The best place to get ice cream in Gettysburg. They are so nice and welcoming. She even gave me a sticker for my dog lulu!! We got brownie batter and banana Nutella. Well worth the hour and a half drive.

The server was nice and she recommended that I try this flavor of ice cream so I did. The ice cream that I ordered was chocolate. It was good but it was not all that I have had better. I watched the server scoop it and then had to remind someone to get it because I do not eat melted ice cream in a bowl at any price.I like to try different items at different places and if I tried ice cream at this place again I would hope they would have more flavors than what was presented to me on the menu that I recieved.

Awesome ice cream, many many unique flavors and I gotta give the ice cream scooper props. He was all by himself and was able to handle a long line flawlessly between scooping and checking everyone out. And he did it all with a great smile and attitude.

I know it's cold, but how can you say no to ice cream. Lulu's had a bunch of great and unique flavors. It was quite popular the night we were there too. The scooper was patient with kids, and took her time with everyone. The scoops are quite large and I am happy I got a small that night. The building was clean and smelled lovely (like waffle cones).

Unique ice cream shop with homemade artisan flavors. Love to stroll around after eating at one of the many restaurants near the square, to then have our desert in a cone... this is our new go-to spot for frosty treats in Gburg. Friendly staff & yummy ice cream. Free samples too. I'll keep my eye out for their green tea flavor-- it's not currently on the menu but it's been there before & it's hard to find elsewhere. So good!It's right off the square, a building or two over from Blue & Gray Bar & Grill. Sometimes you can find parking right away, along the circle ("the square" is really "the circle"!) or else just parallel park nearby. It's a fun part of town to wander through, if you do have to take a little walk to get to the shop.

Best gelato around. I drive over a hour when I visit the area. This is the second time I came up here and online it said opened then I get to the store and they are closed. Very upset. Shouldn’t have open till 10:00pm online and it’s 5:39 and closed?? Please change your time online and update it. Then please put a number to contact the store so I can call ahead of time so then I’m not driving over a hour.

Some of the best ice cream I've ever tried. Been here twice on trips to Gettysburg. All homemade and very fresh. Store smells delicious like fresh baked waffle cones. My favorite is the garden mint which they flavor with their own garden grown. Scoop size is a little small but for those of us watching waistlines, this is welcome :-) Service was better 2nd time around. More staff and owner seemed to be present and very thankful for the business.

Delicious and sweet. I loved the cherry 🍒 I’ve cream in the waffle cone that that home make. My boy friend had moose tracks. He loved his as well. They had over 20 flavors. They were nice in allowing us to try many different samples. I recommend this place.

Will never purchase from you again. We came on a Saturday, and the kid behind the counter had such a bad attitude! He literally told us to hurry with our order as we were deciding and no one else was there. But the real problem was paying $28 dollars for ice cream! You charge for how many scoops which is usual but 3 seperate charges for the FLAVOR of ice cream?!! My daughter got chocolate! My son got cookies and cream... How is that two seperate charges?? Ridiculous. We go to out local ice cream shop that has different flavors every week and pay $13 for all 3 of us! The ice cream at your shop isn't special or different sorry.

Prior to ordering the worker asked if my husband wanted to try the mint ice-cream he was thinking of ordering. He said no and she proceeded to try it herself and said, yep that is really good. Then served him his ice-cream. His single flavor one scoop was the same size of my two flavored two scoop. When we mentioned this they said it was because I asked for a lid so they had to squish my ice cream down into the cup???

The ice cream was amazing, and when I went back to try their macaroons, the owner made sure to compliment my physique for being able to eat so much. The only thing that could improve the experience would be getting the Snapchat username of the cashier.

I would not recommend this place. The ice cream was already melted when handed to me. The employee on shift; a tall woman with dark hair on the heavier side, was eating as we walked in. The gloves she swerved us with were clearly dirty with ice cream. she got melted ice cream on my credit card. She served us with dirty gloves and a DIRTY SPOON. Her hair was very long and down. There was a hair on the cup we were given. I've never had bad experiences here before this. Not sure if it is this employee or the business itself. But my experience was far from pleasant. Can I give half stars one here?

Great ice cream with unique flavors (Vietnamese coffee!). Lots of the negative comments in reviews here relate to hours of operation-well, most places are short staffed right now. Give this place a try. You’ll love the ice cream and the staff is great. Awesome location just off the square.

I had the S’more ice cream and it was pretty good. My wife got a flavor she did not care for, but they let her exchange it. I think they would do better if they allowed a small smoke since they make their ice cream in house.

This was amazing ice cream, we got the chocolate peanut butter, toasted coconut, mint, and cherry. The place doesn't look like much when you walk in, honestly it looks like it's closed. But the ice cream is well worth it! Definitely be back again.

Staff looked like they wanted to be anywhere but there and the ice cream was...meh. I wanted to try other ice cream shops in Gettysburg but Kilwins is the best I've had so far. Better ice cream and much better customer service.

We had a not so good experience today at Lulus. We paid $8 for what could have been the equivalent of a pup cup. My husband and myself ordered smalls in a dish. He got a quarter of a scoop and mine might have been a little bit more. We were very disappointed. The ice cream was great but unfortunately we probably won’t go there again :(

Lulu’s is definitely my favorite ice cream spot in Gettysburg.There are so many unique flavors to choose from that I can’t choose a favorite! Such a fun place to come with family and friends for a treat. Staff is also very friendly!

I had a more than an amazing time at Lulus! We were visiting Gettysburg today coming from New York. The service was great, the ice cream was good, especially the cake and cookies and cream. The young lady who scooped my ice cream was very kind!

Great ice cream. Zero consistency on hours. Is it closed for the season? Open on certain hours or days? Who knows? There are no signs and their website indicates hours and days which are not correct. I understand closing for the winter, but please post when you’ll open again. All the other ice cream shops in town open again in March. Not so with Lulus. It’s a beautiful, sunny Saturday in April and it’s closed with no sign as to hours or when it will be open. Please list hours at store or website.

This is incredible artisanal ice cream. I'm tempted to even say it's the best I've ever tasted. I had the matcha with white chocolate and raspberry- a brilliant work of art in a cone. Only slightly sweet with an earthy, mildly spicy flavor, it startled and delighted me with its sophistication. It deserves the name Finest.

Great ice cream and attentive staff. I have celiac, so the staff put on gloves, checked the ingredients, and got a new ice cream container and scoop without complaint. I also didn't get sick!

Very pleasant surprise! It has been upgraded and cleaned since the previous ice cream shop. Ice cream was very good and offered many different flavors. Try it soon before it gets as busy as the other shop in town.
