I've had worse experiences at this Rite Aid. The clerk at the register didn't look up from staring down at the counter (her phone?) BOTH times that I entered. There was nobody "on the floor" to ask for help. A lady behind the pharmacy window asked if she could help me find something. Although I bought everything for which I had coupons, the manager was needed to approve one. Then he left but the register "dinged" again because he needed to approve his approval. The clerk at the register didn't thank me for shopping. In fact, she failed to respond when I thanked her. She did wish that I "Have a nice day".

Warning to consumers: Do not purchase gift cards at this Rite Aid location!! This location has the worst customer service and rude employees. I purchased a gift card on Sunday and the cashier couldn't activate it although I was charged for it. When I asked for a refund, he told me that he didn't know how to do that either and asked me to come back the next day. I explained that I needed the activated gift card for a party that I was going to that day and he looked at me dumbfounded. He said nothing and and continued to stare at me so I left. I went back the next day and rude older gentleman at the counter told me the manager just left and I'd need to come back the next day (again). By the way, the gentleman was standoffish before I ever even said why I was there. The store charged my credit card 48 hours before and I still had a gift card worth nothing. Not only was the experience terrible and unnecessary, I was treated very poorly when I went back twice to correct the issue. My advice is to avoid this store at all costs if you expect any level of customer service.

When we finally got an appointment for covid 19 vaccine it was at this store. The difficulties of getting the first appointment aside... We arrived timely, they had a check in desk out front, check in was quick and easy. We got in a line with chairs near the pharmacy, that were spaced correctly, and got the vaccine in good time. Learned we had lucked into one of the few with ultra cold storage so got the Pfizer vaccine. Within in 48 hours we had a confirmed appointment for the second shot 21 days later. From the time we finally got the appointment, I can not imagine how things could have gone any smoother or better. Thank you.

If I could give this store negative feedback I would. They are taking away parking spaces from the general public and reserving them for Covid Vacine Patients. So they are saying that if you have a handicapped parking placard you can not park there its only for covid patients. That is illegal and wrong. I said something to a man who was checking people in and he said that there are more covid vaccine patients than there are disabled people so. He also told me I could only park there if I get an appointment for the vaccine. He also would not answer when I ask who gave them permission to post the signage. This more also confronted me about not having a mask I told him I have a disability and I cant wear one and he cant enforce it (this man also had no badges or any ids identifying himself as a riteaid employee)

Nice midsize Rite Aid location. Everyone who works here - regardless of cashiers or pharmacy, treat customers well. As with all drug stores, however, non-pharmaceuticals are unreasonably overpriced. Shopping center parking can also be a pain to deal with when busy.

The manager was extremely rude to my fiancé this evening when he went inside with our infant son, who had a very messy diaper (I’ll spare you the details). He purchased wipes from the store, and then proceeded to the restroom to change him. He asked the manager if he could just quickly use the restroom to change his diaper, because he was uncomfortable and the weather was so cold to do it in the car. He was told that he needed to go elsewhere. Even after explaining that our son was a mess, and he just needed to change him quickly, he was still rudely told no. A customer at the pharmacy actually told the pharmacist not to even fill her prescription and she would take her business elsewhere if they wouldn’t allow him to change the diaper in their restroom. At that point, the manager then said he could make an exception and allow him to use the restroom, since he was losing a customer. I will never ever do business at this location again! Horrible customer service😡😡😡

Always have great pharmacy visits at this location. They do good job with handling all my prescriptions, courteous and welcoming. That’s why I switched here from the location closer to my home several years ago.

Rite Aid, like many other retailers, is taking advantage of this global crisis by marking up certain products, essentially food. Unbelievable! Watch out smart shoppers!!

The worst rite aid ever. Mark, the manager, is never there and employees have no clue about customer service. Would not go here if it was the last store in shaler. I will be changing everything to Walgreens!!
