Great selection of valuable military apparel for practical use while working at home outside or inside. Check out the Gortex jackets, awesome winter outside gear along with gloves. I like the fine cutlery fork, spoon and knife sets. Have fun!

Was very disappointed. Was in the shop a few times over the last few years. But this last time the worker are the owner decided not to let me in with my disabled child. Walked in and was told strollers were not allowed. I informed the owner are owner that my child was disabled and let him know that it is a wheelchair and not a stroller. He then proceeded to tell me he don’t consider it a wheelchair. So I asked if he ever heard of the Americain with Disabilities Act. Then he said well I refuse to serve you. What a horrible shop and person. He had no respect for the disabled.

Unfortunate experience with this shop. My son and I entered to look for WW2 stuff. Found a canteen but could not see the price. Did not see any signs to ask for help and the glass door was partially opened. I merely opened it to see the price and the shop tenant told us to leave. Threatened to call the police after I apologized.

I was there last year and the owners/ employees were great amd we talked everything military (I'm a retired combat veteran) I saw no issues with any attitudes so I'm not sure where people are getting that from. In two weeks we are going back to gettysburg for three days and I can't wait to go here again to purchase more items which by the way are priced fairly. I have a service dog and they didn't give me any problems with bringing him in (he is a very large dog) so I'm not sure about the disabled child/ stroller situation but they didn't say a word to me about bringing my service dog in so they obviously know about the Americans with disabilities act. Can't wait to go back again which will be my first stop once in gettysburg.

My grandson wanted to purchase an army hat in this store. When I tried to say Hi to the lady behind the counter, I said, Hi, how are you?, very uninterested she sqinched up her nose and said, Uh,OK. When asking about sizes she was rude and very short with us. After a few other questions she was so rude with my grandson, I couldn't believe she was running the store. I hope she was not the owner, but if not I hope the owner knows how rude she is to her customers and especially a young boy. He did purchase the hat but she was so unpleasant that he left the store and felt terrible. The store itself is great, but zero stars for this person!!Beware when you go in.

Beware the “no return” policy before you purchase. I visited the store twice getting information on a needed trench shovel. After the second visit and a discussion on a specific shovel as to its sturdiness, I purchased the shovel as a gift. On the first use the shovel blade bent. I tried to return the defective item and was told “no refunds.” The store owner did not discuss this policy with me before purchase. There is only a tiny square of paper taped to the counter saying, no returns. I never even saw this nor would I with hindsight make a purchase there when the owner does not guarantee the quality of a new product. This was not a used item.

I've been buying from this family for nearly 30 year's in all honesty they can be frustrating but they are honest people with good days and bad days so take it with a grain of salt. There surplus selection is good with some of the best prices around. It is small store and hard to move around in that may explain the wheel chair issue it really isn't handicap accessible as for any rudeness I hope that didn't happen but I wasn't there.

Stopped in this store with my husband looking for a backpack... my husband as always said to the lady behind the counter.. Hi how are you. The lady didn't even look at him..she just made a face.. while we were in there we kept hearing a commotion at the counter.. this lady was insulting every single person that was in the store.. anyone that approached her with a question.. she lashed out at them..this is no way to treat people who are there to spend money..my husband by accident knocked into a display and knocked something on the floor.. she screamed at him to pick it up..as my husband was picking it up..I told her to calm down can't you see he is.. she proceeded to insult us on the way out the door as well as a dozen other customers that were in there.. not a single person bought anything as no one wanted to approach her... this is no way to treat customers if I could give this place 0 stars I would

Stopped into ALL WARS SURPLUS looking for a Royal Air Force Airman's Cap and found one within five minutes! Great selection, service and pricing. The owner was very friendly to me and warned me about the coin-operated meters on the main street that cause a lot of visitors like me some amount of grief! The store is chock-full of great military items, clothing, and collectibles. Highly recommended.

CASH SCAM! Found a satchel and didn't have enough cash on hand. By the time I went to the car the teenager at the register raised the price on the bag. Cash only to cover employee theft. Won't shop there again.

The lady behind the counter was extremely rude to everyone in the store! She would scream at customers that wanted to ask her about the price. Beware that if you parochial her with an item that dose not have a tag you may be cussed at and screamed at. If I could give 0 stars, I would!

Very good, had quite a selection, Somewhat of what my son was looking for, but all in all great place, if you want to check out more places like this, they are everywhere around here. (For the skeptics of the lady, don’t worry, I don’t think she works here currently.)

This is a nice army surplus store. There is a good amount of merchandise that is fairly priced. If you can't find what you're looking for, the owner has a big storage unit with more merch, so he can probably get it for you.
