DO NOT SHOP HERE! Their customer service is horrible! I always shop here but 3/7/2024 was the last time. I went here to grab some small stuff, stood in the self checkout line where one of the associates made me count my items. The self checkout is 15 items or less, I only a few more than that to where it would not have made a difference. There were only 3 registers open and long lines. The associate humiliated me in front of a bunch of people, took my cart and then threatened me that if I continued to checkout my items that I would be escorted out of the store. I have never been so embarrassed by someone than I was last night. These people are rude! If they're so worried about keeping the self checkout line short and quick then they need to put more people on the registers. This store needs to focus more on customer service than worry about how many items are in my cart. I dont understand why they have their associates standing around rather than them checking people out. I am disgusted with this store and I am done spending my money here!

When I shop there, most of the clientele are rude, blocking the aisles with their carts and walking away. No one can ever say excuse me either. Moving on to the cashiers.. I will say I have had maybe 2 or 3 nice, pleasant ones. However, most of them lack manners (no greeting or acknowledgement) and will yell in your face to their coworkers at other registers. Cashier: Katie, very unpleasant. Since I have had bad experiences in-store, I decided to try Shop From Home. I made the mistake of ordering for pick up on a Friday night. Not only was there a huge line, there were two employees just sitting around that said "the lady will be right back." I'm not sure wht they couldn't assist me with my order. Anyway when "the lady" finally came back into the room, she couldn't find my order. Asked me 5 times what my name was and if I already paid or not, and didn't apologize for the wait or lack of organization. I don't think she was wearing a name tag but she was older with shoulder length gray hair. It's not often that I have a positive experience at this store. Something needs to be done.

Just left this location w/o $30 worth of goods. This location closed the customer service desk and had no options for new customers to sign up for savings. No courtesy card options. Pregnant. Employee refused courtesy card options at self check out. Will never visit another ShopRite.Employees rather chit chat then pay attention to customers or offer a way for you to complete your purchase as a new client

I will continue to shop here but I’ll never buy seafood from here again. I brought salmon got home it was bad. I’m more upset that I burnt the gas to go get something to cook for dinner and it was bad. I had to spend more money get takeout. That man knew darn well that fish was bad like why give me bad fish. Food prices are at an all time high and I like ShopRite its usually more affordable than other stores but not if you’re going to sell me bad groceries.

Always well stocked, love the sales. My only problem is with customer service!!! Shop on 03/11/24 11:30 am lady at self check out was very rude, when i asked her a question. She was very short and inpatient .this is not the first time with this store employees. Thank you!

ShopRite has ample parking. They have motor sooters with shopping baskets for the handicapped. At the door entrance, they have sanitizer wet wipes for wiping down your shopping cart handle bar. ShopRite also has restrooms. The ShopRite Price Plus Club will give you money saving discounts when you present your discount card or tag at checkout.

ShopRite from home is a JOKE. You have to go in to customer service to get them to call someone for assistance, no one is ever in that department to assist you. And god forbid you go at the time you scheduled the pickup it won’t be ready at all. Something that is supposed to be convenient is the biggest inconvenience! Island Ave is wayyyyyyy more organized, this place is a JOKE.

I hate this shoprite. Acme is always better. This shoprite has rules that employees don't follow. Then they treat you extremely rude as if you stupid as hell!!!! I usually don't come here because of such rude hospitality.

This Shoprite location is a wonderful location rop shop. Its always clean, the lights are bright and the entire staff is always helpful and there's as usual plenty of sales.This week they have fresh lobsters on sale. My favorite.

Called to let them know they sold spoiled Shrimp, got home to clean my shrimp it had a foul odor and after I washed it was some kinda pink substance was coming out of it. Told the lady on the phone it was the large gumbo shrimp. No apologies just bring the shrimp back. Why is no one checking expiration dates or noticing if the shrimp smells bad. Seafood is way too expensive and so is gas to keep driving back forth.

Do NOT Shop at this Store.Go to the Drexel Line store.It's Wednesday & they are out of stock on Almost Everything.No one at Customer Service Desk, No sign saying when they would be back.Asked for a Customer service Rep & then a Manager.Employees have a Rude Attitude.Ask where Several Products were, ABSOLUTELY No help, They would Not Show or tell me what isle they were in. Or if the had the items in another isleStaff had a Extremely Bad Attitude,Shop at Drexel line or Eddystone. They are bigger store & have more stock.And the employees are very nice & Friendly

I have been coming to this ShopRite for the last 20 years and there has definitely been a decline in service over the last 2 years especially in the Deli (lunch meat & cheese) area. They’re always short staffed. Now I get a ticket, shop, and come back and still wait at least 30 mins. Either hire new staff or more staff. As I am currently standing here, other customers are complaining. This is unacceptable. Management needs to do something sooner than later.

Used to be satisfied with the seafood selection and quality here. We went today and purchased sone sockeye salmon and some swordfish. By the time I got it home I was questioning if it was rotten. I threw it out within 4 hours of getting it home.. It was definitely BAD. Never again. Thanks for the loss of 40 bucks.

I was a bit disappointed. When you walk in it stunk like fish. Very off putting especially since I was going to buy some shrimp and clams. No thank you. The shelves seemed well stocked. Since Drexel Line is closed until the fall, I'll have to deal with it.

I was just in the store and brought s $25 gift card among my other groceries. The cashier, a young girl, was having trouble ringing up the gift card and called a manager over. The way the manager spoke to her and berated her in front of customers for not knowing how ring of up a gift was rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. The poor girl looked embarrassed and like she wanted to cry. I hope this manager can learn to show some empathy towards fellow employees and act in a more professional manner.

My vegan friend is in PA taking care of of a dying family member and saw ShopRite had vegan dinners! She bought some and then once it was cooked noticed it looked funny. She looked at the expiration date and it had expired TWO YEARS AGO. All the dinners she bought were that old. What is wrong with this store? She is traveling to take care of someone and when she called the store told her to just return the ones she didn’t eat. Since she had to walk there, the walk was not worth returning two dinners. RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I wish I could give you negative stars.

Large white woman was stalking my checkout the entire time, judging me. The checkout station was faulty and proved that it was by the manager , woman kept over talking me and told the manager she thought I was stealing and clocking what I was scanning but didn’t do it to anyone else. I did everything right. Proved nothing was stolen and I was given no apology. She kept over talking me to try to prove me wrong she’s lucky I didn’t smack her. She looked like she gotta steal more than anyone else in that store and she works there. You’re a cashier making less than $15… I make more than you please come correct

The digital coupon system is a disaster. Sign up for an account and at checkout the phone number doesn't work. Input account number I find in my new account only for the digital coupon not to work. Look at my phone get, error, error, error, coupon loaded. Try again, no coupon. The only answer the extremely thin and overworked staff had was "wait for it". At this point my ice cream was soup and I threw in the towel on the entire order.ShopRite, you're not a tech company, have a contingency when your system doesn't work smoothly. They now have my email and phone number to spam me and I got zero sales so I guess they got what they wanted from all this.

The store is very neat and organized. But I went to shop right for some lunch meat. The deli department where you order your cold cuts/ lunch meat is slow. I've been here 2-4 times and every time I have to wait at least 10 to 20 to be serviced. It's only 1 or 2 staff working in the department. The seafood department I haven't ordered from yet to say. The bakery always has someone there when I walk by.

Shelves appear fully stocked. Staff is helpful in assisting customers. Store has a clean sanitized environment. The smell of fresh flowers at the entrance is a plus. Comfortable with the Food/Product quality and variety. Check-out moves swiftly.
