Hey, it’s a Walmart - but it’s nice and clean, generally not too busy, and they sell tires. They don’t even stampede on Black Friday. But it’s not a SuperWalmart, and while I don’t mind the self-checkout, I would appreciate it if they could flex in more cashiers quickly during surges.-EDIT: I didn’t change my rating, but I’m tempted to knock them down to two stars because they don’t have wireless tap technology at checkout so you can’t pay with credit cards stored in your iPhone wallet.

Vehicle battery buyers BEWARE!!! Purchased a series 65, 2/28/23 DEAD! 2/20/24. 3 yr warranty, returned for replacement- BE PREPARED Walmart policy is battery MUST be tested for 1 hour(test should only be 5 min) so you wait while no one at service desk(understaffed) so you are locked in the store unable to get to your vehicle or outside without going distance to front entrance then to rear Auto center. NO employee could process the return(no procedures written) for 30 + min, then you are advised there is a cost for defective replacement which is the increased cost of new replacement $ 33+(about 25% of new). Walmart Mgt has NO regard for Customer service or profound inconvenience!!!!!!! (2 hrs) BUY ELSEWHERE

Love this walmart it's not huge like the normal super centers and its just a regular walmart but always clean and everytime I went in its pretty quiet. My husband normally goes in and they always have what we're looking for thankfully (the automatic litter box refills)

I would give a zero star if I could. I had an appointment at 1 o’clock couple hours later they finally started on it, took couple hours to finish “ even tho it was just tires”. I complained to manger, he said it’s cooperate, not us!!!! I mean since you’re a manger you should be responsible for the appointments, cooperate has nothing to do with it. So if you’re planning to get anything done here, just be prepared to spend your whole day here.

Always my go-to store for my every need. You can find all kinds of wonderful people at any walmart, the shoppers and the workers. They always have what I need and at the absolute best prices you wont see at any other store. Truly a 5-star store.

Absolutely horrible. I attempted to return items...the desk woman was rude, asked if I'd mind her doing the lady behind me bc I had a lot and she didnt..fine. she did her then proceeded to complain about all the things I had and how she hadn't gotten her lunch yet. Any minute someone would b over to relieve her..... so I let 2 more people go. Then another, then I spoke up and stated it looked like noone else was coming so she could start me. Then she complained she needed information about the return...which I get, but was having trouble doing. She said, oh well I can't help you, idk... then took another person. I figured it out..completely on my own, and stepped up to b next. Then after throwing things around, yelling at another lady in line, being rude yet again..she attempted to do my order. She then proceeded to inform all marketplace is down. I am not the only one who had no clue what this means..to her or to me. Again rude, demeaning and overall ignorance. Im sorry if ur hungry and need a break...but you're in customer service. That is unacceptable. AND I still have 2 boxes full of ite.s to return. I hate buying from Walmart. Everything is so much harder to return than it has to be.

Isles are clean from debris. Shelves are stocked and organized. I recommend adding fresh produce from local farmers. A wide variety of items at reasonable prices. There is six self-checkout registers. Vision center is located at the front of the store and has a very nice optometrist. They offer Spark for individuals looking for delivery work and customers can order what they need and have it delivered. There is a home and garden centre along with a tire department. This location also includes an area for crafts and sewing. Yes, they have fabric. I don't know who supplies the fabric. Employees are friendly. Check out does take a minute due to only having limited staff.

Communities around Pittsburgh always seem to protest when a new Walmart may be built, so there's not many around. They closed the Walmart in Fox Chapel after years of theft and disrepair, so the Gibsonia store is the closest to me. I always find something at Walmart and at prices lower than Target and Amazon. The food section of the store needs spruced up but that is my only complaint.

Seems like you can find here most of the stuff as in other Walmarts + they have farmacy. Every time when I went there it was crowded and help nowhere to be found. Also, just my personal note. This Walmart is organized way differently than other Walmarts, may take time to find what you are looking for.

After waiting patiently through a delay in the auto department (an additional nearly 2 hours of being backed up), an employee had the gall to stop me at the exit to accuse me of shoplifting."It appears you've been concealing items in some bags here."You mean the items I bought that I couldn't load into my car as it was STILL being worked on?I would rate 0 stars if I could - I'm never stepping foot in this Walmart ever again.

Still waiting on my order that was placed yesterday and never came. Then said it would be here the next day at eight at night. My order should have been first in the morning after making a mistake. Manager Logan did not know I was on a three-way with customer support when he lied and said I was supposed to receive it today. I have texts and emails that say otherwise. Never apologized. Very bad customer service will never do this again.

Forced to use self checkout. Have to walk around or move employees because they are blocking the registers. I'm doing their job! Yet they feel the need to stand in the way! They get paid NOT to work 🤷.
