We had some pretty old stains on our light brown/tan carpet in our finished basement. I was very happy with how it turned out. Surprised really. The two guys that did the job were professional and polite and efficient. They were done fairly quickly. Very pleased !

The guys were great!There are still three areas that didn't come out with the steam cleaning. One does not usually come completely but the other two usually clean up very well. I didn't get a chance to look at the rug before they packed up, I would have had them go over the two areas again along with the small area near the BR, it looks like it was half done. I really think the areas should be done over.Sincerely, Kim

Both William and Lamar were extremely professional in accomplishing our building’s vent cleaning. It was a pretty big job…they kept us informed as to what they were doing and the progress that they were making. They also cleaned the carpet in a high traffic area. We were happy with the results of both jobs. We definitely will be using Stanley Steemer again!!!

I hired Stanley Steamer to clean my home HVAC ducts due to their reputation and reviews. Unfortunately, that was a HUGE mistake. The two guys who did my duct cleaning were nice, professional, and friendly, but either completely incompetent, untrained, or the equipment doesn't work??? Paid over $600 for the service. Unlike most home owners, I checked after they left to confirm things were done correctly. Well to my surprise almost nothing was actually cleaned. The vents still have dirt and debris, some are literally right inside the vent. But the worst part is the main supply and return trunk. Basically they pushed everything down and did nothing with the mains. (See attached pics. These are all AFTER pics). Complete and utter waste of money and possibly more harm than good. All that dirt and debris was pushed down into my HVAC unit. I spent the entire rest of the day just cleaning the inside of the HVAC unit in the hopes no damage was done. They also cut 5 access holes into the ducts which seems excessive, but would have been acceptable if things were actually cleaned. All the holes were cut but the dirt and debris was never cleaned out. I will never use Stanley Steamer for anything after this!

Horrible service , paid over $300.00 for steam hot water they were in my apartment no more then 15 minutes. Stains did not come up they used no chemicals, and did not refund my money . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! My bank is investigating them currently for doing this . They refused to give me any of my money back. Next step is a lawyer .

We hired Stanley Steemer to clean our upstairs wall to wall carpet before the arrival of our newborn. They showed up in a timely manner and explained the cleaning process which was appreciated. They took approximately 20 minutes to clean 2 large bedrooms, a hallway and the stairs which we were surprised by. In our bedroom they did not move the furniture which they explained to me was typical because they could clean underneath, upon further inspection they in fact did not clean fully under our furniture as it was not wet/damp. After the carpet dried we vacuumed and we were shocked at how much debris and dog hair was still collected. It was explained they couldn’t get it all, which we understood but we had to empty the vacuum canister twice. We paid for the cleaning, protecting and deodorizing which was not cheap given the area we had completed. When I received a survey about the service and I noted my dissatisfaction, I received no further contact from the company. Fast, friendly, and effecient! But.....Update:Upon further inspection, there are some areas on my carpet that don't look very clean. I'm not sure if it's the age of my carpet or the type of carpet that I have. The one room has like a Berber carpet and it looks okay but not gleaming. The stairs in hallway look nice. The age of your carpet and how long some Stains have been there makes it more difficult to clean.

Absolutely disappointed!!! We hired Stanley Steemer to clean our carpets in the upper level of our new home before move-in day. After letting them know how dissatisfied we were with the quality of work preformed and seeing NO difference at all in our carpets; we decided to use our own store-bought carpet cleaning machine. The pictures of what was pulled out of our carpet THE NEXT DAY is absolutely unacceptable. Look elsewhere & save your money.
