The Christmas Haus is an excellent Christmas shop with a wide variety of beautiful decorations. Anything from German glass ornaments, German nutcrackers and smokers, to a wide variety of other ornaments and Christmas themed decorations, this sore has a nice selection! The staff were very helpful when we asked about the different varieties of glass birds they had in stock. The one employee helped us track down a feathered ornament we were looking for. Very nice people and beautiful items for sale!

Wonderful German ornaments in wood and glass. The shop is welcoming and festive. The ornaments are of great quality and beautiful. There is a wonderful candy/chocolate shop attached. The handmade chocolates were delicious. They have a variety of German, Italian, and Swiss chocolates, cookies, and the like. They also offer beverages. The dark chocolate hot chocolate was delicious 😋

Such a beautiful store. I went here specifically since they have a chocolate store next door. I'm not big on Christmas stuff, much prefer Halloween, but this store is amazing and the craftsmanship of the items are phenomenal.

This is a incredible Christmas shop with the most beautiful german ornaments I've ever seen before. The town of Gettysburg is a joke to visit except for this shop because it is very nice. The so called Gettysburg Christmas festival is terrible and a total waste of time if you enjoy Christmas. I always visit the Christmas Haus when we come to see our family who live in the town. The shop is lovely and I wish it was somewhere else to visit on a regular basis. The Christmas Haus is definitely worth the trip to see the ornaments and nutcracker selection.

Very nice store. Lots of christmas themed stuff of course but did not have a big selection of ornaments. Particularly NO Gettysburg themed ones, which I was really surprised about. Lots of nutcrackers and German smokers though, which were very nice.Edit: Reply to owner. Ok thanks. you might want to make sure the employees know about them. My wife specifically asked. Thanks.

The place is so beautiful! Both the ornament shop and the chocolate shop are a delight for the eyes.I got a Frozen Black Forest Latte; it was delicious. I would definitely go again.I forgot to tell them I carry my own reusable straws and discovered they use paper ones, which held up well.

What a great shop. Purchased some unique pyramid Christmas ornaments that my children absolutely love. Also purchased a nativity pyramid for my wife. The shop is beautiful. I could have spent hours there vs. the 45 mins I spent this time. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when it came to the purchase of the gift for my wife. If you are in Gettysburg, there is a little more to see than just the battlefield.

I found this place on-line and placed an order. They have some incredibly cute things from Germany that are hard to impossible to find in America. The prices were fair, the shipping cost was reasonable and I received my items really quickly. They look even better in real life and I am very pleased with them. I will definitely be buying more things on this site.

I have absolutely fallen in love with this Christmas shop and it's very easy to do that. The shop is very nice and it has become the gold standard for other shops in Gettysburg to follow. My wife has spent over $12000.00 in this shop and created an amazing display for our home.

Great selection of real german decorations. This place is filled with smokers, nutcrackers, Christmas pyramids, and ornaments. Exceptional quality as you would expect being imported from Germany. Prices are a little high but you get what you pay for. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Packed full of handmade imported German wooden Christmas decorations, this was a pleasant way to spend 40 minutes in Gettysburg. Lovely shop, attentive service, pleasant surroundings and staff. Definitely would go back again. Enjoyed the experience of just being there. Just off of the main traffic circle in Gettysburg. No problem getting parking even on a weekend.

The Christmas Haus is a wonderful store located just off the town square in Gettysburg (there is another location in Oxford PA which is awesome as well). Truth in Lending is I'm a huge fan of all things Christmas and the German traditions are some of my favorites. The store has a significant stock of Nutcrackers, Smokers, Pyramids and Hand Blown ornaments from Germany that I'm told the owner procures on multiple trips per year to Germany (wish I had that job!). I have a large collection of the smokers and this place has one of the best selections I've seen in the US. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be venturing back here.

This Christmas Shop is so lovely to visit while in Gettysburg. I love the Christmas music and the employees were so polite. I was told Gettysburg is having a Christmas festival December 7th and I can't wait to revisit this shop. Charming. Inviting. Inclusive is the best way to describe the feeling inside the store. Please don't change your shop. I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Gettysburg.

Not anything special. Thought it was going to be more. Mostly just ornaments or German wood dolls. Nutcrackers were generic which was disappointing since the merchandise here is supposed to be from Germany and I've been there to know that they have absolutely magnificent designs but this place just wasnt stocked with them.

The lady at the front counter was very nice and respectful. She even took the time to show my son how one of their smokers worked. They have a ton of different varieties for Christmas to choose from. I would recommend them to anybody.

I felt like I was back in Rothenberg o.d. Tauber in Germany walking into one of the most famous Christmas stores. Prices are a little high but considering you don't need an airplane ticket or to pay the VAT tax or custom tax as we did in Germany. The products are all made in Germany and authentic! What a special store to buy a handmade wooden Christmas item to pass down for generations💖

This is the cutest German Christmas "Haus" ever!! The wood items in there are incredible. They play Christmas music and the employee I met was so kind & helpful! Love this place! Totally reminds me of Christmas in Europe :)
