Very helpful and friendly employees. Was surprised by their record collection, but really they have a little bit of everything. Will definitely visit whenever coming to Gettysburg. Thank you!

Recently my family traveled to Gettysburg and went to this store as our first stop. We only had about an hour to shop as the note on door said closing at 5:30. I was able to look at one case of jewelry but definitely had the impression that I needed to know exactly what I wanted before case was opened. I was interested in several of the pieces (this dealer that was not on premises would have had some great sales!) The two salespeople in the store were an older man and woman. If you have shopped here u know that 95% of merchandise is locked in cases. With 2 people covering an entire store this does not work. As we were checking out we inquired about other shops in the area with not much of any reply. We returned to this store the next day hoping to have a better experience. It was actually worse than the first with two different women working. They again decided to close early and were not happy about opening cases well before the advertised time of closing. If you are closing early on a regular basis you may want to update your hours online. You may also want to work on your personalities as every person in my family felt unwelcome in your store.

My family arrived close to closing time, 5:45 to be exact. We understood it was close to closing time but figured we had 15 minutes. Upon entering, the owners rudely stated that they would ONLY open 1 case and we had five minutes to look. We offered to make a purchase right on the closing dot, the owners again stated this was the ONLY case they would be opening. We wanted two things out of the same case and she would only sell us one. A family member stated that was an interesting way of running a business in turn, the owner rudely cussed us out of the building. We had children with us so cussing in front of customers as well as children is extremely inappropriate. A vendor lost a huge purchase (close to $1000). The owners made it clear to us that they were unbothered by losing their vendor that money stating that they made no money from sales, only rent. Just a shameful way to treat customers. Will absolutely not return and will make sure to tell others of this experience.

Pretty awesome place to see some historical pieces. Prices are a bit more than I'd like to pay but definitely fair for what the items are. Most items are behind glass cases but staff are friendly and helpful when it comes to opening a case for you.

Don't go in here if you like buying antiques because you will come out with something. My husband and I went in just to check out what they had and left with 3 items and spent over 100 haha. The staff was great and they have sooooo much to see. One of the better shops to buy from they have so much from different eras and its all in pretty great shape.

This place is incredible. Has the biggest wwii military selection I've ever seen at a store. If youre a collector this is the place to go. If youre a reenactor there's plenty of uniforms and personal items to add to your impression. The staff are top notch and very accommodating!

Lots of older antiques. Out of my price range. Nice stuff if you are a collector and want something particular for your collection. Nice shop though.

Great shop for antiques. Priced pretty fair. My only complaint I visited multiple times and always chit chatting with friends around the register. It's tight enough in the store. Move it along or talk on the phone after work.

Favorite Antique store in the state. Friendly staff and a huge variety of ww2 relics, replicas, and a handful of other things. I will warn against the price of the silver coins however. The price is firm dispite the price fluctuating. Some coins I could find cheaper online from reputable dealers.

I come up to Gettysburg often to take in the history and shopping with my family. My friend/framing client encouraged me to visit the Antique Center due to my interests. I did and my son bought a few items, but I was so impressed with the owners/staff and diverse group of true antiques, it renewed my interest in having a display case for my early maps, coins, currency and historical documents. It was also busy the day we went. On display, I saw a great variety of quality militaria, coins, historical documents, antique glassware, general antiques. If more AC had this atmosphere and quality at fair prices, I would sign up. Great find!

We were here 2 years ago and enjoyed our visit. Enjoyed it again today. The owners are very pleasant and have a great selection of antiques, war memorabilia and coins. Very happy to be able to shop here today! Thank you!

I absolutely loved this store! Usually when I go to antique stores their items are super expensive and I’ll have to walk past an item I really want, but not at this store. Their items are priced so well I almost couldn’t believe it. Everything is super affordable and well organized. The owners are also super kind and helpful. Next time I’m in Gettysburg I will definitely be coming back!

Store was almost like a museum with all the stuff they had in there on display to see. Some prices seemed a little high to me and the aisles were a little narrow, but those were my only real takeaways from it. Wish I had had more time to look at everything more closely. There are 2 floors, so make sure you make time to see everything should you visit

The wife and I was there on Monday, picked up a World war two knife and a flag. Reasonable prices and staff was more than helpful and willing to joke and carry on. One of my new favorite places to pick up World War Two items!

You never know what you'll find here. This was my second time visiting this store with a couple friends of mine and we had an amazing time. I was able to walk away with some really cool antique pins and my friend managed to find, of all things, an East German Officer's Uniform for an astonishingly low price. Although there are some expensive things here there are a lot of really cool pieces of history for sale at prices you won't be able to refuse.

I love this place soooo much. I come to Gettysburg every year and this is always a place I like to go to. There is a ton of great antiques and many war relics; for great prices too. 5 star place with nice staff as well, this is a great place to go if you are interested in ww2 relics or antiques.

EDIT UPDATE: The customer I’m referring to us the one who came in for the bayonet. I was privy to the entire (10 second) conversation with this customer as I was right behind him. And frankly if you’ve been recognized and trained as you stated in your response - you should know better. I’m dropping my review to one star as a result. Finally, you’re missing the point. My criticism wasn’t of the CUSTOMERS seeking items. It was of your lack of customer service and downright rudeness towards your potential customers. You really should learn to take the honest critiques in these reviews as constructive criticism and better your behavior, and thus your business practices. One only needs to read these reviews to see you definitely need a refresher course on customer service and positive business practices. I’m not being argumentative; rather if you had read my original review with an ounce of humility, you’d realize I was trying to be helpful, to both you and your customers. Good luck to you Colleen. I believe you’ll most certainly need it.The quantity and variety of items here are amazing. Lots of memorabilia and history in the store. My husband and I were very put off by the two older ladies working today. A man came in looking for a specific item. After first telling him he’d have to look around, a man (owner maybe?) came out and graciously offered to show the customer around. Simultaneously, the two older ladies began to chastise the customer, loudly remarking he shouldn’t have come in and asked them if they had a specific item. One even said, “I’m going to go to the grocery store and do that - tell them exactly what I’m looking for”. I’m unsure why these ladies were at the front of the store if not for customer service? Obviously they should seek other employment. Their derision and downright rudeness to customers is unforgivable. It’s a shame because this store has many dealers who place their items in consignment. I wonder how they would feel knowing potential customers are being treated this way? Bottom line - we will patronize one of the many other antique stores in Gettysburg where we are treated with kindness and respect.

This store is full of eye candy, and as a bit of a firearms and sword enthusiast, I squealed a little. Place is a gold mine for artifacts and the gents running the shop are friendly. Love this place, definitely coming back! 100%6 stars.

This is a great store! To all the reviewers who gave a bad review: This store does not deserve a bad review if they did not have what you were looking for. This store does not deserve a bad review if you did not like what you saw in the store. The staff is super friendly. if you think otherwise it says more about you then than the staff. If your a butt hurt liberal check your feelings at the door.

One of my favorite places to visit whenever we're in Gettysburg! We recently took some friends in to visit while they were in from out of town and they were hoping to find an artifact or two from the battle. They were amazed at the selection in this little shop, as we are every time we visit and discover something new!

I have been to Gettysburg 5 times. I always stop at The Antique Center because they have so much to offer and the prices are reasonable. Books, toy soldiers, everything Gettysburg. I really think it is a must see if you go. You will find something here to remember your trip for sure.
