My family has used Jaison Rinker as our Insurance Agent since I was in high school and so it only made sense for me to continue to use their service for my own life insurance. Then as I got my own car, house, and family, it only made sense to use their services for that as well. I worked with Stephanie to get my insurance switched over after a few years of using a different company and she made it so easy. It's good to be back to what is familiar.

Was in a recent accident where severe fog was a facture and my vehicle was totaled. It already a stressful mess but my insurance wasn’t. It's been a complete mess since I moved to Florida. Apparently anyone with the same name as you can cancel your policy and get sent a check. Do not let them insure you for auto or life.

I've been working with Jaison Rinker and his staff at State Farm for several years. They have been fantastic! Super quick response time, pleasant and helpful. When I've filed a claim they reach out to check on us, and follow up to make sure everything is taken care of. I bought a new home last year and Jaison called to discuss the home owner's policy in detail. I also got a nice discount on my car insurance when I switched from Renter's Insurance to Home Owners! I really appreciate them!

We visited this office to obtain replacement insurance after another insurance company cancelled our auto insurance back in June 2022 in error. We were never notified and were uninsured for 5 months. They were supposed to cancel my Umbrella policy , instead they cancelled my 2-car auto policy. Shame on you AllState! Stephanie from this State Farm office was very helpful today 11-4-2022. She was very courteous and professional. Provided us with auto insurance in minutes. We also gave her our homeowners business. We are glad we moved to State Farm. I recommend this office.

I noticed a crack in my windshield on a Sunday morning , left a message for Stephanie at my local State Farm office(Jaison Rinker) and by 9:30 AM Monday morning a Safelite representative was already in touch with me setting up an appointment for me to have the windshield replaced the next day.
