I would say more on the curiosities side than antiques. Lots of craft or homemade items throughout. There are a lot of "littles" here, such as jewelry, nicknacks, collectibles, and coins. We saw a decent amount of paintings and Christmas decorations as well. Heads up, though: I saw some things here that I personally found/purchased on Amazon. As a whole the prices are reasonable. The staff are very friendly. Plenty of parking. Overall, it is a nice shop.

Follow-up review for 2024: Stopped in again during a visit and scored major trail magic this time! Found a nice Tibetan singing bowl that fits in perfectly with our little at-home shrine. The store has evolved quite a bit since previous visits and its always a feast for the senses to shop there.

I'm at this store quite frequently as I volunteer at the car museum down the road on weekends. I have bought many many things and the experience is always wonderful and the owner is a real delight. My latest purchase was some artwork of old Connie Mack Stadium which hangs proudly at home. I will be back again and again.

The Swamp Door Antiques a Curiosities is a lovely antique store. The staff is friendly, and the store is clean and accessible. They have a nice variety of antiques and collectibles. One of the staff members recommended other store to visit while we were in the area, and had complimentary water. We’ll definitely be back!

All I will say that my dad and I were the only 2 black customers in the store and we were being watched and followed. I left immediate with my dad because I was so upset. The workers who were in the store noticed this and were snickering and being passive aggressive when we were leaving. I will not be going back there when my race is treated as a crime.

This is by far one of our favorite antiques and collectible shops. There's a lot of vendors under one roof so there's a lot of variety. The people there are just wonderful and the prices are really fair. Definitely something for everyone under this one roof.

This place is so fun. Every corner is styled and some are even color coordinated. The prices are fair and you’ll more than likely end up going home with something that makes you smile.

I absolutely LOVE this store and drove all the way from central Jersey to visit today, only to find they were closed for vacation. In the short time I was there (baby needed a diaper change), a handful of other customers also stopped by and looked equally disappointed. This is a multi-dealer store with several employees--not a tiny shop with just the owner, so it really shouldn't be closed for vacation. I know the Fourth was around the corner, but we're talking about a Saturday several days before it. I get that everyone deserves a vacation, but multi-dealer stores always keep their doors open to customers, so that they don't run the risk of ones coming from afar not expecting to find a sign pinned to the door that informs them that they're away on vacation.

04/07/24: Just rewarded myself with a leisurely perusal of the lovely collectibles on display at Swamp Door. Left with several new items to add to my treasures. You never know what you will find, but it is always bright and welcoming. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend wandering through Swamp DoorLove wandering through Swamp Door Antiqurs & Collectibles. I always find something I fall in love with. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Big building, lots of vendors, clean and organized, and the staff was so nice. I found an antique ruler with my last name on it, some hard to find pieces I needed for my vintage dish set, and the perfect sign for my wall! Prices are pretty good, and there is surely something for everyone! Definitely going to come back, and highly recommend!

I took my wife and sister and another sister from out of state to the shop yesterday. They loved the store. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.There are a wide choice of items to pick from. My sister called me againthis morning to say how much they enjoyed the store. I knownext time she comes into town , we will go the the store again.

Amazing selection of unique items as well as the most wheelchair accessible antique store I've ever been in. Good room to move between items and turn around even if I needed to. You think you've seen it all and then the store just keeps going! They have really nice items all around and also sell records.

Fantastic, friendly, clean and no pressure. Me and my family shop there frequently and walk away with great deals.In reference to person who purchased card from me. First, he neglected to say that he purchased the card over 3 years ago and we agreed that he would have the card professionally graded and if it was not authentic that I would reimburse him the cost for having it graded and that I would replace it with another card of equal value.Well, he never did have the card professionally graded and based on what some dealer told him wanted me to honor our agreement. I don't know of any dealer who would do that...especially after 3 years have going by!

My wife and I went there today on our 30th anniversary. We found nice items and the owners are always polite I am a coin and Kennedy collector, even though I didn't score anything today it was a good time with my wife and it gave me an idea of things that I could collect or get at a later date and my wife was able to get something for herself there which was cool the thing is I gave five stars the swamp door is just a great facility stop it and check them out good people

Lots of goodies. We will be back. I just felt a bit uncomfortable with 3 workers pushing me to buy a 140.00 table. I originally thought the tag said 40.00 and thought whoa not worth it. Not cool to make mom look like a bad guy for not getting it. My surprise when my husband whispered its actually 140!! Interesting store..but just give individuals space to make their own purchases.

So much cool stuff to look at and buy! If you go home empty handed, your doing something wrong! Lisa, (The owner) is super friendly, and truly makes you feel welcome! I'm sure if you visit, you'll be saying, " I have/had one of those!" Just visit, you'll see what I mean!
