Steve and his staff are THE GREATEST of all the Pet Stores I've entered into this is by far the best CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever received in my life I will always continue to do my business with this location no other is comparable. Some of the nicest people ever. I needed to say goodbye to my best friend today, so we went around to some of our favorite places. The manager was working, and realizing what was happening, came around and was one of the nicest people I have ever met. On a very sad, very upsetting, this was one of the most uplifting moments I could have asked for. So if you see a big burly looking guy working there, just know, he cares about your animals.

Great pet store fast service friendly staff. Has inexpensive dog wash bays suitable for smaller pets even also! Huge plus one to them for great service and having just about everything I'd need literally right down the street!

We use the dog bath and they've recently changed to not allow more than one towel. The baths are nice, and usually pretty clean, however having one extra towl would be very helpful (two total).

There's a good selection of food, snacks. U can wash your pets, adopt a cat. Points are given for purchasing and last Tuesday of the month is senior citizen discount day.

Ok for special needs. I feel the prices are a bit high for toys and such. I order a lot of that kind of stuff online and that makes for better pricing in my opinion. But for a quick fix for specific pet items it works.

I absolutely love pet valu and I am genuinely sad that they're going out of business. I love the sort of local pet shop feel that it has even though they had about 350 some stores just in the US. Not like Petco that's like a super conglomerate or the Target of pet stores. It will sadly be missed 😿😢
