I take my 2 dogs here for grooming and have always been satisfied with the work done. The price is similar to other groomers in the area. The staff is extremely nice, and the building is beautiful and impeccably maintained.

If I could, I’d give them 10 stars. Very professional and very friendly. My dogs have stayed multiple times. The staff is excellent and give our boys the best care while they stay with them. Their vacation spot for our boys is equipped with the best and most comfortable like home feel. Oh yeah, not to mention, their prices are great.

I absolutely LOVE D&J Pet Lodge. They take great care of Quinn in boarding and in doggie daycare. Quinn loves going. He starts to get excited when we get in the road to the lodge. ❤️ It always makes you feel good to know that your pet is well taken care of in your absence.

From the moment we walked into the building we were greeted with such a wonderful and professional staff. It was My fur baby mocha’s first time away from home and they really made me feel comfortable with the care that she would receive. The lodge is awesome and I highly recommend it. I am so pleased with everything I have no complaints. I will no be taking her anyplace else. I mean the lodge was clean. I received photo updates. They provided Daycare services and even frosty paws. Listen I’m Totally team D&J. Thank you so much 😘😘🐶

We just picked our dog, Baxter, up from our first boarding experience. I was nervous because Baxter isn’t friendly with strangers. They were absolutely wonderful with him. They were patient, caring and kind. They provided updates that put me at ease. By the end of stay, he was friends with the staff!!! They place was beautiful and the kennels were clean and homey! I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!!

Staff are always pleasant & friendly. They go out of their way to learn about each dog & make them feel at home. They care & it shows! The lodge is clean, neat & definitely state of the art. Each of our dogs always look forward to their stay. They are happy & very comfortable with the staff & the accommodations. I trust the staff implicitly with medication administration. Our dogs mean the world to us. They are family. It’s a good feeling to know they are well cared for when we go away. Thank you Dave, Julie & staff - you guys rock!!!

They have friendly staff, LOTS of room for our dog to run for exercise. Julie; who is the owner, is extremely accommodating when it comes to us boarding our dog. The place is also extremely clean as well. I HIGHLY recommend this place to ANYONE!!!

As most pet owners, I love my dog tremendously and have a hard time leaving her anywhere. When my son got married in 2019, it was the first time that I had to go outside our family to have a, "babysitter" for my dog for a few days. Though it was hard for me to do, Julie and her staff were very understanding of my feelings and reassured me that my dog would get the best attention. The facility was clean, welcoming and the staff very friendly. I felt comforted in knowing that my dog was being pampered. :-)The second time I needed to kennel my dog was this summer after the new PET LODGE was built...and what a beautiful place it is!! My dog was given loving attention and had play time. The accommodations are remarkable!!I would highly recommend D and J Pet Lodge as a wonderful place to have your pet, "Vacation" while you are away!!

Everyone that works here is super friendly! Although my dog was happy to come home I think she would have been content staying another week at the pet lodge. I know I have a great place for her to stay next time I travel. They are quick to respond when you message or email which I really appreciate. I also love that the website is up to date so I can easily reference drop off and pick up times and contact them as needed. I would highly recommend to anyone!

This was our first time having to board our dog so we wanted to make sure he had the best facility we could find in our area. The staff at D&J was super friendly and responsive to update emails and any phone calls. The brand new facility is top of the line and nicer than some hotels I’ve personally stayed at in the past. It was in fact so nice and our husky loved the staff so much he was playing with them when it was time to go home. We will definitely return when we need the service again!

My husband and I stopped in here to get information on boarding and the doggy daycare. We got a tour of the facilities. It’s clean and well maintained. Everyone was so friendly. We dropped off our one year old doodle for doggy daycare today to prepare her for her first time being boarded. They said she did great. She came out happy to greet me. Gave me peace of mind knowing she was ok and that everyone was so friendly.

I love going on vacation but hate leaving my fur baby behind!! I’ve been using D and J’s pet lodge for a few years now and they are incredible! I feel better knowing she’s getting the best care possible! This year my sister also boarded her dog along with mine and she did very well!! Would highly highly recommend!!! Excellent kennel! We have been using this kennel and their prior kennel in Mt. Pleasant Mills for the last 7 years. Pet Lodge is very clean, staff are super professional, pleasant, and very responsive to check-in calls and emails, plus they provide grooming services. D&J's is a good value. Our dog was well cared for during a very long stay in 2021. A++++!

Found out at the last minute that a family member couldn’t watch our dog while we went away for a weekend. They were able to get her in within 2 weeks notice. We got the Bears Den package with 2 play times, a photo, and a frozen treat. They had everything ready to go for drop off and pick up. Very organized and professional. They also told us she loved to run and loved the ramps they had there for her to play on. I felt very confident leaving my dog with them!

We use the daycare service at least once a week, sometimes more and almost full weeks when our puppy was just 2 months old. Simba loves going to daycare and always comes home happy! The owners take such good care of our puppy and the staff is extremely friendly. I always feel comfortable leaving him there while I work knowing he is cared for so well. It is great to have a place that truly loves animals that I can trust with my own. Highly would recommend, even just to give your pet time with other animals to play.

Always a great experience at D & J’s Pet Lodge my fur babies are very happy to arrive. And I do not feel uncomfortable leaving my dogs. I know they truly are being taken care of the way I would be taking care of them. The staff are always friendly and if they weren’t they wouldn’t be working there. They truly love animals of all kinds you can see it especially dogs. Well that’s because I have 2 Beautiful boxers and I can see how they treat my babies.I highly recommend taking your pets to D & Js Pet lodge.

Both our Pomskies (Frosty & Liam) were kenneled there while my wife and I was on vacation. They were very good with my dogs which come from strong headed breeds. They did a terrific job with grooming the boys and grinding their nails. They now feel so soft. The boys looked very happy when we picked them up. I would definitely use and recommend their service to other family and friends or anyone else that I know looking for services. From the beautiful building, to the friendly staff, and the upmost important service which is their care for the dogs that come in there. Julie is truly great. Thank you D&J Kennels you rock.

We have been taking our dogs to D&J's for many years. Their new facility is very clean and everyone handles our dog Bella with affection. We had to take her to another kennel a few weeks ago when there wasn't room at D&J's (my fault). The staff there was afraid of her and left her in her urine for 2 days. What a disaster! I'll never do that again. Now I schedule way ahead, because even in the expanded facility, they do fill up. I highly recommend D&J's for anyone who wants a "home away from home" for their pet.

We took our 10 year old English Setter to D and J’s Pet Lodge for a 13 day stay. It was our first time there and it was a very positive experience. He was well cared for and the staff was great! I will definitely will be taking him back to their facility when we need to be away from home. Please consider D and J’s when you need someone to care for your pet.

We have used this facility in the past to board our husky and they did so good with him. This time I took our German shepard to be groomed and typically she hates her nails touched and she did great with them. Staff member had to hug our girl before she left. The staff genuinely care about the animals! Always a pleasure doing business with them!

I have used D & J's several times now and I have been pleased every time! All the staff is quite friendly and helpful. They love each pet that comes through the door and provide top quality care for those pets. They have an excellent location just off route 35 and their building is top of the line. I won't take my dog to anyone else for my boarding needs!

We took our 12-week old puppy to a half day doggy day care for some socializing with other dogs and some time away from us (a little break for puppy parents and some time for puppies to get used to other adults)! Everyone at D and J is so nice, welcoming, and professional! She had a great day! We will definitely do this on a regular basis! Highly recommended!!

Brought my 4yo reactive lab mix here for a 3 day stay, and they were AMAZING! Sierra checked us in and was very patient and understanding with me as I looked over her Suite and laid out her blanket. And assured me that they were going to take Great care of her. (Thanks again Sierra!!)Many of the kennels I called wouldn't even give her a trial run because of her reactivity. D & Js did, and we wil be staying there everytime I need to go anywhere!The grounds are impeccably clean, there is No smell despite being a dog facility, the staff is exceptionally nice, its out in the country, they have TVs in Every Suite 😶🤯 which was fantastic for us because I turn the TV on for my pup when I leave for work, so it was one more detail that helped her be more comfortable there.10/10 would recommend **** in the end my puppers did Far better boarding than I ever expected and I have no doubt it was in large part to the staff at D & Js! Guys you Rock! (seriously)

This place is awesome! I was hesitant to send my dog to daycare because he is very excitable and D and J's put me at ease immediately. I walked through the door on the first day to this warm, inviting, clean, gorgeous facility to a friendly voice welcoming us. My boy was very excited to get back to play with the other dogs so they took him straight bac . I picked him up later and he fell asleep as soon as we got home so I'm assuming he had a good time. I will definitely be bringing him there for a while. I highly recommend this day care and my Chester is always looking for new friends
