No disappointment here, Rutter's hit a home run, straight out of the park. This place scored high marks on all my needs. Beer cooler, super frigid cold drinks! Wings were cooked to perfection, and mozzarella sticks are out of this deliciousness. Plus, it's a BIG parking lot for us truckers. Thank you so much for making my stop overnight a remarkable one. Hopefully, I'll be back soon! This is going on my favorite list of stops! Thanks again, and keep up the good work!

I bought 2 hot dogs and on the both buns were mold!!!! how can you sell moldy food??? Also mushrooms were uncooked!!! And we bought 2 smoothies, both were chemical and not natural. DO NOT BUY FOOD HERE!!

Really enjoy the potpie and dinner roles. They sometimes do not heat it up hot enough and it is cold. They always take it back and get another but it is definitely a waste of food. Very nice employees though.

This place is amazing! You could eat off the floor it’s that sanitary. The customer service is exceptional. There food menu is funky and cool to. They have the best hot dogs! Considerably cleaner and better then Sheetz & Wawa. I am a huge fan and always make a point of coming here. YOU MUST GO!!!

Ordering more than 1 of anything is usually a guessing game from most places, not this place. Food was spot as usual. Ordered a BLT wrap for now and one for later. Just the right amount of; condiments, toppings and heat. Always a great experience stopping here for the night and usually plenty of parking spots.

I'm not sure what all the complaints are about. I'm a trucker, so I've parked at and patronized Rutter's all over PA and in Martinsburg, WV. This one is of the same high quality I've come to expect at each one I've been to. It's clean, has friendly employees, and the BEST truck stop food of ANY truck stop chain in the country. For truckers who don't know, I don't believe any Rutter's have showers. I prefer it that way because it keeps truck parking from filling up too fast at most of their locations. As this was my first time at this specific location, I called to see if there might be available parking on Sunday night just after 8pm. Mason was very helpful over the phone when I called.

Arrived Friday afternoon great to find a place not charging trucks for parking. I don't know about all of the crying babies before took my 34hr restart till Sunday EVERYONE in the store was very nice to myself and everyone else. The food prices are understandable now days they can't give food away it's a business. Just wanted to thank everyone for a great experience it's getting hard to come by now days. Last year of driving semi haven't been up here in 15yrs two thumbs up RUTTER'S

I'll never buy ordered food again. It's like they didn't read the screen in front of their face. Like what the customer orders isn't important because the workers behind the sandwich shop is too retarded to read. This is the 3rd time this happened at this location. I would complain to them but I doubt the management even cares how their store is run. Wawa is just right up the street from them. I will be going there for now on. The 3rd times the charm of not wanting ever to get fresh made food from this one ever again.

This place is so gross! We stopped here for the first time and the last time! Very over priced. The food is cold and we had to wait for 30 minutes because the girl gave our bag to someone else. Lol. Wow! After that they still did not get it right. So I had to go back again becausemy 5 year old son hamburger was smashed. They were missing food from the order that was paid for. As for what you get for the price… terrible! Literally paid for fries and onion rings and the onion rings came with literally only four! The fries only had 12, literally only 12 fries in a container and they were cold!They really got my blood boiling. Please don’t go here! This place is a joke!

Excellent pit stop for your travels. From the gas, to the ready to order meals, can't complain. Very clean bathrooms, comforting atmosphere. Coffee is always hot and you won't run short of it, Excellent bar of coffee creamers to choose from. Loius and his staff are polite and quick to help. Nothing but great services all around. Great job guys.

New convenience store with much needed truck parking in Gap, PA. Nice seating area inside with TV to watch while you eat. They offer fresh made wraps, sandwiches, and lots of other food choices to pick from. Parking for about 30 trucks, but I wish it was more. Truck parking has always been a big issue around the area. All in all, it's a very nice place for truckers to have a break, or take a 10 hour rest.

It’s sad the employees do. It care about food quality. Been on road all day to get awful food and when you take it back, they act like you’re being picky. My cheese curds in the garbage. Fried pickles were ok, they were hot. The ranch was definitely watered down.

Food gas no issues.BUT I’m an OTR driver and this is the noisiest place I’ve ever had to try to sleep. Not their fault- constant jack brakes and super busy with gas etc

Great place to get E85 fuel at a good price. Easy driving in and out, wide driveway, nice store, convenient location right along us route 30, They also have regular gas, plus, super, E15 and diesel. They even have regular straight gasoline without ethanol, which is good for lawnmower and boats and small power equipment including older motorcycles. Thanks!

I live 5 minutes from this location, but I hate ordering food there!! I'm sick of getting home with my food and finding out ots not made like I ordered. Don't bother ordering any sauce on the side with anything, because you won't get it. They don't put salsa or hot sauce on the tacos when you order it. It's not on the side either!! Start hiring people who know how to read, so the food gets made right

I love this new Rutter’s! I’ve started getting my commute coffee here instead of Wawa. Just, please, put out more half and half. Last two times I was there - no half and half. Only those overly sweet flavored “creamers”. My personal opinion.Employees are very nice. It bothers me that people don’t give the employees a break if something goes wrong with an order. Ask them to fix it and don’t bash them on Google.

Apparently the secret is out, parking lot full. Right now Diesel is $4.059. Food was fantastic, maybe a little pricey. Cars do race through the truck parking. Glad this is available. BUT because it has truck parking, it has truck drivers parking. Along with truck drivers parking comes “my truck fits here, who cares if I’m blocking these guys”.

Ordered a caramel latte with extra espresso, whip, cinnamon sprinkle and white chocolate drizzle. Got a plain espresso and milk latte. Cashier gave no receipt either. So I thought ok I'll just get a caramel frappe, mix them together and it'll be fine. I don't wanna fuss. For some reason they choose not to tell you they're out of caramel sauce before you pay their over the top price for less than mediocre coffee drinks. Bad after taste in the frappe. Lesson learned! Rutters espresso drinks BLOW! Next time I'll just wait to get to a Starbucks on the pike. Sad that truckers have such few and FAR FAR between options. Step up your game Rutters! If you're going to charge coffee shop prices, than have coffee shop drinks.

Stopped in first time 4/14/21 at 415 am. The store is brand new, Pros free parking huge lot and it is big wide selection of food and drinks and nice lounge to relax cons are, it just opened and it is already dirty inside and smells. 1 girl behind the check out counter 1 behind food counter had 3 people waiting for there food it took forever. How do you have 2 people on staff with 50 trucks parked?. My toronado was cold and coffee was piss warm. I want hot food and coffee.Too busy talking with each other not enough work. * I did not see showers* ?? STILL SLOOOWW SERVICE they are constantly buffering in life lol
