I think Roxy is the only dog who loves the vet. She flopped down immediately for belly rubs and complements and the staff were more than happy to oblige. Dealing with a sudden health problem with Roxy has been a stressful experience but everyone at Gladwyne has been so supportive and helpful as we navigate this new phase of life for her. We are thrilled to have such a supportive practice!

We love GAH and they take such good care of our cats. Not only do we feel welcomed when we arrive but asking questions and receiving any feedback is such an easy experience here and they always respond with results for bloodwork quickly. We also love the location and ease when it comes to scheduling and having our cats cared for by the team :)

Location & availability of appointment times. Dr. Chambers handled our “sensitive & temperamental” cat with ease. Although we knew our cat needed shots/annual check-up, it’s always a bit stressful & tends to be avoided for that reason. Our appointment experience put our fears at ease. Thank you GAH!

It was a very pleasant first visit at GAH. Thank You Dr.Ross and the staff for providing wonderful care for our Lucky. Dr.Ross was very caring, did thorough assessment and took time to address all our concerns. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I've never met a more dedicated group - the vets, the techs, the receptionists - every body loves the animals, and will do anything to help them. The most compassionate people ever! And I wouldn't trust my fur babies to just anyone.

All Gladwyne Animal Hospital staff were conscientious and helpful. I particularly appreciated that everyone spoke at a normal rate of speech. Our prior veterinarian office staff all spoke to us in a rapid rate and their primary goal seemed to be to get through the appointment as quickly as possible. Gladwyne Animal Hospital was recommended by a friend who also left our prior veterinarian’s office, and we plan to keep using Gladwyne’s excellent services.

It was easy to get an appointment that was compatible with my work schedule. The staff were polite and patient. I really love the doctors there and she did not talk down to me which is something that I have encountered at emergency facilities. My only wish is that there were Saturday hours.We have multiple pets but Snowball and Mary require extra attention. We are so grateful to have GAH.

We love everyone at GAH! We’ve had only positive experiences, from routine annual exams, to those times when things go wrong and emergencies pop up. Jeremy, Jedi the cat, and Bella the schnauzer have all had their share of urgent issues, and we always know our pets are in the best of hands at GAH. Our most recent experience with Bella was a prime example; she wasn’t feeling well, not wanting to eat, and they were able to fit her in the day I called. Dr. Mercier saw the urgency in her situation, so she was scheduled for a procedure the next day. Turns out it wasn’t what we thought it was after radiographs, suggested by Dr. Mercier to explore crackling in her lungs, were taken by Dr. Sutor and revealed a mystery metallic foreign body in her stomach. Surgery was performed by Dr. Sutor immediately, and the mystery object was removed. We are so very thankful to Dr. Mercier and Dr. Sutor. Thanks to them Bella is still with us!!

Everyone was so lovely and kind-- My puppy was neutered at GAH on 10/31, this being his first surgery, I was understandably nervous! All of the employees were so sweet with my boy and made me feel comfortable leaving him. I have even been texting questions and pictures back and forth (paranoid mom here!) and Dr. Katznelson went out of her way to call me and follow up on my questions and concerns, and check in on Sunny. We have a medically fragile and fussy small dog and was nervous about switching vet care. Our anxiety was quickly assuaged when we went Dr. Krill. She is warm, engaging and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all our questions and did a thorough assessment of our little guy. Dr. Krill was available for follow up questions and concerns that arose. We just completed our first visit with Dr. Krell after my old cat was traumatized by a previous vet last year--it was like night and day! Dr. Krell immediately picked up on his panic and had useful tools on hand to help my terrified guy calm down and be able to complete his exam. No manhandling and cursing and talking down to him or me; instead, everyone at the office was respectful and understanding. I felt like my cat was in exceptionally caring and qualified hands. We may have found our permanent vet.

After our cat only vet closed we searched around and finally found Gladwyne Animal Hospital. Dr. Ross was extremely informative and was able to help us manage our Asthmatic cat's care. The front desk staff were very helpful and Dr. Ross followed up the following week to see how she was doing. I would highly recommend this veterinarian practice, we finally feel our cats are getting the best care.

I absolutely LOVE Gladwyne Animal Hospital! The entire staff is amazing and always so kind and accommodating. My 4 year old yellow lab, Penny Lane, gets a little nervous during visits but everyone always tries to make her feel at home. When she was a puppy, we were going to a different veterinarian but that all changed when she suffered an injury. She was playing outside, running with a small stick in her mouth and took a tumble. The stick got lodged in the back of her throat and I freaked out. Called our (then) vet's office and they wouldn't see us for 3+ hours. Luckily, I knew Jess in the front office so we called her and she got us right in. That flexibility and care immediately changed my mind on which hospital we should be going to. I had all her records sent over to Gladwyne that day and we became new patients and never looked back. I would recommend this animal hospital to anyone!

I was just rereading this review, which was much older. I just saw Dr. Sutor this week with my dog. They are still five stars in my book and still the animal whisperers. I think Dr. Sutor is absolutely tops! Talented professional, Bright, knowledgeable. I would never take my dog anywhere else and I would recommend Dr. Sutor and Gladwyne Animal Hospital every chance I get they are clearly at the top of their profession in my mind. And their bedside manner is impeccable for both the dog and the owner.! How lucky I am!Outstanding! The "animal whisperers." They truly care about our pets and think outside the box to solve problems. Dr. Sutor and the other vets and the staff are highly knowledgeable and always professional. They are kind and emphatic towards the pets (and their owners too!) I have been a client for many years now, through the ups and downs of the health of my four legged loved ones, and I feel secure and lucky to be there. I recommend them whenever I can.

My husband and I couldn’t be happier with GAH! Ever since getting our puppy 7 months ago, we’ve been there a bunch between the initial vaccinations, a few sick appointments and most recently Augie’s neutering. At our initial appointment back in August, Dr Lenahan was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions (as new puppy owners, we had a ton!). The vet techs have always been so sweet to Augie too - one of them (Amy I think) was sitting on the ground with him and playing with him as we chatted with the vet. We’ve had Dr Chambers a few times who was incredibly helpful as well. At our recent neutering appointment, Jen the surgery tech called a few days prior and shared tons of good information and answered all the questions that were on my mind. She was so attentive when we dropped him off and educated us on all the medicines, what to avoid, etc. When we picked him up, she helped us figure out which of the surgery suits we brought for him fit the best and even walked us out of the office as we left. She was truly fantastic. Finally, Megan at the front desk seems to always be there whenever I call and she is so wonderful to deal with. We always leave the office feeling so comforted by the care he receives and I’m constantly recommending your office to others.
