Love Marshalls got there at 7pmFirst a return, then the cashier would not stop talking to me n co worker to give me my receipt, n let me shop! Then I shop around listening to announcements about how they are closing in 30 mins then 15 , and how if you're not in line you will not be helped. I was in line at 7:46 pm waiting for Same cashier to finish talking to the 1 customer in front of her, about "how she would never come out shopping this late n keep employees from going home. "Meanwhile I was waiting to pay till about 7:56pm with only that 1 customer in front of me. Then she says to me " wow, you weren't kidding about wanting to shop," as she rung up my 3items.Unreal!

They have a ton of products and great prices only problem is they don't track their inventory so if u by something and like it u can't get another later because they can't check to see if it's in stock. I never heard of a store that doesn't keep inventory but that's what I was told today while trying to get more dishes the same.

We used to love this store, but our checkout experience yesterday was the worst! A seasoned cashier had urged us to enroll in the app to receive our coupons, and we went back to shop with a $60 coupon. The same woman was there and she was not even slightly familiar with how to apply this coupon, even when we showed her the printout of it! We asked if she would call a senior manager for help (after 1 hour of confusion trying to change our password on the app), but she never did call one! She just gave up and walked away. Ended up putting half our merchandise back. The customer service is so rude and not trained at all. Ugh. Disappointing!!

Can't move through aisles, jammed with Christmas decor. Wanted to make a return and would have to go in to the check out lanes and then they would call someone to ok return. Lines were too long, decided to go back another time.

No cashier available every time I walk in the line is wrapped around. There is usually 2 cashier the most. Nice store horrible wait time. No cashier to meet the demand of customers. This is consistently.

This location has a lot of variety. It is stocked very well. There are registers near both entry/ exit of the store. The store is organized. While they are plentiful in stock it, on certain shelves and end caps it is tight and the a little crowded which can cause accidents when navigating through walking by or using a cart. The staff seems pleasant and eager to help. This location is a good place to find what your looking for.

Always love shopping here. I always find something to take home. But the home side is ALWAYS crowded and the aisles are narrow and hard to shop. The clothes side is wide open and spacious and rarely crowded. They could benefit from a possibly floor reorganizing

Great hodge podge for every room in the house, as well as a nice selection of planters. I purchased a planter with a flat back, for hanging on an outside wall in 2019, and on the visit I'm writing about right now, I was elated they had them again. I wanted 2, one on each side of our front door, but there was only 1 available in 2019. To have the same one, 4 years later, was inconceivable to me, yet there it was! I absolutely bought a 2nd one! Thanks, Home Goods!

I love this store for random things. And I do mean random. It's very eclectic so you have to take your time but it's got very cute mugs and seasonal decor

This Marshall’s and HomeGoods has some pretty good finds that aren’t available at the TjMaxx or HomeGoods near my house. Especially the beauty products. We come just to browse sometimes. Hubby likes to get fragrances and I love kitchen items, hair care, skin care, and various things for our kids. It’s full of things you won’t see elsewhere.

This store is great in its selection of items. Marshall's and Home Goods always have really quality products for pretty good prices. The only issue with this store that I've found is that it's uncomfortably dirty. The dressing rooms and shelves have lots of dust and debris, the clothing isn't organized well, and it can be hard to find what you're looking for, and the service doesn't always seem available. Otherwise, great selection for cheap prices

The clothes side is no better than any other in my opinion. The home goods though? They’ve got a little bit of everything over there. I can buy kitchen gadgets in there for days… lol… Nice cocktail mixers too. Found a lil something for my bourbon. Some nice bartending gadgets too

Huge selection. Horrendous service on various occasions. Register staff are helpless & don’t take ownership. They’d rather lose the sale instead of calling a manager to resolve a problem if a bar code doesn’t scan. Multiply that many times a day- how much $ in lost sales!!
