If I could rate this higher, I absolutely would. Not only is the homemade ice cream fantastic, but the owner is such an incredibly kind and genuine person! The store has fun vintage candies and other knickknacks (the candles smell great). I cannot recommend Cone Sweet Cone enough!!

This was really really good ice cream. The mint chocolate chip tasted like actual mint. The other flavors that we tasted were great too (chocolate and cookies and cream). I had the vegan strawberry ice cream. It was excellent! When talking with the man who was working he said his uncle purees actual strawberries for the ice cream. It tasted absolutely delicious!

We stopped by on our first night here, on a whim. I got a Pina Colada Italian ice, and it was Fantastic. I thought about it the next day, and then came back. Unfortunately it was out. I tried a mango that was very vibrant. My son had Salted caramel that was very good, and then tried a rainbow Italian ice. Lady ( owner I would guess) was fantastic. Personable and just what you want at a place. The man on the other hand was kind of gruff and not a customer service type it seemed. Hope it goes well, go down it a try.

Wonderful ice cream. The strawberry cheesecake is to die for. They also had an Easter special ice cream full of candy which my 3 yr old loved. A bonus is they have some nice outdoor seating on the lawn.

Stop for some gelato on our way back from the battlefield. They have the best flavors ever. My wife had coconut cream pie and Cannoli. Can’t remember what flavor I had but it was really good!! Would highly recommend this little ice cream shop.

Yum!! This place is an amazing find. Their homemade ice cream is so good - tastes so fresh it’s like you’re eating fresh raspberries or drinking freshly brewed coffee. Six of us each had a different flavor - now we’re wondering what the shortest route is from Baltimore. Ice cream worth traveling for!

Easily the best ice cream in Gettysburg, with the owner almost always working the window. He's the friendliest person and he makes the best ice cream. It's crazy that Mr. Gs is more popular than Cone Sweet Cone.

Hidden gem!! Thsi was terrific! Great ice cream but really the draw for me was the old time candy!! Mini chicklets! Come on! No one has those! Great great great! And the service was tremendous!

Best ice cream shop in Gettysburg! There are so many ice cream places around, but this shop goes above and beyond the others. Not only is the gelato we had to die for, but the service can’t be beat. There is also a window for those with strollers and/or wheelchairs, making it accessible to virtually everyone. There’s also ample seating inside and outside. Steve was gentleman who served us (I’m assuming he’s the owner) and was just a super kind and friendly guy. Definitely made the experience a 10/10, and my family will forever choose this place as our number one go-to for ice cream. Despite it being a busy Saturday, the wait time was super short- making it the shortest wait time we’ve had thus far. It’s also worth noting that this place is located right amongst all the fun touristy shops, so if you’re planning to walk around the shops you should definitely stop by this place! Thanks so much Steve for the service, we can’t wait to come back!

Tried the chocolate cake, cannoli, and java chip flavors and all were excellent! The shop is very cute and the staff were all very nice. Would happily come back for more!

What a sweet little shop! I stopped in with my family after visiting Gettysburg. We have several children, so we tried mint chip, cotton candy, and vanilla ice cream. We also tried Italian ice with custard. Everything was delicious. They make the ice cream themselves.There is also a selection of candies in the store, which have a retro feel.There is a walk up window, and they had several tables inside with seating as well.The couple was very friendly. I don't understand why it wasn't packed! Truly a gem of a shop.

July 2022Small batch homemade ice cream. Chocolate and cookies-n-cream were both really good. Kind of dense ice cream but creamy once it melted a little.

It was okay. I wouldn’t come back to this place though 😬. I went there a few days ago with my cousins and it just wasn’t what I was expecting from the different reviews I saw. It is a cute place, but I’d rather wait in a long line to get better ice cream. 🍦

This ice cream was ok, nothing to write home about. I have been to all the ice cream shops in Gettysburg, and the best ice cream, in my humble opinion, is Kilwins. Go there and I'm pretty sure you will come to the same conclusion I have.

Great ice cream that filled the cone top to bottom. I ate it while sitting on their front porch rocking chair, watching the world pass by on a cool summer evening. Blissful. 😍

Excellent place to get excellent treats! The owners are very friendly and provide the best service! Stopped in for the first time ever a year ago with my baby daughter and we were the only ones in the shop. Got to chit chat with the owner for a little and got a lot of good vibes from the place. My daughter and I will be back! She wants her own cone this time so she can share with her little sis.

The ice cream is exceptionally creamy and delicious and the owners we're very friendly and accommodating! The woman was very sweet to my youngest daughter and they allowed my oldest daughter to use the restroom. This will be our new ice cream place in Gettysburg! Don't waste your time in long lines at the other places! This is the place so used to be!
