I always have a good experience at this store. This time Jen was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction while she was restocking. She was even at the register to check us out. Very polite. Couldn't ask for a better employee.

Special thank you and shout out to Chris, the merchandise manager. I bought a cart on Friday. When I got home, I discovered that the screws to assemble it were not in the box. Chris had the screws sent to my house. They were delivered on Monday (a holiday by the way!) Way to go Michael's!

Great store. Nice selection. Stephanie is amazing! She is so helpful, very knowledgeable, and makes framing jobs go so smoothly! I really appreciated her help with several framing projects. I highly recommend her expertise.

Ever since Michael's opened years ago, not only have I declared it my personal go-to art store, but it's my rainy or unpleasant day entertainment, cheer up store =) Even my young Nephew willfully joins me when I mention our destination. The staff is always kind, willing to help, and knowledgeable about the location of items in the store, as well as what products you'll need for your project!

I love to get my craft supplies at Michaels! I just recently bought a new sewing machine there and the workers were so nice and helpful even though it was near closing when my machine died ! Thank you for everything and your help it works wonderful! Definitely different than my one from the 70's! Haha!

The store is clean and not cluttered. Easy to get around in the isles. Nice variety of arts, crafts and yarn. Well stockied. The employees are congenial, very helpful and friendly. They are handicapped accessible and have 1 electric wheelchair cart that works good right inside the door. It's especially nice for a smaller store to have a electric wheelchair for people who need to use one. Not everyone can drag one around and it gives them a chance to shop too. I believe to purchase, maintain and repair them is tax deductable for the business and gives them more customers and revenue. I wished more stores would provide electric wheelchairs too. Easy to get in and out and not a lot of people are all there at one time. Nice place to shop.

This Michaels is a nice store to go and shop around. Unfortunately it is a little on the small side. I went in a couple days ago and was hoping that they would have Halloween decorations out. They did... but it was such a small section so I was very disappointed. Also their yarn selection is not very good. I have been into better Michaels stores that have 2-3 aisles of yarn. This store only has about 1 aisle of yarn and maybe another small section on the other side. I will say though the store was very clean and the employees there are very nice. It is still a nice store to stop into for craft items.

Good store. Just check your receipt before you leave. I live over an hour away and got home and was overcharged on sale items by $13… no worries…but they won’t fix it unless I’m there. It’d be over $15 in gas there and we were just there…kinda disappointed. The sale was the only reason I bought them. :/

My 2 daughters and i were at Michael's the other day. We have visited this store before since it opened. We felt so welcomed from the time we walked in till we checked out,at all the visits we had,especially this visit. The staff arw wonderful and soo helpful doing out of there way if they can help us find anything.Great job by all . I do remember our cashiers name, ali. Super sweet gal with a great personality, my daughter's were saying wow she was so up beat and did a great job!!We love to shop there thanks for the great experience!!

I am so impressed with the customer service at this store. I was charged incorrectly on some items and returned to the store to resolve the issue. The manager, Windie, walked through the situation, repeated it back to me to be sure she understood and then asked me how she could best resolve the issue. Frankly given all the challenges retailers face now, I was stunned. I recommended a solution, she told me how she would manage the transactions to confirm and then completed everything to my satisfaction. Windie is a model for customer service -- she LISTENED! Thank you Michael's! P.S. Windie should receive a holiday bonus!! ;)

It was ok. The yarn selection was poor. For those of us who were used to the "other store" this one falls far from it. Now if they improve the yarn selection, I'll consider giving it a higher ranking.

We went to make an artificial flower wedding bouquet for my friend's wedding. A lot of the flower canisters were empty and there wasn't a whole lot of what we were looking for. We enjoyed the fall section though and were able to get a lot of things for the wedding.

Very clean and semi-organized. Stopped in here to pickup an order I placed online. Arrived and the item was damaged. Cashier saw it and offered a discount (hard to do since I had already paid online) but became flustered with everyone asking her simultaneous questions. She ended up handing me the item and no discount was remitted. Staff clearly saw this when they pulled the item from the shelf and should have given me another while they still had them but instead they sold out to other customers. Will seriously reconsider using Michael's for anything like this again. Not happy in the least.

I like this store, but the employees seem to be flying by the seat of their pants. They're not knowledgeable but act as tho they are. A manager took something from the shelf to see if it was defective like the one I had purchased. It was, but she just repackaged it and put it back on the shelf. Buyer beware.

Took my Mom in with a full cart of her artwork for framing and matting. Chris in the framing department spent many, many hours with us and could not have been more helpful, professional and pleasant to work with. She helped us find the right choices, while working within a budget. Chris is a credit to her profession and Michael's is lucky to have her on their team!

I’m glad I have the opportunity to do curbside pickup but I think it shouldn’t take an hour and a half for an order of two rolls of vinyl to be done. That is a little ridiculous. I could be in and out of the store in 3 minutes!

Their prices are too high for me here. They didn't have what I was looking for. This was only the second time that I have been in this store. The other time was last year about this time. Should have stuck to what I said last year...I am not going back to this store!)(I miss AC Moore!!)

Although I’ve been to other Michaels stores I can honestly say that the one in Gettysburg has the best customer service. The sales associate, Zoe was amazing!

I go to Michaels for Washi tape ..They have a Big selection of it and also to look at there sequins for shaker tags.I do get Paper pads for scrapbooking when I have a coupon.I also like there stickers for scrapbooks and cards .. Usually there on sale.Lovely store for sure !
