Came to get bird seed for my mother. This is her go-to spot for quality seed. You can tell by looking at it that it is fresh. I enjoyed all the fall plants, flowers and pumpkins. Where else can you find this many fall/pumpkin metal signs? Even if browsing this place is worth the stop.

I kick myself everytime I go to Lowes or Home Depot for outdoor and indoor plants without going here first. Best Feeds has such an amazing variety of house plants and outdoorsy flowers and plants. Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful and also and actually know what they are talking about if you have questions with anything! It's worth the nice drive through North Park to check them out!

I love going to Best Feeds. Everything looks so healthy. I am hooked on their soil conditioner. The soil conditioner mixes well with the dirt in my garden. Makes it easy to plant flowers. And makes my garden looked finishes. The employees are so knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for flower or vegetable garden needs.

I use this place every spring and summer. They have the best mulch around and for a great price. It lasts almost 2 years on my property using black mulch. Staff is always very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They also offer a huge variety of landscaping needs here. Some is a bit pricey but the product is way better than anywhere else so you definitely get what you pay for

The service was great considering I made the mistake of going there on the day before mother's day. It was a zoo but still got what I wanted in short order. The staff is always amazing. Helpful and knowledgeable. Also the best deal on propane around. 20 lbs for 20 bucks.

Best feeds did a remarkable job of showing me all their Christmas trees I wanted to see that were alive. Once I selected one they went right to work getting the Machinery to load it and assisted me loading the Christmas tree into the vehicle. The people working there are very knowledgeable and if they do not know something there's always someone there that does. I recommend this place for any of your Landscaping and Nursery needs.

I have been going to Best Feeds on Wildwood Road for many, many years. They are extremely helpful, have great products, prices meet or beat any competition, and are all around great to work with. Purchased a tree from them, they kept the appointment time, work was flawless and cleanup was exceptional. I have never had a bad experience at Best Feeds. Keep up the great work and special shout out to Bob and Tom.

I got a cherry tree here at a very good price. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! They also started carrying many varieties of heirloom seeds for gardening if you're into that sort of thing. I was looking for a rare variety I wasn't able to find anywhere else and guess what...they had it! Thanks guys!

expert service and dense rootsI have been frequenting Best Feeds for ten years, and their knowledge is tops. I have used their knowledge many times to select the perfect tree for each placement and purpose (e.g. shade, privacy, ornamental). The plants themselves have much denser roots than at the big-box stores. This has meant plants that are far more likely to not go into shock and instead to thrive and grow quickly year after year.

I spoke with Larry. We seemed to be on the same page with what I wanted based on his descriptions of everything. I changed a few plants as I didn’t like them. When I did....Larry yelled at me and asked why he was even there?!I called Best Feeds approximately a year later as almost every plant died ???!!!They reimbursed for one plant at an earlier date. I spent over 7,000.00 and need all new plants and landscapingThat should never happen!!!!!A long time ago I worked with Best Feeds on Babcock Blvd and they were outstanding. That is why I called the location on Wildwood. It is my opinion that Best Feeds on Wildwood road should not have the rating they doBe careful to anyone who is considering themI wish I could give a better review. Unfortunately, I cannot

Love this Best Feed store. Wild bird food so much less expensive than a grocery store. Plus they have a nice variety of annual, perennials, shrubs, trees, grasses, lawn decor, soils, plant food, pest control, etc.

The supply and variety of flowers was very good. The one problem we had was that the whole time we were there (a half hour to 45 minutes), someone was using a very loud power washer close to the flower display. It was very annoying, made it impossible to concentrate, and ruined the peaceful flower shopping trip that we had anticipated. So to avoid getting a headache, we decided to leave. At the checkout we both complained to the girl at the register who did not so much as say "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." If it had been quiet, we might have bought more. We were looking at a lot of plants. But we decided that we just wanted to leave and get away from the noise.

I took my 94 year old mother to Best Feeds on Babcock Blvd today. We both needed bird food and wanting to support a small business I decided to go there. Upon approaching the store I saw the sign not to enter until instructed. I had to stand on a square on the ground and wait. As I stood there an elderly woman barked at me that I needed to wait until the other customer left. I was not sure why I was being barked at because I wasn’t moving. They were only letting one customer in the store at a time. When it was my turn I went to the area where the bird food was. A very nice girl offered to carry two 50 pound bags of feed to my car. She called over to the elderly lady to let her know what I was buying, slung a 50 pound bag of food over her shoulder and headed out the door to the parking lot. I wasn’t sure what to do as my car was locked. I ran out to open the back of my car and immediately ran back into the store only to be screamed at by this same lady that there were other customers waiting and I was being inconsiderate. I told her that I came there trying to support a small business and didn’t appreciate being yelled at. And that she needed to check her attitude at the door before coming to work. The owner then jump up from his chair and told me to leave, and that I was never welcomed back there. Then they sent the girl out to check my receipt to make sure I paid for the bird food. I guess they thought I was stealing it. BTW, I bought 4 huge hanging baskets there on Mother’s Day. Will go to Walmart next time. No good deed goes unpunished.

We went looking for plantings to landscape the front of house. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped select plants/ bushes. I would have rated higher but I felt the pricing was high. However the plants are all taking and are generally satisfied with our visit

The Garden Center has an excellent supply of healthy plants, attractive pots and pottery, and very knowledgeable sales people. Prices are reasonable. During a stop today (one of many over many years) Ben provided us with his usual helpful and courteous service. We were looking for a tree to plant in a very large ceramic pot we purchased at the same Best Feed two weeks earlier. Because the head had the shape and image of the Buddha I was hoping to find a reasonable substitute for a Bodi tree. Ben told me a fascinating story about Ficus reliogiosa (Bodi) tree and then after considerable discussion sold us a Japanese maple. His knowledge and advice is a treasure in the world of plant sales!

Great selection of shrubs & trees, beautiful spring flowers & hanging baskets. Their Babcock Blvd. store has an awesome water garden department . They offer many great classes--my favorite is culinary night in June. Knowledgable staff and always finding new stuff. I just love to stop & visit.

The great variety of plants shrubs trees etcetera. They also have grass seed in bulk. Not that overpriced stuff which is 50% seed that you buy from the big box stores, but actual different varieties of grass.
