After several visits over several years with a not so good experience most every time, such as coffee machine with my choice of coffee not working, employee outside with no one else inside thst I could find, etc., I decided to give a review when I saw “Review us on Google” when entering the store. The only reason I stopped by was to purchase their non-dairy creamer. I found the first one in their refrigerator was 2months old and almost purchased it (see my photos). All others had an expiration date in 2 days from the day I was there. I just can’t trust Royal Farms to deliver fresh anything based on what I have experienced more than once.

Super friendly and of course food is good. But this morning the two gentleman working were simply the nicest guys ever. They didn’t have lettuce for my breakfast burrito (which they let me know about and apologized for) so without me even asking they threw in some hot fresh fries for me not make up for it. I’ve always had good experiences here but today raised the bar to next level. Keep up the good and friendly customer service!!

The people are so nice. As soon as you walk in the door, they greeting you with a hello and a good morning. Andrea was extra sweet and a woman in the kitchen was training someone outstanding. She was nice as well. This is my first time visiting. I will be back just because of Service was outstanding.

Alicia and Andrea are phenomenal associates. They recognize me as a regular and always ask how my family and I are doing. This personal touch makes me want to come here for my convenience needs as it helps build a great sense of community.

Service was PAINFULLY SLOW. I’m not sure if this location is understaffed or poorly managed, but it’s a consistent issue. I avoid it here, and I usually love their fried chicken. I go to the Essington location instead. The extra drive is faster than their service.

I have not received better customer service than I did when I came to this store I was greeted the moment I open the door with a very happy attitude, and to be honest I wasn’t in a good mood until I came into the store. everybody was so friendly I would like to say Andrea, Patrick and Alicia thank you so much for making my day better I now will never go to Wawa again, unless it’s absolutely necessary I will be getting my gas food snacks, chicken everything from Royal Farms. Thank you so much to Patrick thank you so much to Alicia. Thank you so much to Andrea. I appreciate you.

Staff was nice but the chicken tasted like it was left out from yesterday morning. The mac & cheese was cold yet the instant mashed potatoes were somehow nuclear hot.

In the neighborhood so I had to stop and get some chicken tenders! They were delicious! This store was very well kept, all the employees were friendly, and the bathroom was super clean. A nice choice for a convenience store! I am super excited that their soda machine has the “smooshy” ice dispenser. Best ice ever! 😜

We order a 4 piece with dinner roll & fries and a biscuit… so as hubby and I got home the chicken was little and it was like 6 fries hard biscuits!!!!!!! 🤬 what a shame how they fell off and no I live to far to go back!!!!! To complain so as we turned our back he did this to us!!!!!! What a waste!!!!!!! Smh

If I could give 0 stars I would. Order door dash an its only 10 minutes from my house all food was cold. Half the food was missing. An there was plastic in my hot dog an my sausage sandwich. Don't order from here.

Chuck in the food area was rude and very unhelpful. I was trying to order and he was no help. I asked if I could get more legs than anything Chuck said go to Poppies on Baltimore Pike if u want chicken like that. I was just asking he was so rude. When the casher asked him to help he said no and I stood there he never helped the cashier. Chuck Sucks

9/4/22 Ordered 4 Chicken Tenders to go priced at just under $20. Got home and the Chicken Tenders aren't much larger than nuggets. Total of all for weighed only 8.7 oz. Roughly $37/lb. I've never received tenders this small--they should have a minimum weight per tender at Royal Farms! WILL NEVER SHOP GLENOLDEN STORE AGAIN!

Their chicken sandwiches are the best. The young lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful. She let me know the chicken salad was made fresh today and it didn't disappoint! The sub roll was soft to the bite even when toasted. It is the best I have had.

First time ever in a Royal Farms store. Very clean and was excited to see Krispy Kreme donuts. Heard a lot of good things about the chicken and had to try it. Was very, very good. Not greasy at all. The young lady behind the counter was a real sweetheart and very helpful. Will definitely be back!

I'm only giving them 2 stars. I placed a order for delivery for the 1st time. It was late getting here and the driver got lost and tried saying I sent them to the wrong address. My address was correct and I will never order from them again. I will drive to the acme and get chicken there it's just as good if not better.

Finally stopped in to Royal Farms store number 221 in Glenolden Pennsylvania. I resisted for years. Understand that I grew up a couple blocks walking distance from Wawa store #1 And I was loyal to Wawa. However, it’s just not the same company anymore. Grateful for their success however getting a little bit tired of impersonal experience there. Decided to try Royal Farms chicken sandwich and I was not disappointed. And I was so impressed with the kind attentive employees in my new royal farms store. I will definitely be back

I am in this wonderful store several times a week. I have never in 63 years seen a more honorable and professional staff. Always kind and pleasant. This store is more than a blessing! May God keep working in this staff. YOU GUY'S ARE THE VERY BEST 👍🏾
