To the old man making sandwiches this morning. Your attitude was undeserved. If you cannot hear then figure something out. Your reply shouldn’t be a blank stare into oblivion. And I shouldn’t be met with your negative vibe I’m retort to my special instructions. If you hate your job sell other employment. If I didn’t have to be to work on time I would have addressed the issue personally. Never in my life have I felt bad for adding a topping to my sandwich. Ya jerk

I find myself at this wawa a lot due to it being on my route home.The staff are usually very nice.Food can be hit or miss depending on availability due to time of day or they run out of some products doe a bit.The rewards program is pretty great 👍

I will never stop at this location ever again in lifewas about to order a breakfast bowl and a hoagie to take along for lunch when I looked at the gentleman making the food, his beard, exposed and no beard covering and he’s there singing very loudly while preparing peoples food I’m pretty sure a few of his hair wound up in some of these orders you have to do better Wawa it’s called serve safe for a reason !

Today I ordered two personal pizzas and a custom small fries online. I arrived at the store approximately 20 minutes later. I didn't see my order on the pickup rack so I decided to order a smoothie. I pay and begin to wait for my orders. My smoothie gets done first so I begin to drink it while waiting for the order I made online. About 10 minutes later I check my order's progress and it says that it's done so I ask an employee if my was done/where it was. She remembered making my order and looked for it to no avail. She said that someone must have taken it by mistake and offered to remake it. About 10 minutes later it was ready a solid 50 minutes after I ordered it and 30 minutes since I arrived at the store. Frustrated I asked another employee if I could be reimbursed/compensated for the inconvenience and he said that "It was an inconvenience to the store to remake your order.". After a bit of back and forth he decided to look for a coupon for me but 5 or so minutes later he shows up with two 20 fl oz bottles of Milo's Sweet Tea and offers them for my troubles. Being done with this whole fiasco, I took one and told him to have a good day. The tea felt like an insult to me and my family's time for having me wait almost an hour for what should have been less then 5-10 minutes. This is my first and last time ordering Wawa online. My family and I should have been done eating by now instead of just starting to.

The store is very clean. Even during the busiest hours the staff is friendly and food is always made to order.Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals that fill up my 7 year old for a pretty good price

Takes a while to get your made to order others when they're busy. But other than that, they're fine. I used to get online orders and they would mess it up. Now, I just go inside the store and get my stuff so I can make sure everything is good.

Only go here as last resort food option. Has to be the worst wawa known to man. Everytime I'm here they take forever. This time I only ordered a fruit drink knowing how bad they are here. Still took 15 minutes for the guy to make the drink & made it wrong forgot whipped cream. Trashcans work better then this establishment.

Wait for food is usually way longer than it should be which we typically understand when they are busy…However, today was the worst. Not busy at all. Ordered one quesadilla, it took over 20 mins.Multiple customers who came into the store and ordered well after our order was placed received their order of their multiple food items before our one food item.When we did get our order it was barely edible, soggy and wet- could barely pick it up.We called management just to give a heads up on what happened, she was less than apologetic and offered no solution.

On November 6th, I had ordered food for pick up online. It was #611 (for the store's awareness). And it said on the app that it would be ready at about 10:20am. I live pretty close to this wawa so I usually wait until the app tells me it is ready for pick up and I waited and waited and all it said was "order will be ready soon." So when I walked into the store, it was about 10:40am already. There was no Barcode for me to scan on the app either which is odd and shouldn't happen. The cashier who rung me out was helpful and did it manually, he also walkied' to his coworkers in deli that I was paying. Now I have been waiting by the deli for a very long time, and they are already on order 800 something. I ask the deli worker, the girl with the piercings and tattoos where my order is and that it should have been ready at least 20 minutes ago. She looked at a brown paper bag that was sitting towards the edge of where the kitchen is (not really reachable for customers) and also with the number label facing the opposite direction from me and pushed it over to me. I told them that I was waiting for awhile and also the app never told me it was ready. She didn't even provide a decent excuse. They saw me waiting up front by the counter for at least 10 minutes, they never repeated the orders that were ready, they didn't listen to the cashier, and they must have already printed out the receipt for my order before it was picked up. They just blatantly didn't care. As a former employee, I know that everything could have been easily avoidable. Especially if ONE single customer is standing there for awhile. I'm not happy about my experience at all and I hope you hire and retrain employees to be more thoughtful and actually follow protocol. I ended up leaving the store at 10:54am when my order said it would be ready around 10:20... That's completely unreasonable.

I ordered 2 Refresher at 2:29 pm. At 2:42 I asked the lady who was making it how much longer bc it had been almost 15 minutes.The lady said no it's been 7 minutes. I walked over to the manager said what time is it. She said 2:43 and I showed her time on my ticket. I said please refund me my money I wasn't about to stay any longer for 2 drinks. The manager said she wouldn't refund me my money. She instead walked over to the lady came back said she has 9 orders to do. I said I only seen her make 3 drinks in 15 minutes I been standing there. The manager said you couldn't make these drinks. I said yes I could and probably faster. The manager then said you're not going to talk about my employees like that don't come back in this store. I said I don't plan too. She give me my money back. She said how did you pay. I said cash and you can ask the cashier right behind me. She said you can keep the two pennies. I said I'll bring you back two pennies. If I was wawa I would send people from corporate office to retrain these employees. This stores employees are very unprofessional.

The shop aspect is superb but the hot food aspect is bad. Usually have to wait 15mins to 20mins just for your order to be done. Also sometimes they forget to add or take off stuff from the item you ordered. Other wawas are great but this one struggles a bit when preparing food and serving.

Visited at 1:30PM on September 20, 2021.The food and drink prep staff deserve a raise. They went over the top, perfectly assembling my spicy turkey club and adding extra whipped cream to my mocha pumpkin latte. Would visit again!

Honestly they quality has taken a nose dive in the last couple months. Not only are my mobile orders incorrect but there is definitely less food. Half full bowls. I don't know if this is due to food supply being scarce or what. But i would at least like a heads up if you're out of something not just skimped. I'll come back in a couple weeks.

Stood waiting 30 min for our food.1. Had numbers called that ordered WAY after mine and/or people whom ordered same thing way after mine served before me2. One of my sandwiches was done 10-15 min before my other sandwich on same slip so it got cold by time i got my 2nd sandwich! When asked if they can place it in warmer so it stays warm. Was told no cause I touched it already. Okay fine understandable,,, BUT in that case... i shoud have never had to ask for it to be placed in warmer, they should have put it in warmer before putting it up on counter and yelling my number if both sandwiches were not done yet!!3. Quality of the food is not even close to good as it is at any of the other wawas.4. Only giving them 1 star cause 2 of my friends work there in the mornings..

Clean store. I particularly like this wawa because it has male and female restrooms compared to the new stores that have just two family restrooms and you’re waiting around. Plus the women like there toilet seats down and clean. Very quick and speedy service as well. One of my favorite wawas around!

This Wawa is wonderful. I have never been somewhere with such caring people. They care about other people and their community. The General manager Justin is helpful, quick, and such a selfless person. I witnessed him stop what he was doing and use his own money to help a family of strangers that were in need because he can’t stand to see someone hungry. I would recommend giving all of your business here. You’ll never enter this store without being treated with the upmost respect and a smile from every employee.

This used to be my favorite Wawa. Now you can't get hand made drinks at the normal spot, you have to wait in the food line, it takes forever. Even when your drink is done it's hidden and you stand there longer waiting for someone to tell you. (Usually about 10 minutes for an espresso shot) As soon as you get to know the workers they're moved to another store. The workers there are still great, it's not their fault that things have changed so much. I stop at Wawas at LEAST 3 times a day and this one has definitely gone down hill. The manager there won't make eye contact when you address your concerns with her. She has lied to me twice, that I know of, of course while not making eye contact. I hope someone steps in to make this Wawa like it used to be. Changed from a 5 star rating to a 3, only because I know the employees are just doing what they're told.

My sandwhich is completely mangled. It looks like they threw it across the deli and stomped on it before they gave it to me. This Wawa used to be one of the best ones in the area! What happen??? I'm going to check my sandwhiches before I leave from now on because I waited 20 minutes for this mess and don't have time to go back. 😡

I love ❤ me some Wawa milkshakes but...here we go again folks, I am going to lay it on ya! The truth that is...Wawa took on way too many food choices so now the quality and efficiency of the place makes it pretty much only good for gas...THE END

They never have pico de gallo for bean and rice bowl. Another time they were out of eggs, and they didn’t have hummus either. Last time I went, I got a chicken salad sandwich and they were down to their last container. Seems to be a supply and demand issue. It is right off the highway and usually very busy, so maybe they need to restock their inventory more often.

Amanda at the Gilbertsville store was amazing. She saw us looking for a breakfast sandwich, and went in the back to find it. She told my grandson that it was still in the oven, and made sure he got the sandwich when it was ready.
