Unfortunately the parking lot layout and morning rush are enemies. Only a few cars are able to fit off the street at time leading to backed up traffic on oak (and cars sometimes not so safely going around the cars waiting to turn into the lot). That being said the times I’ve stopped during morning rush they are efficient while still getting my order right.

Forgot my debit card and realized pulling my car around after ordering. I was embarrassed. I asked if they could put my drink to the side. I would be right back. The young gentleman working the window and the young woman with him were beyond kind. They gave me the drink free of cost. Now as someone who has the luck of a black cat, I was feeling extremely grateful for them both. I hadn't asked, they just did. Very thoughtful workers.

Went to sit down in the comfy chairs, place smelled rancid. Bathroom dirty. Flies everywhere. Smells like homeless people sat in chairsParking: Not crowded since covid. Most traffic is drive thru

Young man Danny was wonderful. The woman that's been here for years is very nice. Mike is great.Some of the others could smile. The gloominess could be lack of participation from co-workers( I've been going here for 18yrs and it's the vibe I get). Lately our orders have been incorrect either something was missing & what was on the label isn't what I put in the app choices. And sometimes items are not available here?Features: Nah curbside would be great at this location. But! They do the bare minimum .

This place can be back and fourth depends on who is working. We have had a issue with them a couple times with asking for food extra toasted but getting food handed that was barely hot we had to go take it back a couple times. I know there busy but they need to make sure the food is hot and fresh. No excuses on that, and the matcha is always so milky I always have to get it remade.

If you are driving down Oak Ave when this place is busy, you are going to have problems entry into this place is an accident waiting to happen. Traffic at times blocks the flow of on coming traffic. Not to mention, I think they are just plain lazy when it comes to having items

Best coffee in the area. I drive from the neighboring city just to get a good cup of hot ☕ It just tastes so clean and fresh, never bitter!Sharmen usually makes mine and she gives it a stir and always serves it with a smile. Really starts my morning off right.Thank you!

The line was long but that is expected for a morning rush! But they had my order ready when I pulled up so that was a plus.The woman at the counter was very friendly and my order was correct ☺️

Stop getting orders wrong . When someone asks for EXTRA EXPRESSO AND PAYS FOR IT THAN YOU PUT IT IN THERE. Are you people slow ?? This is everyday , I’m getting a cup of milk. $1.73 for extra expresso that they can’t seem to get down. Can’t stand these kind of careless people and they never answer the phone so you can remind them

One of my favorite DDs. Great, friendly staff and exceptional service.I ordered on the go Saturday, March 3, the day after major wind caused power outages everywhere...Point is, they were open via drive-thru but didn't have donuts, even though I had ordered two. They told me to come back the next day and get my donuts. Two days later, I came back and they threw in an extra donut.All around great service and staff. Hard-working kind people.

This Dunkim store used to be the best, the employees were nice . It has gone downhill, The ice coffee is hot and not enough sugar, it tastes like it has been sitting all day , everytime I go get agravated I used to go there twice a day everyday. Not anymore. I am done

Dunkin is consistently good, grand kids love the munchkins and the drive thru can back up, they are quick and food is fresh and hot! Staff is nice as well!!

I used to go here most everyday for lunch but I pretty much stop going, because almost every time I go, they get my order wrong or forget to give me it (while I'm standing waiting.) It's very fustrating, especially since I am always there ( I never order more than a few things.)

Not sure what was going on here at Dunkin Donuts today. Complete chaos,, no one behind counter was taking orders. A bad man came in and then a hero saved the day.The lines for the drive thru were as long as the lines inside. Yet,, when were they going to take orders? I left and went to McDonald's after 20 minutes.

Always a great customer service experience and they go out of their way to make you feel special, and always giving my cute kids donuts 😉 they also have happy hour lattes Mon- Fri 2- 6 pm 🙌 which is perfect for me and the girls and its a great deal for under $10

Terrible service! We ordered through the Dunkin app and were repeatedly asked if we were Uber Drivers. Our order was sitting right in front of us and they would not hand it over.

They used to be open at 4am least the drivethru used to be but not anymore. I'm never coming here again used to grab my coffee here to avoid the 20 minute line at my job so no America does not run on Dunkin they made a big mistake opening until later

The nicest people ever work in this Dunkin! They keep the place spotlessly clean, even the bathrooms. The manager is just a terrific person.
