I love this place very friendly employees . They are willing to help you with any problems you may have. They are always happy to see my cooper. Hes always excited to see them. I absolutely love the groomer Katie shes amazing. I love how she takes her time to actually get to know the pet. I just overall love the store.

I love this pet store. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The young lady Katie that does the grooming is wonderful and the pricing is reasonable. You can see she loves dogs and loves her job. She has been grooming my 7 month old Pomeranian name Heidi once a month for the last 4 months and Heidi loves going there. Heidi loves going shopping there as well. We visit the store at least twice a month to stock up on bully sticks, food and treats. I highly recommend this store.

I had the pleasure of getting help from an amazing employee today. We have had many issues with our puppy food and she not only had great information for me to use in the furniture she provided me free of charge some small bags she highly recommended. I’m horrible with names but I believe it was Sara and I just wanted to make sure she knows how grateful I am.

When I visited the lady helped me pick some kitty litter for my cat. I loved my visit here. I really like the small town pet store vibe I got when I visit. I recommend coming in. They will help you with anything. They have dog washing and support the adoption of homeless animals. They had some adorable cats when I visited.

Very well educated staff on their products. Very friendly and helpful as well. Wish they carried my cat's food, but will continue to purchase from them regardless. Love to pet and play with the kittens up for adoption as well.

This pet store is the best I know. Bought a dental squeaker ball for my dog and he just loves it so much! It's been about a month ago and he still hasn't put it down. Pet value has unique toys and treats that I can't find no where else. There's even cookies for dogs. Good quality pet supplies. I really think it's nice that pet value has donation drives

Tried the Doggy Wash today . Was not impressed . The young lady said to let them know if I needed help with anything when I went to ask for a mop and to let her know that the water temp after adjusting the cold several times was still too warm for our Fur baby she had vanished . Plus the blow dryer could have been Warner , they should have brushes like other Doggy Washes and I had to purchase a treat when the sign stated your pooch would receive one for Good Behavior . I've been to Car washes that have Dog Washes that we're priced cheaper and we're better equipped . I am willing to try it one more time to see if they get things in better order .

I was a bit upset with the lack of fish items. I have a Betta at home and occasionally need more chemicals, live plants, and filter medium. I liked that they carry Beta Bio-gold which is my favorite type of food for them. I didn't like how they only sell the tiny Betta tanks though. Those are notoriously bad for Betta fish (unheated, stunted growth, dirty, no room to swim, etc.). Many resources online back up how bad they are. I have my Betta in a 5.5 gallon heated tank and I wish they had more tank options, larger bags of gravel, live plants, and more chemicals.I don't mean for this to be all negative. I did see that they carry many items for dogs and cats. Plenty of variety of food and toys for both as well. I just wish I didn't have to drive to Petsmart in Hanover to get more fish supplies.

Up until now. I loved this store. Nice ppl. Friendly and helpful. My dog goes thru a big bag of food approximately once a month. This is the only pet store chain that sells the brand we use. That being said, I visit this store approximately once a month! Since the covid outbreak I've been to this store a total of 3 times. UNMASKED....even back when it was baracaded off with a limit of two ppl at a time and the store personell had to get your items for you! I've even had to wait outside in the rain and wind until person's had left to honor the occupancy limit....every time...unmasked! Upon recent visit on 6/26/20 approximately 7:10pm...i once again entered the store to get my dog food. Unmasked! (Note. In the governors green phase now and almost a week prior to the health secretarys new mask mandate). I was immediately met with opposition from the clerk at the register! She asked if I had a mask...I proceeded to tell her I did not. I was informed I was not welcome in their store without a mask. I told the lady I just need to get my dog food. I've been here every month before! Again..."Sir, I cannot allow you in the store without a mask!". Genuinely agitated at this point yet trying to remain civil and calm...I pulled the collar of my t.-shirt up over my mouth and nose and asked if that would suffice to get my dog food? To which I was informed it would not! To which I replied, "so...masks can be made of pretty much any obtainable material including cut up t-shirts!? But my t-shirt won't work? " Lastly..." No sir..I'm sorry...I.need you to leave!".I'm very disappointed in this encounter! My pup is even more disappointed she didn't get her food.I will never patronize this store...ever...again! You all don't need my money apparently. It was good enough before...not now. So I have sought other means to get my dog food...and it does not involve the Pet valu chain AT ALL!

The actual tub it's self was clean which I inspected but I failed to look at the towels that were covered in alot of dog hair the floors were also full of hair, when questioned she said they had other dogs which tells me they don't clean after every use as advertised. Another awlful point to the wash station it isn't away from the shoppers and as I found out if others don't watch thier 2 legged children they are a nuisances which stresses out your dog as well. Thankfully my dog has had all shots for eveything if not I would be more upset due to the lack of cleanliness.

Did not have much to offer at all. AND I stood at the register for 5 minutes because the girl who works there was too busy helping someone else on the phone. I finally gave up & walked out. Terrible store
