Dutch-Way Hardware has become our preferred hardware store. They have an extensive inventory, but it is the people who make the biggest difference. They are all friendly and super helpful. I have never stopped in the fastener section without someone stopping by to ask if we need assistance. They never seem rushed and will take the time we need even if we are buying a few fasteners for a few cents each. The best place for gardening, paint, grills and smokers...well, just about everything.

Such a nice store, and the employees are so friendly, helpful and professional! There's so much to look at so even if you're going for one item, prepare to be there just looking around a lot longer than planned. I love how organized and clean the store looks. They have everything, plus stuff you never knew existed but now that you do, you'll have to have one!

Opened on time. Quick easy pickup of online order. No time wasted. In and out. Will be back to this friendly little Hardware store. Now I can repair my old wheelbarrow with new arms. Been here before. Just had great delivery for free because joined Ace with membership. My new wheel barrow which I added a solid tire to. And will use the other in repairing old wheelbarrow. Also now could measure for those replacement handles. Needed to just add a hole to make fight. At a great price. Lots if extra savings in that move. And it was quick and easy to my front gate. So one great place to do business with.

12.29.23. This is a hardware store that I check when I need something special. I have about 7 hardware stores closer to me but I really like the store lay out and service is great. Today I got to meet Gordon, the store manager who helped me with a seat for a Prier outdoor spigot. Not exact but very close. Gordon is very customer oriented and suggests alternatives. I appreciate that.

I needed a duplicate key for my '64 vette. I tried Auto Plus, NAPA, Home Depot, and Tractor Supply. They couldn't do it but Ace Hardware could for $3 a key! What a great place! What a relief!

I have been a loyal customer to Ace Hardware over the last 5 years since moving to this area. Since becoming reward member, I get notifications for coupons that I can use for in store or online purchases. Without fail, the coupons do not work each and every time. Within the last couple of weeks, I was sent a $10 off $10 coupon for a birthday. I attempted to use it today on a $14.16 purchase and the coupon did not work. I can understand glitches happening from time to time, but not every single time. I have not made it an issue in the past, because the customer service has always been great, but we’ll, I feel that is just a gimmick to pull myself (maybe others) into the store. So with that, I will patronize Home Depot and Lowes or GR Mitchell.

I was in there tonight middle of the week it was after 7 and the fellow cut me a piece two pieces of glass out that I needed. And they work beautiful. While we're waiting for the glass to be cut we wandered around through the store for a few more items. Now you know a lot of places don't cut class anymore so it's a good thing that they do. Nice store lots of items in there for all different aspects of owning a home reasonably priced slightly high but okay

Super fantastic hardware store with all the ace goodies and then some they have the best line of yeti in stock and sometimes mostly on sale they have Husqvarna brand they have steel brand outdoor equipment and they also have a rental line fully stocked ready to go very friendly helpful staff and I highly recommend this place if you're in the area and in need of what they offer including canning goods in mason jars air conditioners or even sporting goods

When I first called I kind of got the run around when asking about making a copy of my car key. I finally just went in and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff was, the variety of things they carried, and the prices. Will definitely go back.

Custom service is excellent. Prices are a little higher so you have to work those sales. They also have a loyalty system there where you can get discounts on your holiday meats.

Great Ace hardware, usually always have what I'm looking for even during the pandemic! Little short on propane home wall mounted heaters and yeti dog dishes. Yet they have almost everything else

Let me start by saying that this store does not deserve one star for a rating, I went in saturday at 2pm on the 2nd of november 2019, I was looking to purchase a leaf blower and a chainsaw, I spent 15 minutes looking at 3 different blowers, I was never greeted unlike the 3 customers after me. I ended up leaving the equipment I wanted to purchase laying in the isle for the to busy to talk to me employees to pick up the blowers. I'm glad to know that ace hardware makes enough to ignore my needs as a customer. Dutch way ace hardware will recieve no more of my business nor will I recomend them to other potential customers.
