We used TLC Pet Resort, we were attending a wedding in the area. Staff, very professional and never left you wondering or with unanswered questions. Safety is definitely a top priority when dropping your pets. Double doors at the entry and when taking your pets thru to their kennel. Place was exceptionally clean. They provide food and treats if you wish, no up charge. They also welcome you to bring your own for sensitive pups. Play time and exercise is given throughout the day. Cost is very reasonable. My pup loved it there without a doubt, he thought he went on vacation. They also offer extra services, grooming etc if you book ahead. Definitely 5 star, pet resort.*You will need to leave a message when you call to reserve. They WILL promptly return your call.

Idk why there was a 3 star review this. This is a 5 star place!! They did great with my dogs when I went on vacation and I have a very big shepard then a tiny spaz dog. The owners are Super easy going nice people. Will use them in the future whenever we are going out of town. Whoever left other review? Idk but changing my password.. I'm onto you....🤨

I highly recommend this kennel to everyone. I reached out to this place when another kennel canceled on me last minute before I was leaving for vacation and they were able to take my German shepherd puppy so I didn't have to cancel my vacation!! Dan & Beth were beyond expectional to us and my puppy!! We will definitely be using this kennel again!!! Thanks so much!!

They are absolutely the best!! Treat my 115 lb lab like he's theirs!! The kennel is always clean. They rock!! I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!! My dog Max is always thrilled to go, runs right in and is so happy there. We call it his "pup motel" .

Been taking my cat here since moving to the area and have never had a bad experience. The owners are kind, helpful, and easy to get a hold of. The facility is clean and seems like a very safe environment for any pet. It seems the staff certainly interact with your pet on a regular basis rather than just leave them to sit in their pen. Brings me peace of mind knowing I am leaving my cat with them when need be.

Dan and Beth are absolutely amazing! They have been so accommodating to our situation and have given us piece of mind knowing our labradoodle, Bow is taken care of. Facility is super nice, clean and Bow is always so happy coming and going from TLC! Highly recommend!

Have boarded 2 dogs here on different occasions, several years apart. My pets were well taken care of. Cost is reasonable. Their split hours are unusual (9-12/3-6), but most likely to free staff to help care for pets.

They take great care of my dogs, when I call they already know the names of my dogs. They supply food for the dogs as long as what your dog eats they keep in stock. I bring my dogs with chew bones and they make sure they get them. They recently added bathing and nail trimming and my dogs are always fresh and clean!

I picked my dogs up today after they stayed 6 nights at TLC. They, like the other two times they stayed there, were taken care of very well. They were both happy and healthy when I picked them up. I will use them again probably for anytime I go out of time. This is a great Pet Resort. I highly recommend them and so do my dogs Bo and Ashes.

I spent a year working at a boarding facility, so I’m very attentive to anywhere I would consider leaving my dogs. The first indication that this is a great establishment is that there is no odor when you walk in, which tells you a lot about the quality of the business they run. My dogs have boarded there twice and have come home calm and relaxed both times, so that means they are getting plenty of exercise and interaction. Considering one of my dogs has some anxiety issues with strangers and has done well there, it’s a great choice for boarding your pet.

Took our 3 German Shorthair Ponters when we went out of town on 3 trips this year. Staff is friendly, attentive, and respectful. Pricing is fair and facility is clean and organized. They were always flexible with our scheduling(picked up early from one trip and added a few days to another). Dogs always come home happy and clean! They obviously spent times with our dogs because they always had cute stories or observations to share at pick up time. Definitely will be using them again in the future!

Dan and Beth do a great job with our dog, Jett. She is always happy to go there and they treat her like their family. Jett is a little wild, but they welcome her just the same. The facility is clean, well kept and you can tell they really care about their guests. Convenient location for us, and they are always really accommodating for our travel plans.

So far we have used TLC Pet Resort twice for our Lab, Leia. They have provided excellent care each time she has stayed there and I am not worried about her while we are out of town. TLC Pet Resort is fantastic! Can't thank them enough!

Friendly and helpful staff! This was my first time allowing a stranger to take care of my 2 dogs and they were very helpful and happy to answer all my questions and didnt mind me calling to check up on them. When I picked them up they were clean happy and healthy! I definitely recommend them and will go back if I ever need someone to watch my fur babies ❤

TLC is awesome! The place is professional, clean, and friendly. The owners and their helper love animals. We have a yorkie with an attitude and he loves them all! They have everything your pet needs and offer it up freely. Our Benjamin has stayed as long as 10 days and he's fresh and happy as can be when we pick him up. This place is a blessing to all pet owners who can't take their pet on vacation.

I worked for years in a very upscale (think movie stars) boarding kennel in S.California. TLC has a very similar feel. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff/owners & very clean kennel area.Our dogs bound right in looking for treats and love from the staff. We’ve also boarded our cats. Highly recommend this kennel.

Love the personal, welcoming service at TLC. The dog kennel is clean and tidy and the grounds are immaculate. I travel quite a bit for extended periods of time, and never hesitate to board my dog/dogs here. Having managed a boarding facility myself, I know how hard it is to keep kenneled dogs clean. Our Maggie is always clean and odor free when we pick her up.

We boarded our Border Collie, Bailey many times during his life. I wish we had found TLC when he was younger! The owners are beyond professional, hard working, compassionate, and friendly. I will be calling TLC today to make a reservation for our new pup, Popcorn. I would not hesitate to recommend TLC to any dog or cat owner. We've been around the block with kennels, and I will never use another one after our experience at TLC!!!

I have a small bird (a conure) who needed her nails trimmed. I called our regular vet but they didn't have the tools, so I called another and they suggested I take her to some place out by Butler. That's a long drive for a bird to be in a box. So I called TLC and asked they may by chance be able to do it. Though birds are not something they commonly do, they agreed to help me and Rio. They were very kind, and tried their best, even though she did not make it easy! They are very nice people, and appreciate the fact that they were willing to try! They did a great job for us!

I would like to thank the staff of TLC for the quality care they gave my pitbull Abby. She has always been very excited when we told her she was going to doggie daycare. Abby recently died, her days of visiting the facility are over. If i decide on another furbabyby, i wouldn't hesistate to use TLC again.
