The pharmacy is excellent here, in particular Hannah is great. She always takes the time to make sure I have everything I need. This pharmacy is very busy and they all tried their hardest. So happy with the service here!

This store is wonderful and everyone works so hard. I wanted to give a shout out to the pharmacy, they are severely overworked, and having to pick up the slack of other pharmacies around the area has made their jobs even more difficult. I know you all are doing your best!Also, the rite aid app is what's keeping your pharmacy in the mud. It tells customers false information and puts a lot of pressure on the pharmacy to uphold that service.A lot of times of they can't get your prescription filled because of whomever you are insured with, so have some patience with the pharmacy. They don't control your insurance, lol

Very rude in the pharmacy— her name was Hannah… gave me attitude even though I was annoyed cause I was waiting 45 mins for a “it’ll be ready in 20 mins med”. That girl needs a new job she was so rude.

I needed a new pharmacy because mine was out of generic medication. Every phone call I made to this location was AMAZING!!! Answered questions, made sure they had what I needed; and everyone was so friendly! Typically pharmacies are rude, and short with you! Thank you so much for all the help, and positive customer service!

This store went above and beyond all my expectations. One woman help me find a battery and the other installed it for me to make sure it will work. They had a special tour so it made my life easier. I had the flu shot the same day and the staff in the pharmacy was very kind and courteous and efficient. Can’t say enough good things about this store!

The workers here are consistently rude and unhelpful. Went here for a month and had to switch pharmacies because I couldn't take it anymore. Every now and then you'd speak to someone who was actually nice and attentive but that only happened 2 or 3 times. The rest of the times I'd be flat out ignored while waiting at the counter while the workers talked with each other. Never greeted by anyone.

Honestly the worst pharmacy around. This one never knows what is going on. Gave me a run around about my blood pressure medication, refused to give me any stating that I didn’t have a prescription. Came to find out after I had the doctor office call that I did indeed have a prescription for blood pressure medication and the excuse was that they had multiple accounts in my name and didn’t look at any of the others. That whole debacle started on a Friday and ended on a Tuesday. I went without medication for days before they could get their **** together. Then today my husband has Medicaid and was told that he couldn’t get his prescription because they can’t look his insurance up. What? I called 8 times to speak with the pharmacist to find out why his insurance can’t be looked up and no one answered. I called the store and asked to speak to someone in the pharmacy and was placed on hold. I waited on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up. Simply the laziest and most worthless pharmacy in Gibsonia. If I could give it negative stars… I would!

Drive through is terrible, more than once had to wait for 10 minutes or longer while the pharmacist chats with the car in front. Person should have been told to come inside for a discussion. Drive throughs should be for quick pick ups. I’m done with this location.

The pharmacy is fantastic! I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for a very long time. They have never messed up any of my medications and I have a lot of them! They always go above and beyond for me too ( ie , always filling my meds at the last second when I call, or come in usually right after opening or closing 😁) making sure that all of my daily meds are on automatic refills and talking to the necessary people when I do run out. I honestly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else but here. I wouldn’t trust anyone else! I have also gotten flu shots and vaccines and they, once again, did them with a smile and were friendly!!

Never had any issues until recently because when my prescription came in they never called or notified me when it was ready and the people working at the pharmacy tend to talk and not pay attention when somebody is at the counter

I went to pick up a script for my mother today that she gets every month and they said the insurance doesn't cover it. Even thoThe insurance has been coving it for last couple years. So they said I can wait for them to call the insurance or just leave. So I pull around to let the next person in line go. When I got back to the window they still had no info so I asked how much it would be without insurance and they said hold on a minute. I waited over 40 minutes at the window. Just for them finally come back and charge me almost 50$ for a script that the insurance covers.
