and return home empty handed, you cannot. Instead, you have to actually go there in person and show them your prescription, JUST to find out if they even have it in stock. Good luck with that store-only policy... 0% chance I'll ever waste my time at this location.

Excellent customer service at the pharmacy! When I got there they had already printed out information on a coupon to save me money on my prescription. ( I didn’t even have to ask!) All the pharmacy team members were also extremely helpful and friendly.

Always on time & friendly. In response to Mr. Sebastian, it does affect the safety of workers because certain drugs have street value and make them target for theft. They don't know who is on the phone. If he was so inconvenienced by going in, he should have had the doctor's office send it in and then the pharmacy would have called if they were unable to fill it.

Jenkintown Road CVS pharmacy staffperson sent me to a different branch in my neighborhood to get a flu shot and the Shingrix vaccination at the same time, because Jenkintown Road branch did not have flu vaccine in stock. I went to the other branch where pharmacist said they Never give the flu shot and Shingrix at the same time. That pharmacist called Jenkintown Road CVS and their head pharmacist stated they Never give flu shot and Shingrix vaccine at same time. Also, head pharmacist told other branch pharmacist they had everything in stock. What gives?

Blind manager walks away from front leaving customers waiting bc there isn’t enough help on staff. 45 mins for one transaction is unacceptable. Waited for mgr three times bc Michael needs her help to breathe. Pathetic
