Cody is the best! I am new to on-line returns and had a pair of shoe to return. The Fed Ex return option is so convenient and I thought I would give it a try but had no clue what I was doing downloading and printing the return label for the box. Cody helped me with finding and printing the return label and was so patient with me. He got everything all sorted out and boxed up for the return, and he taught me a bit about using technology on my phone too. Thank you for making this return so easy and I could not have done it without you!

Cody is the best! I was returning a pair of shoes and gave the FedEx return option at Walgreens a try. I had no clue how to print the return shipping label or do anything else with it and Cody helped me with finding the label on my phone and getting it printed. He got the package al ready to return and he taught me how to use certain aspects of my phone I did not know how to do before. Thank you for all your patience and help! I could not have done that return without you and would have ended up going to the Post Office and paying for postage.

I'm not sure how Walgreens stays in business. This location is especially empty, but I recommend this branch. It is well organized and always stocked. It's a very dependable store in the community..

This store is the best! Had an issue today, trying to get an anti nausea script for my pregnant niece who was flying back home today after a short vacation here. She couldn’t get an answer from her Walgreens at home to do a refill. They wouldn’t call her doctor office. She called her doctor and could only leave a message. In less than one hour, Tina at the Glenshaw Walgreens contacted my niece’s doctor and refilled the script for her here so she could have a comfortable plane ride home.Thank you, Tina!!!! You’re the best!

This Walgreens was beyond helpful!!! I was traveling from FL and 13 weeks pregnant with the most awful morning sickness and ran out of my nausea Rx 3hrs before my flight home. Pharmacy technician Tina got in touch with my Dr. in FL and had my Rx ready for pickup within an hour. She was so help and nice. She truly was my life saver!!!

The staff working on Tuesday, August 4th 2020 at 7:30 pm est were actually amazing. I walked in after seeing a deal for ice cream on the red text sign outside. Their system didn't have it on record, but they looked outside, saw the sign, and made it happen. Super pleased with the 2 of them I interacted with. Please give them both a raise.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a custom photo album (which I spent about an hour organizing/cropping photos on pages). It was supposed to be there in a week. It never came, and each time I inquired in person or on the phone, I was never told that the order was voided! Now I will go elsewhere to get photo album for my sister's birthday - it will be late. Thanks Walgreens!

Nice store that's well-maintained and rarely ever busy. There's always employees at the cosmetics counter, photo booth, pharmacy, and cash register to answer customer questions. If you're not buying pharmaceuticals, you may end up spending more than you want (as you would at any drug store). For anything grocery-related that isn't on sale, you're better off going to the Giant Eagle across the parking lot.

Only Walgreens I know of where the pharmacy is closed all weekend. I went to the hospital last night with a bad infection and had penicillin called into the Walgreens for pickup, came here Sunday morning and they're closed. It's a joke

Wouldn't use any other pharmacy. The pharmacists here are extremely nice and helpful. The store also has a great selection of things that are hard to find elsewhere. Great customer service and prices.
