I had such a terrific experience at the newly located Boyertown Eye Care practice today. Friendly, personal and professional staff and the best eye exam by Dr. Reitnauer. Their new location and offices are refreshing and pleasantly appointed. Ample and easy parking...did I mention the excellent eye care too! Thank you to the entire staff; Mindy refitted my glasses too, priceless!

The new office is so lovely and appealing. Dr Cara is very knowledgeable, caring and pleasant. The office staff was very helpful and pleasant as well. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I highly recommend this office for your eye care.

Going to Boyertown Eye Care is like going back in time. Back when administrative staff were welcoming and efficient; when doctors looked you in the eye, gave you time to ask and answer questions. State of the art equipment housed in a quaint building; you can even buy a broom to support the local Lion’s Club! A 10+ year patient.

Have been trusting my eye care to Dr Cara Reitnauer for as long as she’s been working with Dr Tribbett. She’s very knowledgeable and will take time to explain anything you ask about. I like the office’s reminder system and the new tech used to check your vision is very cool as well. The staff behind the counter and on the phone are always very professional. It’s always a great experience at Boyertown Eye Care!

I always take my daughters and we always laugh so much with the fun and friendly staff. The y are very professional with the newest technology. We choose to get pictures taken of our eyes instead of getting drops and sitting in a dark room. It does cost more but to us it’s so worth it, they can compare our results. We always look forward to our eye appointments with Dr. Cara Reitnauer.

Great experience. I admit, after walking in to the small, older “house style office”, I expected the equipment to be older and the wait to be long. I was wrong on both counts. My family was seen almost immediately. We had the option to stay together or go back one by one. They used digital tools that allowed us to skip the drops which dilate the pupil. The doctor was friendly; he explained everything and had us in and out of there in 10-15 minutes. They didn’t try to sell us glasses, and told us the cheapest options we had available to us should we need them in the future. The check in process was quick and easy, compared to the 5 page packets we usually have to fill out before being seen as a new patient.Thank you for the great service!Highly recommend.

Dr. Cara is the best. I had a concussion 6 months ago which led to shadowing and blind-spots in my eye. She fit me in for an emergency visit, and through her thorough examination, I had a great treatment plan created, and after re-testing today, no longer have shadowing and blind-spots in my visual field, my visual acuity is great once again.
