The new location is ok, it’s very cramped for my liking. I miss all the extra space the old location had. And getting into it is very hard. It took a solid 20 minutes just to find it due to not knowing it moved and parking. But on the plus side they had some really cool items. And some reasonable prices. And a friendly atmosphere. But I don’t know if I’ll be returning. I don’t like outlets that much so that’s a big downside. I was just disappointed when I found out. But I can see the plus sides. It’s just a bummer

So glad to see Rebels Roost is doing so well at the new location. It is very obvious that alot of hard work went into setting up the new store. I was there on Saturday and very impressed. Lots of goodies available at great prices!

Use to enjoy their previous location, creaky floors and all. New place sadly is a disappointment. Much smaller and more thrift than antique. Won’t be back

The location at the Outlet Shoppes is smaller than I expected - very friendly staff and good prices, but items for sale tend to be more collectibles (personally not for me, but many like that).

I loved Rebels Roost when it was on Rt 30. It was a real antique store. Now that they have moved to the Outlet Mall, they are no longer the store they once were. Few antiques, and more like a yard sale/craft store. Sorry, not for me. If you go back to being an antiques store I might revise my review.

Tourist trap prices on most things, but worth a dig if you are around - postcards near register reasonably priced.

Drove 30 minutes without realizing they had moved. Spent maybe 10 minutes poking around. Worth checking out if you're already at the Outlets but no longer worth a special trip out.

Store is moving and so it seemed like half the store is gone. That’s fine we still had fun. Lots of stuff did not have prices and I felt awkward asking bc the staff looked grumpy. One lady at the counter kept mean mugging us for no reason LOL probably wouldn’t of thought much of it unless I read the reviews. Had no problem with them but definitely think you should smile a little more. Maybe she thought I was going to ask to throw away something or use the bathroom 🤣Maybe the new location will cheer them up we will def check it out just hope you all can find some peace and happiness :)

Their new location is not nearly as fun as the old one. This location was more like a flea market rather than antiques like the previous place ... disappointing.

We've visited this store many times over the last 8 years. We always find something. Seems to be a lot of negative reviews on here related to staff. We've always had a good experience so don't let the naysayers keep you away. If you like antiquing, you should check this place out.

Good place for variety of antiques. Nice employees. Though charged me too much on item I purchased. Should of been 4.00 they charged me 8.00 less 10%. I would go back again. I always went here before covid. Now finally went again. I highly recommend this place. Can't figure out how to answer you but it was today 6/30/2023. Item DLB Boston CD. Sticker said 4.00. My receipt says 8.00 10% discount. Amt charged 7.20. No big deal. I love the store.

I visited Rebel's Roost Antique Emporium on 7/3/23 with my family and the staff nembers were extremely rude from the moment we walked in the door. They seemed bothered and annoyed when we asked to see items in a cabinet. They even refused to open a cabinet for another customer there that was going to purchase an item. Then, as we were walking around 20 minutes before their posted closing time, the lights began to turn off on us and the staff was going around gathering everyone up to leave. After we left, we decided to give it another chance on 7/4/23 as we didn't get to walk through the whole store before it closed early. We went back with hopes the staff would be kinder, but we were met with the same attitude and unwillingness to help from two different staff members. We had some huffing and puffing from one after we asked to see an item.I wish I read the ratings before going there. Just seeing the way that the business responds to their online reviews is a testament to how they are in-person. They should be learning from these reviews rather than attacking the customer who writes it.On the brighter side, HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!

I should have read previous reviews on this place before I wasted my time. I visited Rebel's Roost with my family on the afternoon of July 3rd, 2023. The two older women working the front desk acted very rudely, made it very clear they did not want to help any customers, and took it upon themselves to close twenty minutes early without warning. We decided to give the store another chance on the morning of July 4th, 2023 and two different older women were again very rude at the front desk. Maybe it's a combination of the hot and stuffy temperature and dust in the store that is agitating them? If you have a booth in this store you may want to reconsider who you have representing your business! But other than that, happy 4th of July!

Stopped by to shop. Had an EMPTY drink cup in my hand. I asked if they had a garbage can was told by a very rude, older lady (with a bad haircut that needs cosmetic surgery) “we don’t take things like that”.Right down the street are plenty of other antique shops ran by nice people that don’t need rhinoplasty!UPDATE: Based upon the stores reply all the more reason why everyone should avoid the cranky old women!

This place was super cool. It had a huge variety of things. There's an upstairs and a downstairs. Lots of glass, china, jewelry and other random household items.

Staff very rude. Had a small piece of trash I wanted to throw away. Was told they “don’t have any trash cans in the entire store”! Was told to take it outside, and I couldn’t carry it around. Nobody smiled the whole time.

Beautiful store with unique items.. not a junk store with price tags.. I'm pretty picky about crafts and antiques and this place is one of the better I've seen in the area..

Lots to see and good prices. It's a pretty big place, so plan to allot a couple hours to walk thru the various levels. Probably not a good choice for wheelchairs or people who have difficulty navigating stairs. It's built into an old farmhouse, so expect to climb a few flights to see everything. Really enjoyed it!

This is a lovely antique emporium. There are a lot of vendors booths here and to look round properly it will take a good hour or two or even more. Everything is laid out really well. There are different floors to look around so there are steps. Parking is more than adequate with plenty of spaces. A public restroom is situated in a porta potty outside. All in all a great place to find your next treasure.

Fine if you don't have to use the restroom. The staff can use the restrooms in the store, but the customers are sent outside to the parking lot to sit in a freezing cold blue porta potty. When I inquired I was told. "they don't want to clean up after customers".

We love this antique mall. It is huge with so much stuff to look at and everything is nice good quality collectibles no junk or yard sale stuff. We always find treasures. Definately plan a few hours to look through it all. It's also very clean and employees are friendly.

We loved it! Clean and organized! Booths just flow together, and new items everytime we go! We're glad it's no smoking, because we can take our purchases directly home and display without cleaning up first. Almost every room in our home has something from the Roost!

Over priced and the lady was very rude. I was drinking water and there were no trash cans outside, we seen the sign on the door that said no food or drinks. So i finished my water and went inside, i was going to throw my water bottle away so we asked the lady if they had a trash can. All she said was no we dont take other peoples garbage.

Owners are super friendly and helpful! Amazing variety and diversity of products.....definately not just your ordinary, run of the mill antique outlet. Nice balance of quality antiques without ridiculous prices or having to rummage through junk like other places. Well organized and clean.....the old timber frame barn also adds to the cool experience. Definately a 5 star establishment!

This was to me a waste of time. To drive there to a place that had no parking accomodations for that many people for a festival event with it said 60 vendors and a 2 bathroom accommodation and by that I mean litterally 1 toilet for each men's and women's. Everyone had to park along the busy York street and walk about at least 1/4 maybe to 1/2 of a mile and the police were ticketing cars and plenty of them too. If I do return I sure will not be on one of their festival days and will not stop unless there is parking in their very small lot. We could hardly stop to look at anything inside the building because people wanting passed and the aisles are small meant for a regular everyday customer, no crowd to go through. I'm sure they have some nice things but couldn't really look.
