This is a nice little outlet to pick up a few things if you want something a little different than the box stores. like most other groups shopping experiences, the trend is definitely on the downswing it they seem to have “fewer empty spaces” in comparison to other malls and outlets in the area…I suspect the locale and tourism has helped save this outlet. I’ve gotten a lot of good bargains at Columbia and Carter. Nice walkways, the food court is at one end which is a little different, but if the goal is walking around there is a nice space and plenty of parking. Located right off route 15 which makes it relatively easy to get to from downtown Gettysburg.

Pretty small. The few shops I went in advertised big discounts, but not on par for outlets I've been to elsewhere. I don't think you're saving much here. Prices seemed normal retail prices. Customer Service is closed on the weekends, which is odd to me.

Not many stores left in this location. It seems like most outlet mall locations are having the same issues that most indoor malls are having where they are dieing off and becoming a thing of the past thanks to online shopping. However it is still a nice place to go walk around as long as the weather is nice.

I love that they decorated for the holidays. Always puts a smile on my face.The shops in the outlets are a nice mix and there are options. Not ever store is occupied so there are gaps along the walk but the shops that are here need love too.

Kinda run down ish... didn't even know this place existed until I went antique hunting and found a store there. Will have to go back and give it another try

It looks GORGEOUS for the holidays, very festive! I truly wish the carriage rides were longer time period and I think at least a section of the outlets could have been cleared for this or maybe they use a less traveled route..I am so upset that I didn't get the chance to ride it, as I'm sure I'm not alone, so maybe some changes would make it feasible for more to enjoy the rides. Outlet is always clean, wider walkways would be great, since we always have to be moving out of someone's path..lol

The Outlet Shoppes have a different type of layout. You can drive/park right down the middle of the shopping area. This is kind of nice as you can park in he middle ans not be far from each end. The whole area was nice and clean. Quite a few shops some offering definite discounts other not so much. Overall, definitely a location to check out.

I was here right after Thanksgiving. I absolutely LOVED it! It was dusk, the outdoor mall is set where you can see the landscaped skyline. Christmas music was playing outside, it was beautifully & tastefully decorated for the holidays. I loved the variety of shops they have. Very lovely holiday experience!

Went to shop at Chicos to grab a few things during their sale; only to find that they were closed. The outlets state their hours at 8pm, but Chicos was not open at 7:30.

I like going up here just to walk around & explore the various stores. Several stores have vacated since COVID, I hadn't been here in over a year, more stores are coming in. I think the need to expand the food court, but overall this a great place to spend a couple hours walking around

Solid outlets with good shops, good deals, and some pretty tasty food court options. My favorite shops are the Vera Bradley, Old Navy, the book store, and the Bath and Body Works.A handful of shops did close during the pandemic but new shops are popping up as time goes on (including the aforementioned Vera Bradley) which is nice to see.Edit: They have now filled up the entire Food Court again! It is great to see them back on the rebound even more than they were two years ago

There are a fair amount of empty stores. But that is everywhere you go now. Much less hectic here than Lancaster outlets.

I’m not sure which were worse the lantern bugs or the stink bugs. Both flew in and around you the entire time you were outside. Both covered every pole, doorway, car etc. you walked past. It gave me creepy crawlies the entire time there, and both looked to be at their largest size. There were every color of the lantern bugs alongside the stink bugs. I know it’s nature but ruined my all day trip, weather was beautiful!!On the flip side I never really went into a store and saw anything that screamed outlet stores. I just felt like I was at an outside Mall. The prices did not reflect where we were. First time I ever went shopping and came home empty handed. I didn’t think anyone wanted to see pics of bugs all over everything so I decided not to take any. I could of taken pictures of all the price tags to prove my point. I’ll just go back to my regular outlets in Rehoboth.

Micheal kors situates on the north side of this beautiful mall and makes this Micheal Kors store ideal for this location. I entered this store to browse but it was so beautifully set up, I was ready to shop. The beautiful and breathtaking ladies that represent Michael Kors store are warm, classic well dress in M.K designs that fits them very well and gorgeous looking. Classic customers service goes above and beyond . Go shop soon. I love this store.

A very nice collection of outlet type stores.There have been a few nice additions since the last time I was there.The Outlets are always kept in good condition, and there's usually something nice to find --- or you can just get a nice meal at their Food Court.A new store was just added --- "Rebel's Roost.Multiple antiques and collectibles vendors, under one roof.

Saw this store from a far while driving in, so we parked and walk around for awhile, we then proceeded to Micheal kors store, beautiful, sparkle, smells well and most pieces were on sale.We enjoyed this store immensely.

These are by far my favorite outlets to visit! My sister and I plan a special trip here every Christmas time to accomplish the bulk of our gift shopping. This year the lights were magical and the stores did not disappoint.

If you have kids you have to check out the purple piggy and calendars and more. Not too many toy stores out there like when I was a kid. Pepperidge farm store always has good deals. Looking forward to Eternia Dreams moving in for a vintage toy store!

Good selection of stores, however you'd think that one of the many clothing/ fashion stores has a belt. You'd be wrong. Good food court and I like the book store.

Not what it used to be. Peeling paint, rusting columns, cracked sidewalks and lots of vacant stores are all signs this place is going downhill fast. We used to enjoy coming here because it was not overwhelmingly big, but easily walkable in a few hours. We came on a Sunday afternoon, and were done in a couple hours. So few stores left here, and so many vacancies.
