Today was my first time coming here and i am SOOO impressed!! My JJ hasn’t been professionally groomed in about a year so i expected him to give them some trouble. Not to mention he is mostly blind and completely deaf. But they were incredibly patient with him, and understood his limits. He left looking like a whole new dog and i’m extremely satisfied with the level of care, understanding, professionalism, and talent of these groomers and bathers. I’ll never go anywhere else!

The staff here takes great care of my pup! They treat him like their own. He is excited when he walks through the door and sees their faces. They are friendly and knowledgeable and take time to answer any questions you have. The boarding rooms are spacious and clean. My dog loves to run in the outside area. And when he needs cleaned up, he always looks fabulous after he being groomed or an exit bath! Highly recommend D’Tails!!!

My first time ever taking a pet to a groomers, and a first for my 7 year old cat, and she needed it bad for a long haired kitty. And they did a wonderful job! They said she did so well too! She looks great and smells wonderful! She must of not had a bad time because I was sure she would run and hide for awhile after getting home like she does when she goes to the vet, but she didn’t! Thank you guys so much!

Booked my dog for 2 groomers because he is over 140lbs. Hes a hyper happy dog. 1 groomer was there and charged me twice for handling fees. I dont see how that in any way is my fault. Paid over 200$. Place was nice and people were nice but the price is way too absurd.

This place is seriously amazing. I took my dog, Kloey to 3 other groomers in the area before I took her here. And I'll never go anywhere else. Julie is truly incredibly. My girl sheds like no other. No one else can get her to stop shedding for awhile. And she does every time. I don't know what or how she does it but she gets her to stop for weeks at time. I love her. Everyone is always so friendly and kind!

Me and my cat flew from Texas to spend the holidays and some time with my parents since my hubby passed away unexpectedly in October.Poor kitty didn't travel well and needed a good bath so the morning after I arrived I called and they were so sweet to work her in that day.My little fur child was clean and pretty ready to celebrate the holidays and I can't thank them enough for fitting her in their schedule. They did a great job with my 2 shih tzus. My girl Raven is so hard to manage. She doesn't like brushed or cut and her hair is curly so she constantly has matted fur. Her other groomer couldn't even cut her fully because of how she is. She won't let you get near her legs or feet and tends to nip at you out of fear. Her fur was getting so bad that she was starting to rip it out and no where that I called was accepting new clients and I was at a loss for what to do. D'Tails got us in quick and did an amazing job with both of them and for a great price!! Needless to say, I'll be going back 😊

Fantastic groomers! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that will accommodate most any pet. Very difficult to find a local groomer that is comfortable and most importantly knowledgeable with grooming cats! They did a wonderful job with Roary! Resonable prices, easy to schedule and quick service. Located near the I99 exit at East Freedom. Would highly recommend!
