Ordered breakfast Flatbread sandwich and a drink. Waited in drive thru with one car in front of me. Paid for my stuff..he gave me my drink and said the food would be right up. Walked away. I could see the bag sitting there. Waited 3 minutes and just left.. nobody came back to give me my sandwich that had been sitting there. This isn't the first time. Will not use that drive thru again

A blind toddler could make better food than whoever they have making the MTO orders. Ordered a burger today and it looked like someone just threw all the ingredients in a pile and wrapped it up. This is how they always make the food, so it's not like today was just an off day for them, but I was genuinely shocked that the worker had the audacity to serve that to a paying customer. They should have to eat the food they make so they can see just what kind of inedible slop they serve to customers.

I am in sales so I visit Sheetz in NOVA, MD and PA. This was the dirtiest most unorganized Sheetz I’ve ever visited. Inside and out. Out of half and half, out of salad meat toppings. All of them!

The gentleman behind the check out counter gave me a tip while using the self-checkout kiosk. He said if you pre-pay using the self-checkout kiosk, and your tank doesn't take all if it, you need to come back inside in order for them to put it back on your card, because the machines won't do that automatically. Quick tip for anyone that uses those kiosks to purchase gas.

This Sheetz is super busy, at least when I stop by. It's a really nice, looking store. The food that I've gotten there has been pretty good, too. The only thing that I will say is if you get food PREPARE TO WAIT!!I went there on a Sunday night, and there were a good many people who ordered food, that were waiting, and waiting. and waiting, and waiting! I was actually watching the food workers from the side, and there were about 4 of them back there, and they really didn't seem too concerned. Laughing, and goofing around! There was trash everywhere on the floor, and the trash cans were overflowing. If one of those state food inspectors came by here, he would probably have a field day! I really didn't get the feeling that they were working as a team. I've been to more than a few Sheetz in my time, and there are one or two that really stand out to me, because they ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB, and they work well, as a team. If there's one thing that these employees should learn at this location, is that TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK!I'm usually very patient, but I got soo tired of waiting for my food, that when I saw it sitting on the counter, I actually asked the kid, if I could have it. This was about 15 minutes after I ordered and paid for it! They really need to get it together!!

Destiny is straight wonderful every time I come in. Had to mess with Google pay for 10 minutes and she never broke her smile. Super patient and needs a promotion, seriously. Hey managers... promote Destiny for the good of humanity. Every business deserves service like hers, thank you!

Good convenience store and gas station. There is a lot of food and drink selection and some alcohol selection. If u order food or drinks, some employees that dont care will mess it up. Employees can mess a name up for a good store that's been around for decades. Also has gas regular and desil.

Sheetz in Gettysburg is a fantastic place to fuel up your vehicle and grab some delicious snacks or drinks. The station is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are also very reasonable, making it a great choice for budget-conscious drivers. Overall, I highly recommend Sheetz gas station for all your fuel and convenience needs. I also want to point out that Destiny, one of the cashiers at Sheetz, is an absolute gem. She's incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and appreciated. I've interacted with her several times and she never fails to brighten my day. If you're ever in the area, be sure to stop by Sheetz and say hi to Destiny!

I go here many days a week and I've never had to spend more than 2~3 minutes here to get an icee and pay for it and a tank of gas. +~2 minutes for filling the tank.It's quick, which is the entire point of a convenience store.

Just like any other Sheetz. Staff relatively friendly and helpful, clean, a good place to grab a drink or a snack or a candy bar. Their MTO menu isn't bad either. Decent milkshakes.Things like milk and soda are overpriced. Don't blame them. It's a sound business decision. Most convenience stores are, that's why they are called convenience stores, so it's normal. But if you do need soda or milk and can't wait till a grocery store opens up, then it's worth the instant gratification price tag.Don't go after last call at local bars if you don't want to deal with a bunch of drunk obnoxious folks. EVERYONE goes there after a night of drinking.

ELISHA the clerk was a complete failure. Please have him removed from the front atleast! The kid has poor customer relations … and has a very unpleasant smell … he reeks! Please have him checked for personal hygiene! Or keep him faaaar at the back of the store but ofcourse gainfully employed! I was carrying a lot of things and had to lay them on the floor to pick up further things… and out of the top of his voice he asks very rudely “ is there a reason those are on the floor” …. I had to tell sherlock holmes it’s because I couldn’t carry everything in my hand and had to lay things down on the floor to bring them up to the check out counter 😂. Please have carts placed in this store for customers to have easy access to as well .

False and misleading drink prices. To get the posted prices, not only do you have to get multiples but you ALSO have to have their discount card. No other prices were posted, so until you check out you don't know that they are charging 50 cents more per drink than anyone else from GA to New Jersey.

Always wearing their gloves when making food, unlike some fast food chains. (You heard me, I've worked in some around town) Hands always clean. It might take a little bit longer than fast food but that's because it's not fast food, it's a gas station that happens to sell a pretty nice variety of food. Very kind staff! Keep it up!

Always cool to stop in and get good food at any time of the night or day. My favorite restaurant away from home. Love you guys. For everything we do with travelers. Really like this Sheetz. Same manager has been there for like 20 years I think. Food is always good and usually correct. The cashiers are all friendly and effecient. Pat is especially great at the drive thru window. Great place!

We ordered food and it wasn't the greatest. The new stuff nachos are good if they weren't overpowered with the toppings. I think some of the cooks that cook at Sheetz need to learn how to smile and how do I have customer service because he wasn't very pleasant. But the manager was very nice and replaced my food that was messed up. Overall Sheetz is a convenience store and that's what you're paying for.

Handicap stall in restroom was hard to use. Toilet paper roll and menstrual pad trash box makes it hard to get to the bar. They should be moved where someone in a wheelchair can get their knees near the wall and grab the bar. Bar is no use if you can't get to it to use it. Otherwise other than that... was convenient stop for cool drink of hot day of travel

Always 30 min 45 min wait in drive through and literally no cars in front or behind me. Cashiers just stare at you through window. I dont understand. I get short staffed but this has been a problem before the pandemic. It's like customers that walk in have more value then those in drive through I have watched 10 cars pull into parking spots long after I placed my order go in and come to leave . I just dont get it why have drive through if u dont care about those customers as well. Just shut down the drive through window

If you are looking for a quick place to stop then this is not the place to go. The parking lot is Horrendous. Cars fly in and out of the parking lot and the layout is a joke. We sat and waited 5 minutes just to leave our parking space. The workers making food aren’t very friendly and the simple drink I ordered wasn’t correct. Frozen mocha with dark chocolate and caramel.

Sheetz gas stations/convenience stores are my favorite place to get gas and grab last minute grocery items. With their rewards card you automatically get cents off per gallon just by swiping your card at the pump. Also you earn points to get free drinks, etc. The stores are very clean and the cashiers are always pleasant.

Very rude customer service and getting yelled at after they messed up my food (That ive ordered many times before with no issue) and i asked them politely if they could remake it. The lady just walked away yelling bye and threw the food away with no word on what was actually going on. Eventually after waiting 30 mins i got my food corrected and was able to talk to another associate to explain the incident to. Overall it was a very poor experience. Im not usually one to write reviews but this lady was so bad that i just had to spread the word on how rude she was. I hope the issue gets fixed promptly. 9-21-20 approximately 11:40pmUpdate** food was very poor and cold after remake. Must’ve been out of straight rage and resentment she had for me after i asked her to correct her mistake. How do these people get these jobs?

Every Sheetz location I've visited has led to a positive experience but, this one is the best. The people are always friendly and of course the food is good. I couldn't ask for a better place to stop in my travels!
