The gentleman Pharmacist is the most miserable person I have come across in years. Except for Shanda the entire staff is miserable. I went to pick up an Rx that was called in the day before. I was not well. I was told to come back in 2 hours. This store and staff is pathetic. They showed be retrained in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!. I worked as a Pharmacy Technician for over 20 years so I know what is involved in doing this job.

We went to get blood drawn They Were helpful unfortunately they don't have a waiting room so you can not get any glucose tests because their is no waiting room

I'm new to diabetes I went to this Walgreens and the pharmacy department helped me out so much she helped me figure out everything that I needed my levels was a little bit high help me figure that out and got me everything I needed this is the blessed place and best place in the world that you can go to pharmacy care please visit this place and check out the pharmacy use their pharmacy it was just such a joyful moment when the pharmacy department help me out as much as they did they really cared for human beings

Just wanted to review and say how Trevor is the best Walgreens employee that I have ever encountered at any Walgreens store before. He is always extremely kind and willing to help with anything and always goes above and beyond! Whenever I need help and he’s working I always sure to go to him.

I placed an order on Sunday July 3rd for a sale that they were having on detergent. Online there was no limit. I received a message my order was ready when I got there my order was short. I asked the cashier Mark where was the rest of my order. He was rude and nasty and stated he didn't have enough to fill my order. I pointed to where the detergent was and there was more than enough. I asked for a manager and the manager Lawrence was rude and nasty too and stated there was a limit of 4. There was no signs stating that in the store nor any limits on-line. I asked for corporate number and he was rude about it. I took a picture of all the detergent they had that was on sale and immediately called corporate. I was told I would receive a call within two business days and still nothing.

This pharmacy is a MAJOR liability! They overdosed my husband on his controlled narcotic medication! They gave my husband a 12mg controlled prescription when his dose was 8mg! That is double the amount he normally gets and could have been killed. It wasn’t until half way through his script he noticed that he was given half 8mg and half 12mg of this narcotic. The pharmacists are very young inexperienced people who are extremely rude and have no idea what they are doing. They probably get hired here because it is the only place who will hire such incompetent people. They will not allow you to pay cash using good rx on prescriptions due to “pre authorizations” with your insurance company. That isn’t legal! If you have a lifesaving medication that costs a fortune, you should be able to use good rx on that medication if the preauth is taking to long and you are without your medication during that time. They input prescription dates wrong into their computer systems, and literally make up whatever they feel like making up just so they don’t have to do their jobs. This place should be investigated heavily by the DEA and shut down before people die! These pharmacists should be doing prison time for this kind of medical malpractice.

The store was clean the pharmacy was very polite and nice however waiting in line for 45 minutes with one cashier was absolutely ridiculous. I'm not sure if the cashier did not know what he was doing or the customers were giving him a hard time. But they certainly should have called someone else up to the counter the line was so long he went across the front and down the back aisle of the store. I will definitely shop another Walgreens other than this one for now on

Horrible customer service. Had window in drive through shut in our face ignorantly 3x. Completely disregarded my situation. Would not allow me to pay cash for meds desperately needed for pain. I had a rod put into my humerus. Noone attempted to find a solution. So I had scripts canceled and sent to CVS across the street. Cvs recognized the situation and was resolved immediately.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars is for the extremely excellent pharmacist that helped me today. Most other employees are not friendly at all and act like they have no idea what they are doing (not all of them). Some of them are very helpful!!!

I love this place. The pharmacy is even greater, they're not like other chain pharmacies like CVS, who just treat u like any other customer. Walgreens pharmacy staff developed a relationship with you. They all know me & always asks how my daughter is doing (she was born with a CHD). They even go out if their way 2 help u. Absolutely the best Walgreens/Pharmacy in Delaware County.

Un real I stood in cosmetics for 20 minutes not one person came and helped me I was trying to by cologne. I am not sure if this place e is short staffed...reguardless doesnt matter someone should say we will be with you shortly this is the 2nd time this has happened in the same week. Idk maybe its just me. The cashier ay the time up front younger guy with glasses and dark hair. He even could have said give us a moment. I see your customer service skills never again will I come to this Walgreens

I normally always go to CVS, but I came across a walgreen circular and decided to grab a couple sale items. I got there and almost nothing was marked down to match the circular so it was impossible to even know what was on sale and what wasn't which items would give points back some of the things items rang up differently and the cashier was upset and annoyed because I wanted to know how much the items were or supposed to be and how come everything rang up differently I'm not sure who dropped the ball at this location but CVS literally across the street always has the sale items labeled correctly and the points add up properly

The pharmacy did not administer my prescription correctly nor give any advisory that the prescription was filled backwards, with the higher dose given. I called to review with the pharmacy and the woman who answered the phone mustered the GALL to say "Well, you didn't take it, right?"... What complete and utter incompetence! Watch yourself and your medication through this pharmacy!

Been going there fpr prescriptions for 15 years this particular locations pharmacy closes at 12 now thou store open 24 7 though. Great endless supply
