My groomer Amy is now a groomer there!She does an excellent job with our 6 pound female Yorkshire Terrier.Bath, hair cut and nails trimmed took about an hour and a half and cost was $74.00. I plan to bring her there once a month every month.

Jen does the best job with our 3 dogs! She is the best groomer we have ever had and are so lucky to have found her! Would HIGHLY recommend. Competitive rates with the quality and care they provide to our dogs. Our dogs love groomer days!

We love the WHOLE vanity fur team and have been going there for years! We have scheduled our fearful rescue Australian shepherd with multiple members of their team as they are all wonderful! She does great with them. Will have to add a photo from our next appt!

Great first time experience here. Our large black lab mix seemed comfortable and we were told she did very good. Sophie was a nice groomer and shared details of the grooming visit with us.If you're in the Glenmoore, Chester Springs area I would highly recommend bringing your dog to Vanity Fur.

Sophie was amazing with my dog Beavis. As his name might suggest, he is not the easiest of subjects… but she took his doggie anxieties in stride, went at his pace, and got him cleaned up and looking healthy! Beavis has never looked so good. She also understood his breed’s undercoat and how to get out all the dead fur so he’s more comfortable. Very well done and much appreciated!

Poor experience several months ago…my standard poodle is prone to sebaceous cysts so I handed groomer a list & specifically showed her where they were located. Sure enough she seriously nicked the one at his neck which required a trip to the vet the next day. Even though I gave her a 20% tip, she gave me attitude. And for that I will never return!

Davina & her team are wonderful! They really take pride in the grooming and care of my dogs. I have a large dog that sheds a lot who is very skittish about his feet and Davina has calmed him down very much. Both of my dogs look and smell like a million bucks after they come out. I especially like the report card Vanity Fur hands out after the appointment. Thank you Davina and team!

These ladies are lovely! We have only been once before the virus hit but they listened to my concerns based on previous groomers mistakes and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend especially considering the pricing compared to others in the area. Can’t wait to bring my shaggy dog back after it is safe to do so again!

Its not extraordinary! Like any other grooming salon,. Its a hit or miss. You can get a good cut for your dog or your dog could come out looking like a rat. But, what I don't like is their lack of professionalism and they can get very petty over appointments even if the mistake was on their end. Basically, if you are a customer and remember very clearly you made an appointment or asked for anything specific, be ready to prove it. If not, the staff at this salon will go above and beyond to investigate and because you don't have a solid evidence you made an appointment, they will also go through the trouble to call you to let you know they think you lied :) This time and effort could be spent on maybe providing other appointment options??? misplaced priorities.There are several other options around here where you will not have to defend or prove yourself if your requests or appointments were messed up.To me, the pettiness just proves lack of accommodation and understanding.
