I recently noticed a bed bug in one of my properties so I called a different pest company. That company said they could fix the issue with chemical spray and charged me 4K. Less than a week later the bedbugs were worse. I then found ATC online and Ashley was extremely helpful over the phone and explained that a heat treatment would definitely get rid of them. ATC sent a crew to my property within a few days and the bedbugs are gone. It has been 2 weeks and there is zero signs of any. I would highly recommend ATC. They treated my issue with top priority as well as being very responsive, respectful and professional. Top notch operation!

Clean professional business. Technicians came right on time. They were very polite and respectful of the property. They worked quickly and quietly. When they left, you couldn't tell they were ever there, with the exception of having no pests. It took about a week for EVERYTHING to be gone. After several months, we still have no pests except what wanders in. Thanks for a job well done.

Was able to get an emergency appointment to eliminate a wasp nest that was forming under the siding above our front door. Technician was on site less than 24 hours later and was able to remove the nest. Emergency appointment was expensive, but worth it since it might have been even more expensive to have to replace drywall if the wasps went unchecked for another week or two.Moreover I must express my appreciation for how quickly they were able to make this happen; they had to have move mountains to make it possible, and at no point were we made to feel as though we were inconveniencing them even though we knew we were. Everyone involved was completely professional and friendly. As a result, we will definitely be making use of ATC's services in the future should the need arise.Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

We had a bat problem inside our house and ATC offered a comprehensive plan to combat the problem. The house was inspected for entry points and the gaps and crevices were filled. Our kitchen was overrun with tiny ants that seemed unstoppable. ATC came in and treated our outside and inside, and within a week, we saw no ants, and we have not seen stink bugs, mice, spiders, and no other pests. My husband and I started having issues with mice when I was several months pregnant, so it was especially important to have this issue taken care of in a timely manner. We purchased the year long warranty, expecting to stop seeing mice and/or droppings after a few weeks and then if we were to have problems again in the future we would just be able to call them to knock it out in a few weeks again, no problem. Or at least this was what was sold to us for their $700 ‘deal’ and what I was led to believe. Three different technicians were assigned to our home, and they placed a ton of bait over the course of 4 months. However, there was almost no change in mouse activity over the course of this time. Live mice sightings were still happening occasionally up to THE DAY BEFORE I had my baby, even though I was promised multiple times that this issue would be taken care of by the time I gave birth (since that is the main reason why we hired this company in the first place). I called them to discuss this and express my dissatisfaction and have never had a worse customer service response. Even though I was promised that Bryan himself would be assigned to our home for the duration of treatment since he was ‘the very best’ he told me he was ‘washing his hands of us’ and he refused to come back and retreat our home. I was talked down to by both Chris and Bryan (who was apparently listening in the background the whole time, even though I requested to speak with him directly in the beginning). I could not believe how rude and unsympathetic they were in their response to me, fully knowing I was over 9 months pregnant, and we will certainly not be using their services ever again. Since we paid for a years worth of treatment, and won’t even be getting 6 months of that, we will be requesting at least half of our money back in the near future.
