Bought a Harman pellet stove a year ago in 2022. They gentleman in their showroom was polite, knowledgable, and professional. Their installers were the same way, as well as being prompt, quick, and clean. They get bonus points for not minding my dog being an attention hound. The stove is amazing quality too, and their showroom is stunning. Im addition to that, they have a great amount of product selection. I will always recommend them.

They absolutely do not care when you spend over 14 grand with these people and can't even come up with a place that delivers pellets as a referral. When you come from out of town, don't expect understanding. They have thus negated the stoves use.I was hung up on twice and other times i called, no one was able to say anything. save the Big Boss, ANYTHING. I rate a zero. I can buy a stove anywhere. You can't buy good will or character.

I've been shopping at this store for 30 years, they were always well known for having everything. However it seems lately that they still have a wide variety but they run low on stock on a lot of things that are common items this is probably not their fault due to the way the world is. Their prices are high but they're the only hardware store around so if you don't want to drive to one of those big box places this is a good alternative

They have a very wide selection of almost everything you could possibly need from lawn care to plumbing needs, heating needs, tools of course, clothing, boots, prices of some items are a little high, but everyone is courteous, and very helpful!

The people are very nice in there. It is your typical older School hardware store where you can find that extra something that you cannot get a big box stores. The people are, as I say, helpful and have an old school hardware store mentality which this world sadly misses

My husband went in recently for a new pair of work boots. There was already 2 people being waited on. He knew the boot he wanted as it was replacing an older pair . He found the pair and I asked the sales girl if it would be possible to see a 101/2 in that particular boot?She scolded us and said she is waiting on these two people already and we need to wait.So we waited 15 minutes and the gentleman being waited on already wanted to try on the boots my husband requested .I asked the sales girl if she could get my husband his size boot since she was getting the other guy the same boot.She rolled her eyes and sighed and walked away ..she eventually came out with the boots and then just handed my husband the pair of boots I requested for him.The seating honestly should be for customers trying on shoes not someone sitting there watching their family members put shoes on as moral support.The sales lady never asked the people not trying on shoes to move so people trying on shoes could try on their shoes. It was perfectly acceptable for someone to sit in the floor to try on shoes!So there’s my husband on the floor not having a place to sit to try on his new work boots..what kind of place is this?Horrible service especially when you’re paying over $220!!! For work boots in cash and not your employers voucher to get free boots!!!

Great selection of Carhartt products in the area. The staff was super courteous, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm looking to stock up on tees or I need anything Carhartt I know exactly where to go.

I bought a milwaukee heated sweatshirt 3 days ago. It is not working properly. They will not replace it i must contact milwaukee to get it fixed. So its going to b like 2 wks til i get it back when all they had to do is exchange it.

Love the store, but outside of the store is another story. Had one of your representatives just harass me in a local store because I forgot to turn down my visor to display my handicap placard. Even went as far to say that when I need the placard, I won't have it. My response was i have it and i need it otherwise the VA wouldn't have gotten it for me. His response was mmmhhhmmm....Not All Disabilities Can Be Seen!!!!! At least I'm still working, thanks for the respect for a veteran.

This is a great example of what a hometown hardware store should be. They generally have exactly what I need, they are friendly, efficient and helpful. I've been a customer of theirs for 20+ years and would recommend them to anyone.

This is a nice little place. Wegmans gets their employee's uniforms and boots here. So i come here about once a year. The staff is really helpful and friendly.

Not handicap accessible inside some sections of the store. Many steep wooden steps, although there was handrails. If you have any problems walking or balance issues, I'd would stop at another hardware store. They all carry the same things.

I went in for a cap top bolt for a screw...Man took it in the back himself, since i am handicapped he did not make me follow....In a few minutes he brought me two types to choose from...Very helpful and friendly...He did not make me feel like i was bothering him for such a small item... I will go back and I do recommend them for your hardware needs....
