Out of all the hardware stores this one is usually the biggest gamble. My main problem is the bolts and hardware bins are normally empty. Even if they are full it's not with what it says should be in it. If you find what you were looking for you spent half the day looking through all the wrong bins to find it. Nobody has done any inventory or restocking in a long time so it's always a mess. However if you need almost anything else it's probably not to bad but this place is a mess.

This is the best store!! Everyone is helpful, kind, caring and friendly. The employees always greet you and ask if there is anything they can do to assist you. My favorite store!!

This tractor supply location is hands down the best location, the staff are quick with answers and extremely knowledgeable, not to mention professional and polite. They cater to each customer and the specific needs of everyone. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

We Mainly go here to get our pet food but do other shopping here as well. Store is very clean and well organized. The staff has always been very friendly at this location as well.

Good sized Tractor Supply Co. location that had what I was looking for. I am not as used to this brand's offerings vs. the other big box options but the staff was a lot more friendly and helpful if I had questions.Went later in the evening so parking was available, no long lines, and no one rushing me through the isles. Will continue to my local TS store in the future.

They have a little of everything you need for your outdoor projects. And the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are average for the current economy issues. They also have a pretty good selection of pet supplies. So go in and browse there selection.

We have been going there since day 2 of opening. Never have had any bad customer service. Always go out of their way to help you. We average a visit at least once a week if not 2 or 3. My husband loves that they have screws and bolts for his projects since there's no Lowe's close by.

I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at the gettysburg location.First, Brian helped me locate a pair of boots I was informed were in the store. Upon arrival when they were not, he spent close to an hour calling other locations, speaking to managers, and searching online. He even had another location hold the boots for me until I was able to get there the next day.More recently, last week, I found my chickens ill from moldy feed, I contacted purina first about the issue who did not offer any assistance. Only said negative things about Retail stores and how they store their feed.I called and spoke with Krystal the assistant manager, who not only replaced my 3 bags if feed, she also provided new bags free of charge to help make up for the inconvenience. She also provided her personal cell phone number in case there were any further issues.These people went above and beyond on the customer service front. Rarely ever do I encounter individuals so willing to help the customer.Highly recommend a visit to this store & to reach out if you need any assistance. 10/10 experience

I have been going to this store for the past 3 years since I have pet ducks. The workers here are some of the greatest. Some of the workers recognize us when we walk in the store, and its always great talk and chat with the workers there. Thank you guys. 😎😃

Super clean store with a wide selection of well organized products. I was personally there shopping for my domestic and wild backyard pets, and found everything I needed with the help of a very kind young man who was more than willing to assist me. The prices are more affordable than most of the pet and department stores in the area, and an array of the animal food products are offered in larger/bulk quantities than you cannot find at other stores. I always recommend Tractor Supply to fellow pet owners, animal lovers, farmers, handymen/women, and outdoors people. I've been visiting this store at least twice every month since it's opening, and have never had a bad experience! Everything from the cleanliness and organization of the store, to the kindness and assistance of the staff go far above the average bare minimum of most other department/animal/outdoor/hardware stores. You can very affordably have your pets vaccinated and microchipped at the in-store weekend Veterinary clinic, grab your horse's grain, fill your toolbox, take care of your gardening needs, and so much more all in one trip! Most definitely a double thumbs up and round of applause for this Tractor Supply store!

A very good place for farming and gardening needs. I really enjoy taking my grand children to see the baby chicks and ducks. It's a great place for your cold working condition clothing too. Great selection.

Nice helpful staff. I just wish they kept their wood pellets (either horse bedding or wood burning pellets) inside during humid weather. I have gotten several bags this year that had patches of mold.

I had a store employee show an amazing deal on a tape measure utility knife combo set that was a very good deal. It wasnt what i was looking for but amazing service reguardless. Always a great shopping experience at TSC in Gettysburg Pa. Very helpful and hard working employees. In this day an age thats hard to find. To everyone who punches the clock at TSC.......be very proud !

Rescue Service Dog Project Limited

This is a Tractor Supply store that just opened around June of 2016. These stores typically cater to the local farmers wherever they are, but I have traveled a lot for work, so I've done business with many of them, to include Westminster and Mount Airy, MD/Dillsburg, PA. The one thing I don't care for in this store is that they ask for your birth date as well as zip code at check-out. But that seems to be this company's policy. I'm not sure why Tractor Supply needs your birth date, but you can decline to answer.Other than zip code and birth date however, this store, as with others, doesn't care and doesn't even ask if you are a farmer or not. I was in the Gettysburg store looking for something to get rid of mice in my home, and had my dog with me, a large Shiloh Shepherd who is a service animal, but was not marked as such other than his tag which isn't easy to see. This did not seem to phase the people in this store who were very helpful and patient with me. Some places, people are visibly afraid because of the size of the dog, or whatever, and steer clear. But here, they were very helpful and friendly, some even having the courtesy to ask if they could pet the dog, and waiting for me to put him in the proper sit position for petting as he was trained. A service animal by law is not required to wear a vest, and I find that people look down on people with disabilities, whereas mine are not visible and I have no desire to advertise it.At the cash register, there was a young guy with Bryan written on his vest. I had to look a couple times because I've never seen it spelled that way, which is why I remember it. I typically would not have remembered. Either way, I had a few questions, and he answered without hesitation, clearly as familiar with the store as the others. I always ask when checking out anywhere if there is a discount for veterans and he showed me the sign about the upcoming Veterans Day promotion and discount, and expressed appreciation for my service. But what he said next is what got my attention. This guy was thinking, and mindful of what he was doing. He said he was going to put the rodent control stuff in bags separate from the dog supplies that I had also bought. I know, I was only surprised because he was a young person, and that one is on me, but nonetheless, I''m glad he was thinking about what he was doing.Lastly, I should mention that before I went into the store, I noticed there was a hotdog vendor out front. I didn't think much about it until I was leaving, when the lady stopped me and explained that she had a hotdog that had fallen on the ground that she couldn't serve to a customer, and wanted to know if my dog could have it. I had to politely decline because of a strict diet I have to keep the dog on, but I appreciated the kindness and offer.
