This is my second time at Mountain Mutts. Rider and Gabby were very patient and understanding that Ruby was nervous and timid about being groomed. Ruby isn't a small dog so I can imagine it wasn't an easy task. She looks so nice, smells so nice and feels so soft. I'm really happy with the service! Thanks!

Today was my pups first time visiting Mountain Mutts. It was great experience.!! The last time he was groomed elsewhere it wasn’t a good experience for him.MM was very interested in what he needed and took their time with him to make sure the experience for him was better than the last.I took him in he was happy to meet them and went right back and sat on the dog bed.They didn’t do nails as i asked them not to so he isn’t stressed. I have to work my way back to him being comfortable with this - it was ruined by the last groomer.If you are looking for a place that is personable willing to listen to what is best for your dog and great overall service this is the place.Thank you so much for making this experience good for my boy again.We will be back.

I would highly recommend Mountain Mutts Groomimg salon! Gabby is great at what she does. I've had 2 different dogs groomed there, both with different needs, and she treated both with such patience and kindness. You can tell she loves what she does! Overall, great experience and I will continue to bring my crazy puppy there!

I’ve been taking my dog here since April of 2019. They made an exception for us when we first moved to PA, wanted to get him groomed for his bday and knew of no other places near us. Have been coming back ever since. Granted It might be hard to reach them at times but they only have 2 people working which are the owners themselves, which also makes appointments backed up several weeks at times but the simple fix is just to reschedule with them when you pick your kids up when they’re done being groomed. The owners are the kindest most understanding people and will try to work with you to the best of their ability if you need a sooner appointment.

Nicole takes great care to groom our 2 dogs. Went through so many groomers finally staisfied. They even pick them up fron dog hotel next door. A++++

Gabby and Ryder are absolutely fabulous!! They take much love and care for our 4 dogs! We are always very happy with the cuts and cuteness that they create!! My hubby and I took our cockapoo "Prince " for his first grooming experience a couple weeks ago. He is just turned 8 months old. Always loved his bath time. But I was quite nervous not knowing how he would react having so much done. They were very professional and we were pleased how they handled him. They took him back for his bath and grooming completion which said would take 1-1 1/2 hrs. When we came back we were just elated to see how handsome he looked and smelled nice too!! We booked a date for his next grooming!! Obviously we recommend Mountain Mutts.

I have been taking my Labradoodle, Elliot, here for about a year now and they are so great with him. He is always anxious to get out of the car and go inside, which was not the case at other places. Last week he had an upper respiratory infection and they said “no worries we will work with him” and they did. Don’t hesitate to try them.

I like this grooming place . I brought my dogs here a couple of times. The only issue I have is that it is extremely hard to contact them. Nobody answers the phone and if you leave a voicemail they never call you back. I also tried sending message Thru Facebook but they never get back to you. That’s not good for business.I’m really curious why they don’t respond to their customers

Our eleven year old golden/border collie mix, "Dallas," had never been to a groomer. I was always able to keep up with his grooming until the past year. It became impossible due to pain in his hind quarters. As a result he had some serious matting. After three hours of loving and patient bathing, clipping, grooming, de-matting, Dallas is one happy dog-and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Do not hesitate to entrust your dog to these caring groomers!

They are horrible horrible I can’t say they just want to work whatever they want they don’t care about dogs they don’t care about time limit they don’t care about people’s time value they are unresponsive Horrible people I don’t recommended them never ever they are rude they can be there don’t care about dogs or animals and all. They don’t care about anybody they can call you half an hour before you dogs grooming and said we just cancel your appointment because we fire people here.. They said I don’t care about your dogs you can go somewhere out.. Please don’t take dogs over there they cannot run the business and they don’t know how..
