I've been going to Rooster's for years now. I'm a veteran mail carrier and they have gone above and beyond for me. Very personable and friendly, and they will always do their best to give you the best and fairest price possible! They will contact warranty companies for you and also suggest comparable parts that cost less, but will also meet your requirements. 5 star place and great people. Very professional, but also friendly. They get to know your name after a few visits. Bobbie, Rooster's wife, runs the office and stays on top of things. Calls to make sure that parts are on the way. Sets realistic expectations. One caller wanted to know if his car would be ready today. Realistically it could not be promised for today, but it would be ready the next day and they would call as soon as it was done. Better than broken promises. They have always been helpful myself and my family.

They treat us like family and we love that we are able to trust them with our vehicles. He always is able to get our vehicles in when needed or does his best to schedule us in. A friend recommended I go to Rooster's for a safety inspection that would likely require some work. Love this place! Everything about my experience was positive. They are helpful, they explain everything, their prices are great, they were honest about when to expect the work to be done, and they gave me a ride to and from my home. We are from out of town and we’re just stopping by when my mother’s car broke down at Gettysburg National Battlefield at about 3:30 PM. They were able to get us towed to their garage and the car back on the road before they closed shop for the day at 5:00 PM. The staff was very helpful and friendly.They could have taken advantage of our dire circumstances but they were very honest and charged a very reasonable amount. We were back on the road and continuing our trip within an hour and a half of breaking down.

Came to these guys with a problem on a vehicle that I had purchased out of state. While it wasn't able to be taken care of while I had it at Roosters, he was kind enough to follow up with me and even offered to and paid half of that bill to get it taken care of. Stand up guy and I would recommend him over a big-name chain repair shop.

I'll never go back to Mercedes AGAIN! ROOSTER GOT IT GOIN ON! He knew exactly what was going on with my sl500 and fixed it while I waited. No problems.He's a genius under the hood and is so fair with his pricing I won't ever trust my cars to ne1 else. U got problems with ur car, tractor, boat, lawn mower, whatever ROOSTER CAN FIX IT!!
