I had left a few of my personal items at the store a couple months ago. I called them to see if they still had my things. Low and behold they still had. I finally got back to the store. I went to the customer lane. Asked if my stuff was there. The woman ♀️ working didn't understand a word I said. So I asked another employee for help telling the woman ♀️ what I just said. She understood her and she said exactly 💯% the same as I did. But she didn't understand me. Go figure. That part sucked. But I did manage to get my belongings. Thanks 👍 to the other employee.

Small, local market which I think is nice and clean --- small enough to know you and serve you. I like the fact that as you enter there is a little "quick mart" of sorts. You can grab coffee, a sandwich or snack. The Deli is right there, too.

This is the coolest independent grocery store I've been in...they got a nice selection and some of their meat prices put the big stores to shame. Not to mention the staff has fun, is friendly and the ones I met have lots of personality.Keep up the great job Carone's!

There's a wide variety of essential items. The deli and the deli worker's are always pleasant, the bakery is great and you can't beat the SALE prices! the other products are overpriced! It's ok in a pinch !

Food prices are somewhat decent depending on the day you go. If item dosent have a price cashier estimates what it costs. Tried the hot food twice both times disappointed. Rotisserie chicken tasted boiled and was extremely salty and the Italian antipasto was so vinegary I had to buy more items to counteract the flavor.

Not bad. I gave three stars because I have witnessed some of the employees being openly rude to other customers . And not because they were being rude first, it was because of how they were paying. Some other employees are great, but witnessing that was a real turn off for me.

The prices are very reasonable and the a la carte deli offers an amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner menu for under $10 a person. Small town grocery store with wholesale competitive pricing, I highly recommend you support this small business!

So I came into Carone's this fine evening looking for 3 juices to make my usual concoction. When entering, I was a bit saddened at a mother yelling at her children. Anyway, I was looking for Turkey Hill orange tea. I did not see it in stock. I asked the closest person I could find who then told me there was none in the back either. I found a suitable substitute for my beverage and checked out. A kazoo caught my eye after checking out. I picked up the kazoo and was questioned about my decision. I do not like being questioned about my decisions. Finally, as I was about to check out, I noticed the line had no service bell in sight. I was frustrated due to there being no service bell because I was not able to notify anyone I was in need of assistance. Anyway, thank you for your service. I will surely be returning for my ingredients for my concoction.

Very good pricex for a mid size food market .clean.and cheap very helpful works with some good baked goods .best to stop by early morning or in the evening on the weekends .Sometimes parking is a problem .They have stores in Freeland and Mt.Top area.But don t confuse this store chain with the store in White Haven area.

A GREAT small town supermarket with all your needs A fully stocked Deli with hot foods and a Fresh produce department Also great fresh meat department. Also a good Dairy department. Iwish they stocked more variety in Frozen Foods but there is only so much space. Staff go out of their way to help and are very Friendly

Prices are far too high, while in line checking out disorderly customers made myself and their staff feel as though we needed police protection , they didn't have items we were looking for such as juices and seasonings.
