This place really is terrible. Scripts are never ready when they say they will, always out of medications, constantly have to contact my son’s doctor to fill it somewhere else since it’s an adhd med. This has been happening a lot but I’ve been there twice even today including around 2:50pm when a worker said it would be ready in two hours. I get there at 5:20pm and it’s STILL NOT READY. She said well you must have spoken to an automated person.. no definitely spoke to a human that said 2 hours. The lady at the window said it’ll be another 15 minutes but I have to leave to get my son to practice so now I have to come back for a third time today. Really poor operation that could use some work especially when it has to do with medications that people need and I don’t have time to make three trips for a med that should have been ready or at least a curtesy call that it wouldn’t be. Literally go to any other pharmacy/Walgreens and save yourself the headache.
