The people at giant pharmacy may have just saved a life today. My wife was prescribed a medication that she is severely allergic to part of the contents. The wonderful and highly professional people there caught it and brought it to our attention. Thank God for these good people.

I had a positive experience ordering food trays for a baby shower. The food was delicious and well presented. Shorthanded that day but we were happy to wait a bit for items. Woman was very apologetic! Assured her it was all good. If the deli was super busy with party trays that day, it can only mean the store is good quality affordable food. I will use again and highly recommend!

Theresa at customer service was fantastic! She was very informative and she assisted me with updating my information for my bonus card. She also helped William signed up for his bonus card too! I can't forget to mention the kind young lady Tatianna, who rang us up at register 12. She made the initiave to have us come over to her register, so we did not have to wait in line!

Terrific variety in general and a good gluten free selection, even in the fresh bakery. More choices in each section. Clean, including restroom.An an actual al cashier was on at 8:30, which was great because I bought more than I had planned. Will definitely return when I can.

Never had a bad experience here, employees are all very polite and helpful. Especially a young man named Dawson! Big shout out to him as there were no more “car-carts” left and my daughter was not happy… when I asked him if Giant had these he did not hesitate to run outside (in the 90 degree heat) and get me one! Very polite, and very hardworking man. I am sure lots of people would have just said I guess they’re all being used. Thanks DAWSON!

Great Bakery product is the most fresh of any bakery around with a large selection. Friendly faces, mike works Saturday mornings and greets me with a smile and willingness to help. If I were to say anything to improve on it would be this, I come every Saturday morning for 2 dozen donuts for mechanics I work with, there is no room at the donut case to sit boxes the glass doors nearly knock them off when I open the case. Perhaps a side table would be nice also maybe some paper towels. These donuts are so fresh and warm the yummyness sometimes gets on my fingers and no place to wipe off. Absolutely great store

Well stocked with products. And our cashier, Jaeden, was extremely polite. This store is always calm and low key, with friendly staff. There are Giant Food Stores located closer to our house, but we travel farther specifically to shop at this one.

I usually come here for cheese, wine and some groceries. Recently we went & gotpepperjack cheese. When we came home, it was moldy. Immediately we returned it & grabbed the furthest back cheese in the fridge. We then ate this cheese later, and we both had the worst stomach illness the day after. Not sure it was from the cheese, we waited a week with this new cheese just to find it also had developed mold. Not just in one spot like the other, but all over it! It had a much longer shelf life, so the only reason it would develop mold is if it was kept in improper conditions. I think their cheese fridge is not the proper temperature, or they held the cheese at inappropriate temps before it was put in the open cheese fridge. Either way do yourself a favor and don't but their cheese

Love the giant, the produce Has been yah know in between fresh to bitter looking. It's gonna get better. Deli to go umm needs better attention. I know you get put orders how about the folks who don't like technology. So i believe it's going to get better

I have a great experience each and every time i use Giant Direct which is 1 to 2 times a week. They are kind, courteous and thoughtful. i do not get around very well so using them is very helpful. They are awesome. I had Becky help me today but I have had many others.Thank you for your help!K. O.

Staff are friendly and helpful when needed. Additionally, the quality of the seafood, meat, and fresh produce is on par with what you’d expect from Giant.Unfortunately this location has overwhelming, persistent inventory issues. For instance, frozen vegetables will be sold out for months and currently a particular common brand of bottled water hasn’t been in stock for two weeks. However, other local Giant stores don’t have issues with these products. I’ve also found, while chasing down those items, other local stores have a broader selection of products across several categories.Ultimately, this is a convenient location for locals, but it’s worth a drive if you’ve got some must have items on your list.

The giant direct customer care is useless. They cause an overdraw on my account and said they can’t do anything about it. It’s one thing to put a hold on my account for more than I spent to ensure the money is there. But to hold that amount and charge the correct amount without dropping the hold (that shows as a pending charge) is ridiculous. I understand it will drop in 3-5 days, but that’s not good enough when I was charged for overdrawing my account because giant charged me double! Cannot use them again as the customer care guy said that’s how it is and he can’t do anything. I can’t be charged double for all my orders. Guess I’ll be going elsewhere.

This review contains a combined review of a 1 and a 5 resulting in 3 stars based on my experience tonight. While utilizing self check out, the employee working was distracted. 1 star, When 1st arriving to pay, there was a small line because of a registered needing assistance due the coupon bin being full. It took the employee several minutes to realize and fix it. I had my turn and was using the middle self check register on the left, finished my order, payed, got my receipt and left. As I was walking past the last register, it was beeping, saying to please pay for their order. Nobody was there. As I was loading my groceries in my truck, the employee came outside and loudly yelled to me "YOU DIDN'T PAY FOR YOUR GROCERIES" There were several other customers coming into and leaving and hearing this. I let her know that I had indeed paid for my order but the register in front of me was beeping. I saw this when I walked by. At this point she said, again loudly, "THEN YOU WOULD HAVE A RECEIPT"! Which I produced from my bag and she walked back in saying "sorry to upset you" 2 things I can not tolerate are a thief or liar and this woman publicly accused me of both. While I was too embarrassed and upset to go back in an speak to anyone then, I drove home and called and spoke to the manager. This was a 5 star experience. When I explained the incident to her and my embarrassment of such a public accusation, she immediately apologized and said it would immediately be addressed. While everyone is just trying to do the best job they can, missteps like this one are excellent opportunities for additional training. Hoping this will help this lady in her future interactions with customers. Big thank you to everyone working hard to keep our Giant running smoothly 👍
