This Bruster's is far better than any other ice cream shop in the area. The very BEST was in Wexford call " Any Given Sunday" but after Covid, they closed permanently. :(Bruster's has excellent mango sorbet and Chocolate ice cream shakes and pint sizes. Friendly. Helpful and their ice cream tops every place I've been too since my favorite place closed down. Cool Cones is awful and can't compare!

I really liked the quality of service at this ice cream location! They were genuinely friendly and extremely personable! The prices were very reasonable for the amount of ice cream that you received. There was a huge selection of flavors to select. Lots of social distant tables and benches to sit at while still staying safe! I will definitely be a returning customer!

3rd time coming here and apparently they close at 9:45 not 10. Only did ice cream after 9:30. If you actually close at 10, you should still be offering what you would normally offer, unless there’s some other policy Im not aware of.

This place has improved. I'm from out of state and this was the best ice cream I've had in years! My son really enjoyed the ice cream sandwiches that are made to order. I had key lime pie with chunks of crust

Cotton candy was so yum I got it with rainbow sprinkles in a cup ☆ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED♡ and the grandparents got their favorite which made me almost second guess my choice- small Whitehouse cherry in a waffle cone!!! The small waffle cone was a very generous size!

Another $10+ quart container filled "not quite" to the top. You can't say anything about it either, because the issue won't be corrected. Unless the owner or his daughter are packing the quarts, there's likely going to be an air gap or two in your hand packed ice cream. The owner (& his daughter) always completely fill the container to the top. At more than $10 per quart, one would hope not to be paying for any air!

Brusters in Gibsonia has been my go to ice cream spot for years now. Ever since the new management took over, things have been fantastic. I usually go with Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, but staff are generous and let you try different flavors before ordering. I also wanted to specifically mention how friendly and kind the staff are! The owner introduced himself and thanked me for coming out. I even saw the manager run out of the store to help an elderly woman load some ice cream into her car, as she was having trouble. Even on days when there are long lines of people, the staff and owners are very friendly and should be commended on their customer service. I have certainly seen my fair share of rude customers at the window, and the staff always remain professional and courteous. Please go out and support this locally owned, Father/Daughter business!

Current employee at Brusters! I have been working here for almost 4 years. Regarding a review made about the business not paying their employees I just wanted to say that I have always been paid fairly. I have always received my pay for all of the hours I worked. There has never been any problems. I would highly recommend the job to anyone who is looking for a first job! It is a great environment with very understanding and amazing management!

Went to a special tour with my kids. Got to see how the ice cream is made. It was impressive for a seemingly little store. My kids love the ice cream (shocking!), but so does my wife. Good flavors and real ingredients are used. Great place!

What a friendly and considerate staff of young people this location has! For a Friday night, of course it was a bit busy, but the line seemed to move smoothly, as the workers were efficient and helpful. Ashley was the name of my cashier, and when I began to dig for change to pay my bill, she offered to pull from her tip jar if I didn’t have it! I would allow no such thing, but it was so kind of her to offer! Thanks again girl, keep being awesome 🤩

Was the softest ice cream over ever got in a cone. Didn't make it from the window to the bench and the top about melted off and fell off the top on both my kids cones.

This was my first visit to Brewster's, but it certainly will not be my last! They have a great and varied selection of ice cream, the best I've had in a very long time!🍧🍦It is "hard" ice cream, but is very creamy and not hard at all...If you bring the kids...they have purple ice cream (its actually vanilla) and if they are shorter than the walk-up counter, they receive a free cone!The only 'con' I can remotely come up with is that it is a drive-in/walk-up counter type of place without a public restroom 😕 lolBut, they do have many tables to sit at, handicap parking, take-out bags and it is on Rt. 8 and near the Turnpike....

Best ice cream I have ever eaten. I got 2 scoops and I was struggling to finish that. Very filling. I would recommend getting two scoops of two different flavors. I kind of got sick of the flavor I had on top by the time I got to the bottom.

About the only place open before posted shut down. Came last minute because Dive Bar, Churn and Chipotle all closed early... Beautiful smiling lady took our orders, ice cream was excellent.

Ice cream was excellent, as found in all Brewster's locations. The freezers at the Hampton, PA store were not cold enough and the Ice cream was melting very fast. Just had to eat it fast!
