The Phone will ring and ring and repeat the call from beginning when trying to connect to the Pharmacy…And they overcharge their Medication. Literally just tried picking up an Inhaler for my Mumsy that was over $400!

Been coming here since I was literally a child. I been getting my scripts here since I was a teenager. It’s always organized and clean and anytime they don’t have something they try and order it for me in the next order. Sean is very friendly and loves talking to us. They always greet people when they walk in the door. Pharmacy is always pretty quick. Will forever go here as long as I live in the area

I probably go every other if not every day...they they also carry products from foods to medicine...the staff is so nice and professional they go over and above...my hair color is always in stock...it should fulfill your needs...

I’m only giving two stars because two of the cashiers are generally pleasant. Other wise it would be one. Another cashier of the not so pleasant variety harassed me all around the store one day. She even put her hands on me. This was during the height of pandemic. The pharmacist there is rude and has a generally nasty disposition. I feel uncomfortable every time he is at the pharmacy window. I am going to change pharmacies.

Yesterday made it the second time I've been to this pharmacy and have the same pharmacist be very dismissive towards me.. after telling her my medicine was sent there she told me well I checked and it's not.. guess who had to make a second trip after my doctor called and confirmed it was in fact sent there . SMH!

I was in Rite Aid Chester Pike Glenolden, today. I'm giving a review. The person at the counter was deep in side her telephone. No greeting. There was someone stocking shelves. The whole aisle was a cluttered hazard, obstacle course..I took the time to bring this up because this is not the first time.

The pharmacy department technicians need a little customer service training. Had a prescription they told me I cannot get filled but could not really tell me why. They said the company doesn't make it any more. Called another rite aid out of town, all they had to do is make a phone call. they discovered it because they were at least willing to take the time to find out what exactly happened since I had previously gotten it filled. I got what I needed. In addition to, at two separate times my medication name was called out to to me for confirmation instead of asking me which medication I was looking to get filled. I wonder if that is a HIPAA violation.
