They work very hard and people need to appreciate all they do in a day. Putting up with sometimes very rude customers who show no respect. Very p*** poor customer service over there there's a woman there that has very p*** poor attitude that does not know how to handle her customer service when it comes to giving out her money to customers and does not have the politeness to her customers gives attitude to othiris when she is trying to count her money does not pay attention 2 customers when they are pounding on machines when they could easily Break them I would not recommend no one to go there to play on the machines there because of the woman that works there😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I love the building. The potential is beautiful here. However I personally always feel lost and confused like no one wants me here. I don't know if I am missing something but I can't get anything from them due to greed amongst the community. I wish them all the best and recommend to all to go there.

One of the better selections of cigars I have seen in northwestern Pennsylvania. This store has five retail outlets and I visited the one in Franklin. Staff was very knowledgable about the products. Nice little coffee bar as well as magazines and newspapers and lottery products for sale. Retains a lot of the tobacconist charm of years gone by. Certainly enjoyed my stop over here and will be back anytime I am in the area.

Love the Spanky's team! Update: used to love the team & be a regular customer but there's a girl there, I think her name is Rachel, but 1: she is not friendly at all & 2: she purposely makes pple wait. I've walked out of the store 3 times because she was messing around while lines are forming. The one time i went in, I was the only one there. She's by the lottery stuff & as soon as I stepped up to the counter, she came out from behind & went & got the vacuum & started sweeping. Another time I waited like 20 minutes to check out because she was MIA. Now I'm just disappointed & don't feel as comfortable as I used to be, in there.

Been coming in to Spanky's for along time. Its one of the last few buisness's you can still smoke inside at. You can sit, drink your morning coffee, catch up with the locals and read the paper. The prices of smokes are not bad at all. Definitely a good addition to Franklin! Thanks Spank!

I currently work here. Yes we allow smoking inside. We are a smoke shop. Some people are shocked when they come in, but all in all this is a comfortable place 2 come, chat, play Keno and lottery, skills games, and grab some smokes 😊

They sell cigarettes, including brands you can't get elsewhere locally. They also sell everything you need to roll your own cigarettes. They have a seating section in the back and a cigar room. They sell coffee, pastries/donuts from Clark's, candy bars, chips, and soda.They have a wide assortment of lighters and sell smoking devices popular amongst those who smoke marijuana. I personally have see such smoking devices be used for tobacco, but evidently I'm wrong otherwise they wouldn't sell them.There's also a wide range of gambling Mac for those who enjoy playing video slots and coin machines. Closest thing you'll find to a casino unless you go to Erie or Pittsburgh.They also sell a ton of scratch offs, and recently someone won $1million on a $20 scratch off ticket.If you love tobacco and gambling, you'll love this place.
