This Target carries a decent selection of merchandise for hygiene, beauty, cleaning, pets, clothes, accessories, electronics, linens, toys, etcetera. The prices are reasonable. I usually purchase things for my house and cats. I find that the clothing sizes can sometimes be slightly off. The cashiers performed their jobs well for me.

Workers are rude. I was standing at the return center patiently waiting to return my item. Women asks me “Can I help you with something”. Why else would I be standing at the counter. Impolite. Then does not ask me which card I wanted the returned money back on and put it on the inactive card connected to the Target Circle account. She did not even give me a chance to speak and walked away. Rude and inconsistent. Don’t shop here.

I love my target in Gibsonia the employees are so helpful the store is clean they usually have everything I am looking for and more. The selection they have in their household department is always up to style with new and upcoming designs.I take my father there every Saturday and people are so kind my father is a veteran and multiple employees will stop him shake his hand and tell him thank you for your service and it’s not just the employees it’s people in general so it’s Great that people are so kind.

Like the store. I have a problem with the 25 or so handicapped parking spaces they have! That is overkill at best! I have never seen more than 3 or so "legally parked handicapped" cars in the lot. Now they also have approximately 10 or more order pick up spots too. All this waste of parking keeps other customers who may have issues not warranting a handicap parking tag from parking closer to the store, like someone with an injury, bad knees, children to carry or handle, etc... from getting a decent parking space. NO OTHER store on all of RT8 has this many handicapped or order pick up parking spots. You are not serving the majority of your shoppers properly.

My favorite Target location in the area. Store is always stocked and clean. They have the best Bullseye selection. Never feels 'crowded' when I'm shopping (usually shop here during lunch time, weekdays).

I would like to pass the word that the Target in Gibsonia is so clean, and organized. I can find items fast. I do not smell the grease from a Subway Store as I'm shopping. The staff is so friendly and always willing to help when needed. Its nice to grab a Star Bucks on the way out.

They say items are in stock when you check the availability in their app when trying to plan a shopping trip. When you get there it's a different story. I've been to 4 different Target's trying to find things advertised in the sale ad over the last few months (no I'm not looking for toilet paper or at-home covid-19 tests). I understand that there's shipping issues going on but don't have things on sale if you don't even have them available for purchase. With all the food prices going up people must be turning to canned cat and dog food to eat because they didn't have any of that either. I'm officially done with Target and so are all my acquaintances/friends/family.

your employees made me feel that they appreciated me entering the store for a purchase. One employee at the register welcomed me, the second employee at the pick up desk again welcomed me and was helpful with getting my on line package. She also said thank you and come back again.

I'd like to thank Kara today (07/12/2022) for being such a wonderful Target employee, and shout-out to her supervisor, Nick for making a coupon exception.Today is the start of Target deals day and I knew they would be busy with online/in-person orders. I was looking at the Target App and noticed that they had a KitchenAid Stand Pro Mixer on sale for an INCREDIBLE price but of course, as most things on their website/app, the matte black color I wanted was only available in a few stores around me - not available for pick-up or shipping.I had called a previous Target and they had said that although the app shows 1 available, it wasn't. I had called this store in Gibsonia and spoke to Kara (I guess in the kitchen/electronics department), and had given her the DCPI number from the app. She was able to go to the shelf and hold the item for me at customer service! This thing was heavy too, and I was traveling over 40 minutes to pick it up.When I had arrived, I was greeted with a smile from an employee.I took a quick look around at Bullseye's center and let me tell you, it was one of the most organized and clean Bulleye's centers I've ever seen in a Target. Everything was in it's correct place and was just immaculate. I then proceeded to customer service where 2 women had asked if I needed help. They promptly found the mixer behind the counter with my name on it and got it in my cart.Because I couldn't technically purchase it online (which there was an additional 5% off most* online purchases today, 07/12/2022 in the app), the customer service associate behind the counter did the price adjustment in 30-seconds, thanks to the exception from supervisor Nick, and I was on my way. In and out in less than 5 minutes total.Such a great experience overall from Target's customer service from multiple employees, to inside and outside store cleanliness (the cart boy had a grabber tool, trash can/bag, and was picking up anything not in the trash bins), and to honoring the customer. It's so hard to find that at big box stores and I'm glad that Target still carries that integrity throughout the store/employees!

Target drive up delivery was so easy and fast. From the time I placed the order, drove there, and picked it up, it took about a half hour. They were delivering to my car within a minute of my letting them know I was there for pick up. I plan on using this service more often. Thanks Target!

I'm a Chinese. Come to this store to buy something. I don't know why the security inside didn't sell me anything and told me to get out. Does it discriminate against me? Why don't you let me drive me out. Still scolding me? it's an old black security guard

Needed an item I had trouble finding elsewhere so I checked Target on-line & they had it. So I placed an order at my local location. Within, say, an hour, I received a conformation that it was ready to be picked-up. I waited until the next day. I say there were a lot of parking spaces in front of the store for the outside pick-up, but I had opted to go inside myself. So I parked in a regular space. There was nobody ahead of me & three employees at the desk, so I was waited-on quickly. After verfying me, the associate quickly found my order on their shelf, handed it to me & off I went. Good experience

I have many reason for the 1 star rating. The biggest issue is a few months ago on a 95 degree summer day I noticed someone had left a dog in a car with only one window cracked and the dog was clearly in distress. I went to the customer service center and asked if they could page the owners only to be told that paging customers was against store policy... In other words its not in Target's best interest to interrupt "paying shoppers" before they get to the checkouts even if it means letting a dog die. Another issue is they never have enough cashiers and the front end managers will watch the lines build rather than open a register up and check people out themselves. *Fun fact, did you know they don't play music in the stores so shoppers are less aware of how long they have been shopping. Longer time spent in store usually means more $$$$

I love the selections that Target carries and even after 10 years my target is still always clean and updated. I really love my target with all the great department stores clothes they carry to the home goods its hard not to spend money there and you cant go wrong with the prices.. I love Target. However more recently at this specific Target- Richland twp. I have had a bad experience. I accidentally rang up an item twice at the self checkout, the nice man said I didn't. Clearly on my receipt I did. In the past month, I have had three items ring up higher than the shelf price. A kit for patching walls, a storage basket, and the latest a book. I try to use Target circle on each transaction but then my Target card doesn't work when I pay for it, so the transaction starts again without my information for Target circle. I would say just in the last few months, I have lost $15-20 with higher prices at checkout and losing discounts from my circle. This is the second time I said to my family, Target is turning into Walmart with their inconsistencies.

I came into the store minutes before closing to buy Baby wipes, and diapers....when I got to the register it was closed. The Manager went above and beyond to make sure that a had baby wipes on a snowy night. I am grateful, that there are still good people in this world!!!!

Longest lines ever!!! Why have 18 lanes if you only use 3 max!!!! And what's with all the "express checkout lanes" ?? They never open or use them. If you don't want to pay employees to run the checkouts then install self checkout. People have better things to do then wait in line all day at Target. 🎯 Also try teaching your department managers how to reorder items that are out of stock

Other targets are fine but this one has really slow lines. You’d think they’d open up more lines with all the young employees goofing off in the isles. Then the cashiers always gotta say something about what you put on the belt. If I cared about what they had to say I’d ask. Then they gotta ask you about opening some card. Then they never have any sizes. Every time I go in there there’s no xsmalls or smalls. I only come to this target as my last resort. Walmart has better prices for everything plus the staff is better there.

I love Target. I have the app so it makes shopping so much easier for me. The employees are always nice, the guy that does the carts is good he always takes my cart for me.

Tried for over half an hour to schedule a booster shot. The online system didn't work so I called. Apparently the phone system is also faulty - even the wait music was broken. Finally got to speak to a human but we were unable to communicate in English. After all the frustration, I gave up and scheduled elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

The staff! We love when we see Aleise (I think that’s how you spell it) at the front registers. Today was exceptional as an employee asked if I needed help & went out of their way to show me where I might find the item I was looking for in a totally different section of the store. Fantastic customer service.
