The staff is always so friendly, they now have a coffee stand "Buckwheats". I have 2 bearded dragons and they have helped me find products for them even though they have mostly farm animal supplies.

Great feed store! I did a speaking event there last year and it was well attended. The owners are great people, the employees friendly and knowledgeable and the store well stocked. I'm looking forward to hearing there again this spring to do another Backyard Chickens talk.

I really like this store. John wanted to go get 2 baby Ginnys. so we went & got 2. I really gotta say they r the craziest birds I've ever seen. lol they sure don't wanna be friendly at all. But I'm not gonna stop trying to see if I can get them to calm down & be friendly lol???I also bought a book all about Ducks & a book all about chickens....

Great source for food and supplies for animals of all sizes - equine, canine, feline, small pets and wild birds. The staff is extra friendly and will help you with any questions. Leashed pets are welcome, and they get free treats, so my dogs love the store. Good feeling to do business with a local company that has been around for 30 years.

I found exactly what I was looking for and the prices were great. The staff was very nice and helpful. In fact, the young lady who checked me out offered to carry the bags of bird seed to my car. An excellent experience.

Awesome place to shop! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. My "Go to" neighborhood pet supply place. I have rushed in multiple times at the last minute, have found exactly what I went for (and more) and have ALWAYS been greeted with smiles & hellos. They have a wonderful family friendly event every September, Furry Friends Field Day, for the benefit of participating Pet Rescues. Lots of fun things to do for the whole family. Love this place!

Awesome staff! I needed to grab a bag of dog food before a roadtrip and just made it to the store before they closed. Not only were the lovely ladies friendly, but they didn't rush me and they made some great suggestions for my pup that now needs a special diet.

Customer service can be great or suck. The guys who load your car never stay for a whole season, so their attitudes make or break sales. The last guy ripped a bag of wood pellets I purchased. That annoyed me, never mind the fact that his attitude was just plain horrible and when I informed management, there was no apology. Decent dock workers seem to come few and far between.

I really love this store. I had to pick up some dog food, I was home & pet sitting. They loaded it for me. That I love.. They have a huge selection of pet foods, toys, accessories.. Etc. I wish I had a small farm, being a regular shopper here would be awesome.

Love the place. I buy all my duck food and bird food there. My friend buys all her dog food there. The staff is so helpful and cheerful. They also do promotions. One of them is for rabies vaccines (dogs and cats).
