It sucks I have to write this.... I'm so disappointed in my last trip down here. My husband and I saw all the posts on Facebook regarding the new Coffee and Ice Cream Bar they put in and were excited to try it! Over $18.00 for 2 16oz drinks. I got the Ice Cream Latte ($7.50 I think) and my husband got the Iced Latte ($4.50 I think). They put whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top which they charge extra for but don't ask if you want it. Very deceptive. We could have have gone to Starbucks for less. We will continue to shop here but will never purchase coffee/ice cream from here again.

Been shopping there many years. Prices are very high now. Kielbasa 7.99/#, fried chicken almost 3.00/pc for leg or wing. I'm willing to pay more to a small local store . But, prices jumped way too much recently.

We drove a half hour to this place because our Medicare food allowance provider said they accept our card. Upon arrival we were told they don't accept either Aetna or UPMC cards. A small paper sign showed the same. They said they've called Aetna to ask them to remove the info from their website because "many" people have been disappointed to learn their cards are not accepted. So why wouldn't they post that information to their own website or Facebook page? Shows very little consideration to people who maybe can't afford a long drive only to find out their card is no good.

Best fried chicken I've ever eaten. All the hot foods are good and so are the beef sticks. Great selection of fresh cuts. Nice small town market with everything you need for food shopping. You can get some hand dipped ice cream at the checkout when you're all done too. Very seldom pass by without making a stop, wish they were closer to home.

Prices way too high for the area.. prices are not competitive. You can shop cheaper right down the road at Giant eagle and Save-A-Lot for the same quality of meat.. Save-A-Lot and Giant eagle both sell USDA choice. At a lot lower pricing. Also they're hot deli or premium restaurant prices. You can pretty much eat anywhere you would like by the time you get two sides some fried chicken and a drink.

Good place. Got their fried chicken and it's very good. While waiting I looked at some of their butcher products. Ground beef was just over $3 lb. Good price. My only complaint, which didn't affect me enough to take a star away, is u sometimes you really need to look at the prices. I bought some gallon water jugs for 99 cents but it turns out they're actually a 1.50 because they had the wrong label over the water jugs which sucked because I was only stopping by to pick up food and drinks for a work crew and I really didn't have time to argue about the price or go looking for different drinks. Who thot of Kielbassa PATTIES?? They are AMAZING!!! Fry up quick with a crispy brown crust, pile on some sauerkraut!! I'll be back soon to get many more of these for my freezer!! So Delicious.

Well worth the drive for us... We love shopping here. You'll get the best prices on meat and produce and while you're there, try their cooked chicken and potatoes. The staff has always been super helpful and they even let you place orders over the phone for hot food so it's ready when you get there. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome everyone is really nice here, we stop every chance we get. All the food I've had from here is delicious . Just today I was starting to have a asthma attack and asked the deli for a cup of coffee and the lady hooked me up, saved me from having a full blown attack. Thank you deli lady you're awesome.

This place has the BEST fried chicken you'll ever have. Its juicy and delicious. The pieces are larger than you can imagine. They offer an array of other product as well. Check out their homemade kielbasa patties. Yummy.Me and my spouse drive all the way from Clairton to enjoy the food. Then we go to 10 mile creek and sit at the picnic tables to eat.

The people working in the deli are just ignorant. They make fun of the customers and say nasty things. One customer went there at least once a week,he is deceased now. He had health problems but that didn't stop them. Other people heard them. I won't be going to that deli ever again.place is a little dirty and parking is awful.. prices not the greatest., grocery items are outrageously priced.

This is a convenient butcher and deli that specializes in fried chicken and jojos (fried potato wedges) Various grocery items, including produce and dairy, are also available. They were understaffed and understocked during my visits, but their tender, tasty chicken and jojos make this joint well worth a try.

If you need any sort of meat product, go here! They have the absolute BEST meat products around. And their chicken... omg!! Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, their prices have increased. You really can't beat the quality of their products though. Also, kids get a free piece of chicken! That was my favorite part about going to the butcher shop as a child with my family, and now I take my kids with me and they getting the piece of chicken. The other thing I like about this place is, it can be a one stop shop. I can usually get everything I need for dinner here, which is great. They have lots of products other than just meat.Google wanted me to update my review, so I figured I would do so. The Fredericktown Butcher Shop has always been consistent. I just went today, and made sure I got all my meat products for the next two weeks. Their prices are actually really good compared to other places right now (this update is 7/28/22). They have a great selection of other foods. I will always recommend this butcher shop, and continue business here!

Fresh fried chicken everyday. Its THE BEST CHICKEN YOU'LL EVER EAT! A great thing they offer is every child gets a free chicken leg or tender. Their meat selection is super fresh & fruits & veggies come from local farmers etc in the area. Cost wise its decent but some items are higher than most.

Discovered this place about 15 years ago, and have been going back ever since, even though it's a 20 mile drive. More than worth it.Their meat selection and quality is top-notch, and the prices are good. Also, you can't beat their fried chicken. Hands down, the best around & priced right. Excellent beef sticks made in store, and their cheese trays are great.They also have all kinds of other groceries, making it a one stop place for many.I honestly cannot think of one negative thing about the Fredricktown Butcher Shop. If you get a chance to go there, don't hesitate. Even if you have to drive several miles, it's worth the trip.

Visited based on reviews and will be going back. Oddly excellent selection of Italian cooking ingredients, their prices for meats & the quality of meat is better than the chain stores in the area. Also, the fried chicken is not bad at all. Good service too.

If you're a clean freak...this small town establishment is not for you. If old equipment and leaking coolers do not bother you, you're going to love what FBS has to offer. Best Fried Chicken around, great Fish Sandwiches, fantastic Potato Wedges and hands down the very best Kielbasa you ever tasted. All at a great price. Can't go wrong with the fresh fruit and veggies either. Small business but nice variety with friendly local folks ready to help.

Very great service. I came to get lunch for everybody on a gas well site. 50 pc chicken and almost 7 pounds of potatoes is a lot. But they were hustling and got it done. Also i had to ask the one young lady a bunch of questions cuz i wasn't sure how much would be enough. They all helped me figure stuff out and got it going. Excellent service ladies and gentlemen. Much appreciated

Ever since we started going here we loved it, and everyone is nice. They have great hamburger patties, and they have almost anything you might need. Don't forget, it is really cold. Bring a jacket!😂
